Outstanding customer service!! Megan helped with picking out and ordering new frames/lenses after a horrible experience with a competitor. I even received them a week earlier than expected! Sara helped with fitting and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving the store. Both of these women made purchasing new glasses a pleasurable experience and gained a lifelong customer in the process. Great job ladies!!

After 22 years of bouncing from one eye doctor to another, I can finally say that I’ve found my forever doctor. Sarah, Dr. Gelfius, Megan, & the entire team at Pearle Vision are absolutely incredible. This is not your average “eye doctor”. Everyone has been so kind, caring, patient, professional, & I can’t wait for my next visit! As odd as that may sound, I truly feel like we are family at this point & would recommend them even if you’re satisfied with you current doctor. Hats off to the entire team, you are one-of-a-kind.

I had the best possible experience, It was my day off and I got in for looking for a day to get my eyes checked. Everyone was very professional and fun to chat with. Rhiannon helped me at the end with the glasses and she was so much fun to chat with. I was actually laughing when I left because of she was so kind and fun to chat with. So now I’ve got two pairs and they’re different for outings. Gave me a nice deal on some sunglasses too. Gotta tell ya, I’m pretty happy.

Thorough and professional eye exam including scans for retinal detachment, glaucoma and cataracts. All areas clear and contact type changed from bi-weekly to dailies to increase clarity and comfort. TY!

I love this location. Staff members are very helpful, especially Victoria. She helped me find 2 pairs of glasses, one of them being my first ever pair of prescription sunglasses.. they are amazing!! She was very honest and helpful when it came to picking out glasses that look good on me. I will definitely be back when it’s time to get another pair!

I have been going here for years with great service, but now I have been waiting 5 weeks for my glasses. I try to call and no answer. Have left numerous messages. No response. You cannot stop at building because doors are locked at all times. If I knew this I would go elsewhere. I need to see.. not have headaches daily. Poor service. All it takes is communication. Update- two weeks later someone answered the phone! She was very nice! Obviously new as she was very friendly. I now have my glasses. Almost 2 months later. Thank you

I'm originally from Grand Rapids but moved to Nashville after college. I had a very important pair of frames I wanted fit to my prescription. I wasn't in Grand Rapids long and missed the pick up day before heading home for the sunglasses I also ordered and Victoria shipped them to me in Nashville. Super happy with the end product. They really worked hard to make sure I was happy with my glasses.

2/14/2020 Today I had an amazing experience at Kentwood Pearl Vision on 28th street. My family and I was welcomed in by Kurt Quiroz. He was extremely confident, kind and made me feel as if we knew each other for years. When I tell you he knew his stuff (dynamics of his job/products/insurance), he knew his stuff! The staff was great. Dr. Coon full of knowledge, explains things well and encouraging the kids to use glasses to see better. I thank Pearle Vision once again for an unforgettable day. Service surpassed expectations. I got a same day appointment to get my girlfriend an eye exam and contacts. It was the most thorough exam she had ever received. With my exam, and experience I had a great time and grieved my glasses is three days, wow.

The staff here is amazing. The helpful people and the welcoming experience always makes me excited to purchase new glasses and get and eye check. Also they have a machine instead of having to dilate eyes!!!! Life saver for sure.

Dr. Joel is an excellent eye doctor. He listens to your questions and answers them, including showing things that may be a concern due to being diabetic. He does a thorough eye exam. The staff that helps with ordering glasses are very knowledgable and helpful.

I have always found Pearle Vision's staff to be helpful, no matter what location, but the Kentwood staff is phenomenal! Tori is an excellent example - she walked through me through my insurance benefits multiple times so I understood what I was paying out of pocket for. Dr. Huizinga was great as well, explaining everything as he went through the exam. Same goes for the rest of the I've interacted with!

Despite the other reviews, I found Dr. Ensminger to be very nice and personable. I did not have to wait long, and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time; Dr. Ensminger also took the time to explain a few things regarding the eye tests he was performing. I will definitely go back!
