Every single staff member is kind and respectful! Every time I come in, my case is handled by the same person, Yail, who has gone above and beyond to help me! The prices are great too! The only downside is that they don’t accept Medicaid but even when you pay out of pocket, you don’t get charged an arm and a leg. Thank you everyone!

I received exceptional customer service from all levels at the New Britain, CT location. From Eliza who scheduled and rescheduled me my appointment, the gentleman that quickly and accurately checked my prescription, the doctor who gave detailed and helpful information, and finally to the associate Yail that fitted my glasses for me perfectly to fit my face. I had a pair of non-designer name brand transition lenses from two years ago at Lens Crafters that cost me DOUBLE what I paid for TWO DESIGNER FRAMES at America's Best. I experienced why they're called America's Best. They are. Thank you!

Very outstanding. I went for both glasses and contacts and all the staff they have there is very friendly and helpful. The glasses process was easy but getting the contacts in for the first time was very challenging and their staff helped me every step of the way. Specifically I worked with Becky and Joeleen. I had to come back 4 times of my own reasons (being scared to touch my eye not being confident etc) they didn’t let me give up and helped motivate me to keep going and even though they had to dedicate hours of their time to me ( over the course of 4 visits) they never got frustrated with me and wanted to keep helping me until I succeeded which I finally did on my 4th try. I highly recommend americas best especially at this location (Farmington). The staff are great and the doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I will be going back for any eye needs that I have. I could not be happier. Thank you so much to all of you guys that helped me. It means a lot, I can now be able to see when I go snorkeling for the first time in the Bahamas next month. You guys are amazing!

I can’t say enough about the products and customer service I was given at the Farmington CT office. I went into but 2 pairs of glasses and one of the pairs I ordered was not a good look! Kelly tried in a professional was to tell me that but I didn’t listen. 3 weeks later I had to make a change that works have been costly. Becky worked with me in that and I decided I didn’t want to pay that price. She called me the next day and told me that I was just about under their refund policy. Who does this?? I returned the glasses and got a brand new pair that is wonderful and it was an even exchange!! Very happy! Thanks gang!

They certainly live up to their name! They fit me in same day to meet with the Doctor Who was extremely nice and helpful and definitely knew what she was doing. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. When I picked up my glasses I have to say that I’ve never had a prescription that suited me so well! They have a really great selection of glasses and the ladies are not shy to help you pick out the perfect pair. Another thing I appreciated was how clean it was inside, it was spotless. I want to thank Becky, Joeleen, and Keith for providing an Awesome experience! I came in on the last day to use my vision benefits which is stressful in itself but the team was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. They were able to navigate me through getting my prescription faxed over, selecting glasses, and finding the most cost saving way to use my vision coverage. This is the first time in over 6 years I have used another vision provider and I am extremely happy I picked this store!

From the moment I walked in, until I left, every encounter was superb. In fact, even scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Unfortunately I will need to go somewhere else for the hard contacts I normally wear. Hopefully in time, America's Best will be able to offer that service. I don't know what everyone earns there but they all deserve a raise. Lol but seriously, each employee and the doctor herself went above and beyond, offering assistance, making recommendations, thoroughly explaining processes and responding to concerns. The name says it all. I’ve been to countless eye doctors on both coasts over the last 25 years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had (Farmington location). The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful and strived to offer the best experience possible. I didn’t catch the pre examiners name, however he was as polite and knowledgeable as they come. After my exam, Becky helped me pick out my lenses/contacts then helped me find the best price for them. 5 stars doesn’t do my experience justice.

My husband and myself both needed eye exams and new glasses. We came to this store because of the 5 star reviews. From the time we walked in to the store until we put on our new glasses, we received excellent care from everyone we saw. We will always come back and always recommend this store to everyone. Thank you! You need to buy two pair of glasses to get the free eye exam. I have progressive lenses. Two pair were $350.00 I paid an additional $128.00 for transition lenses on both pair. So for $480.00, I got two pair of glasses and my eyes examined.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I am so impressed with this facility. I was taken back as soon as I got there for my eye exam, and when that was completed by all very friendly staff members, I went to the front desk and the staff helped me not only pick out glasses but figure out what my insurance covered and what my options were. I scheduled an appointment for my dad to get his eyes checked out at America's Best to take advantage of their eye care club since he doesn't have vision insurance. My intention was to order his glasses online afterwards to save him money, and I thought it would be too expensive to buy them here. I was wrong, so wrong, in the best way possible. Kaylyn helped us find three (!!) pairs of glass that fit my dad's needs and the total out the door with exam, frames, and bifocal lenses included cost less than anything else I could have found online. Actually, total out the door was less than I've paid for an eye and contact lens exam alone at other places in the past. I've been wearing glasses for over twenty years and have never before had such a positive experience like this one. Not only was Kaylyn incredibly kind and helpful, everyone we interacted with in that office, from reception to technician and optometrist, was fantastic.

I absolutely love this location! ❤️ I moved from Miami, FL last year, and I have been looking for an America’s Best Contacts and Glasses, but sadly, there was no location near where I live until now. The staff here were fantastic!! And OMG. Kaylyn is amazing!! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. When you meet her, you would think you’ve known her for years, she that pleasant. Look, I will be honest. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time. That’s how positive my experience was. If you are looking for a new pair of glasses, eye exam, or whatever. I highly recommend you try this location. You will not regret it. ☺️

This place is the best Eye care place I have come across within the years of me wearing glasses. From the moment I walked in everyone was very nice & friendly. The girl Ashley working the front was very welcoming & helping me with my process. The eye exam was great!!! Although I don’t remember the names of everyone there ALL of them were very helpful in the Farmington location. I don’t think I have gone to any place that can beat these prices also!! Will definitely be coming back & will be going back to this location in Farmington specifically!!!!! Great team over there. Thanks for the great customer service.

My first visit here and it went awesome. The ladies at this location are completely professional and knowledgeable, the store is beautiful and nicely set up, the cheapest eyeglass frames are just as nice as the expensive frames, the eye exam was quick and FREE with the purchase of 2 pairs frames, they have the cheapest prices exams, frames, lenses, transitions, the works, there even the cheapest on getting lenses for frames I brought in on my own, there the cheapest by far. Trust me, you won't regret your visit to America's Best

Like this location so much better than Bristol one. Staff here are more professional I feel. Bristol location ( immature staff and manager that gossip and trash mouth customers ). They care more about who’s texting them and calling them. Witnessed many of the staff on their cell phones or making person calls. Bristol staff needs to take notes from Farmington staff.

Had an amazing experience here! The team was extremely helpful and courteous. I Broke my glasses before an event and needed to get some ordered quickly. They felt my urgency and were able to work on my information in the system as I picked out frames so I could get out as quickly as possible. I made it to my family function on time! I went to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses on 1600 Southeast Road Suite 7 in Farmington, Connecticut, yesterday. I had gone to the store with hope they could aid in determining if the “spare” pair of eyeglasses that was in the house was our sons or my own. Keith was able to quickly and efficiently determine that the pair was indeed mine. Miss Joellen inquired if the glasses fit me well. With her assistance, my “spare” pair now feel fantastic. Now I have aesthetically pleasing options to consider each day. Thank you for helping me not only know who’s glasses I had but assist to ensure the fit well (with great comfort too!).

I am very satisfied and happy with the customer service and wide selection of frames and sunglasses. I am very picky and not easily satified when it comes to something I will be wearing everyday! Especially on my face! But I seriously can't say enough about Yail, she is amazing, patient and walks you through everything, from helping you select your frames, best options for your glasses (anti glare, transition lenses, etc.) to finding deals and discounts! I went to buy 2 pairs of glasses, 1 for regular everyday use and 1 for the sunny days. She helped me with everything until I was completely satisfied with my pair and I and feeling very happy!
