I find Solinsky Eye to be excellent in caring for my eye care. Especially dealing with patients like me dealing with glaucoma, and cataracts. The staff is very welcoming and thorough in their tasks. Dr Huang is very cordial and interested in my care. I would definitely refer this place to others.

I was able to get an appointment to suit my schedule at the East Hartford because my preferred location in Vernon was booked on the day of my choice. The staff in East Hartford were just as personable as the staff in Vernon. As usual I am very happy with their service and care shown by the staff.

September 28, 2020 The office was very clean and well organized. There is Plenty of space to wait and be comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and fast. The technician has a fun personality and he made the experience pleasant. A good morning laugh... The doctor was Professional. He explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions.

The office was laid out with every consideration for the observing of pandemic safety protocols, and the staff, including the doctor, was very friendly and professional. The doctor explained what he was doing and gave me a thorough and understandable synopsis of the results of his examination. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Doctor and all staff were pleasant and competent. I could hear the doctor take a call from someone who had surgery from what I gathered was a different provider and apparently he was having trouble. The doctor was as kind and patient as could be, she offered samples before writing a script so he would not waste his money if it didn't work, and even coordinated which office would be the most convenient for him to pick it up at.

Excellent location at 800 Connecticut Blvd in East Hartford. Large parking lot in front of building with elevator on first floor to access Solinsky EyeCare on third floor of the building. Conveniently located near local highway and bus route too. Nice clean open office space and with friendly staff. I highly recommend Dr. Fowler who help me know my eye-care options, like buying new eye glasses, in the same office. Thank You!

Well it's a good thing somebody came in the office with me because the forms they have because the forms they have you fill out or check out are really small a really small print and I don't know if they realize it but people and I don't know if they realize that but people go there for their eyesight!

I've gone to Solinsky eye care for 4 years and have nothing but praises but today was not a good day. The customer service is good. The wait time was the problem. They called me 5 minutes after I arrived and put me in a room to wait 45 minutes. Unacceptable! The covic19 has turned things upside down.

Since I hold student insurance, they said they may refuse a pre-existing condition. But to my relief and appreciation, Solinsky. EyeCare and Dr. Jeng found a way to help solve the problem. Dr Michael Cooper has done more for my eyesight in two short months than my former Ophthalmologist ever did for me in years. First of all, Dr Cooper diagnosed my Fuch's Syndrome which had never been mentioned by former Ophthalmologist. Next he fit me with a new pair of glasses which former Ophthalmologist would not do, saying that a new pair of glasses would be after cataract surgery. Cataract surgery for a person with Fuch's has to be carefully considered for someone with Fuch's as it can make the Fuch's worse! Very grateful that I changed doctors.
