Welcoming, professional very young and knowledgeable staff. Extremely clean. Wait till you meet the doctor who is the most welcoming with a bright yet professional smile. Bubbly is how I describe her. Takes time to listen and answers every question. Equipped with every frame and lens you would want. I would highly recommend eyes on park to anyone.

Coming into the office, I am greeted with with hello. I see a great selection of eyewear. Very comfortable environment. Everyone is super friendly. I changed my old doctors office to this office because they were not rushing my appointment they took care of me and I felt welcomed.

Had a great experience here so far! Everyone who worked there was very friendly and recommended a set of frames that were perfect within seconds of me telling them what I wanted. Dr. Antwi is a wonderful person who exudes Disney Princess energy! She has a sing song voice, empathy, and has developed strategies to make things I have struggled to do at the optometrist much easier. It's honestly the first time I was able to do some of these tests correctly. I especially recommend her as a doctor! Also, I am not sure if it is just the frames I ordered or that my prescription is now the same in both eyes when they were different my whole life, but my glasses were about half what I was paying in the past. My last pair of glasses were well over $400. I not only got Ray Ban frames, but added transition lenses on top of everything I had on my previous lenses and it came out to $230, including the evaluation. So I left pleasantly surprised at the cost!

Dr. Afua Antwi was worth the wait! She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and well-informed about a variety of topics in addition to optometry. She provided a thorough examination and a comprehensive explanation of all test results that resulted with a clear path forward. I’m very comfortable with her and am thrilled that she is in our community. The office is very nice, clean and welcoming. The staff is a clear extension of the leadership there. I will be a patient of this practice as long as Dr. Antwi is. She’s the best! 03/31/2023 I’m still rocking with Dr. Antwi! She and her team are wonderful! Interchangeably so. They have a practice that “sees” their patients and are fully engaged in meeting their needs. Not only that, Dr. Antwi takes her time to catch up with you; to find out how you’re doing and she’s sincere about hearing your response to how you’re doing. Very few practitioners care about the whole patient and she does. Her explanations are thorough and on point because she wants to ensure that your concerns are being addressed and that you understand everything connected to your health, through your eyes. This is my second year with Dr. Antwi and I’m not going anywhere. So happy that she’s a part of our community!

This was my first visit to Eyes on Park, and I was more than pleased. From the front office staff, to the assistant who did the intake, to the exam by the optometrist (Dr. Afua Antwi), I was impressed with professionalism. The exam itself was thorough and everything was explained clearly. The waiting area is clean and provides ample space for anyone waiting. What really impressed me was the fact that patients are not "stacked" on top of one another in such a way that the area gets crowded and you feel like you are in an assembly line. Kudos to Eyes on Park for its attention to customer service and its patient care.

I am so happy I found this place for many reasons. The entire office was SPOTLESS Including the bathroom! The receptionist staff are very welcoming and friendly which was very refreshing and last but not least Dr.Antwi is EXCEPTIONAL she did a great job at thoroughly explaining my condition which was important to me because I like to understand what’s going on. Dr. Strebig was amazing! It was my first time here and all the staff members were so accomodating. I was here for a full eye exam and contact lens consultation. Dr. Strebig went above a beyond. She thoroughly explained everything as she went and made sure everything was suited for my eyes. We tried on some contact lenses and she even tweeked it further so my vision became sharper with them on. I also have constant dry eyes, so she recommended me some eye drops. As a student, these eye drops were a but expensive but she gave me discounts and worked with my insurance to find a reasonable price. Overall, I had a great time and never felt rushed.

You will not feel like a number or a person in a slot, which is what most places make you feel like. Everyone there was courteous and accommodating while being professional. Family visit with my two toddlers. Front desk staff were professional and courteous, even upon booking last minute appointments. Very accommodating. The wait was short. Dr. Antwi was very thorough and very patient with my children who were 3 and 4 (first vision exam). She allowed them to be curious and interactive and managed to administer eye drops for my 3 year old without her crying/fussing and maintained her trust and confidence. All tests were completed. My girls were good friends with her by the end of their visit. Dr. Antwi explained our results well, answered all questions, and we didn’t feel rushed (3 appointments in one). Clean bright trendy office with several seating areas, and a small area for off to the side to keep small children busy. Bathroom facilities were clean and trendy. Glasses selections were modern, affordable, and of good quality. COVID protocols in place. I can’t say enough about how positive our experience was. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for timely quality professional knowledgeable and compassionate service. We will continue as long term patients to Eyes on Park practice with Dr. Antwi.

The exam was thorough but when it came time for me to choose glasses I was charged a fee that I have never been charged before…I ordered them anyway…then I got a call the next day telling me my frames were not covered…I was just done…told them to cancel the order…now I have to order glasses some where else…I really dislike having to do things over…all of this after not being happy with the glasses I got there last year…was giving them a second chance because the prescription was off due to COVID protocols the machine kept fogging up…I’m done
