Davich Vision Center is a great little eyeglass store tucked between Taco Bell and Michigan Supply. I’ve only been there once but all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The Doctor was great and he had me in and out in under a half an hour. They have a plethora of frames ranging from latest Designer brands to more budget friendly brands that do not lack in quality. I think they’re worth the 5-Star Rating because I honestly cannot think of a single complaint. Everything was setup to be convenient, quick, and they never rushed you through any part of the process and seemed to be very conscious of trying to get you the best deal possible. I appreciate their professionalism and I will continue to bring future business to them!

I ordered new progressive glasses which cost me $342 at Davich Vision Center. I was watching my laptop for a while with my new glasses on , my eyes were getting tired, and I felt something cover my right eye. Then I covered each of my eyes to check what’s going on with it. I realized that I couldn’t see clearly with the right lens. I went to the Davich Vision Center the next day and made an appointment for an eye exam with another doctor. But in the end the doctor didn’t give me an eye exam, he only measured my eyes and judged little bit. He also gave me these glasses for free and I ordered another frame again. But when I got the new one the same thing happened and I told the lady (She was really nice) that’s all, no more. I was really tired of it. I think if the doctor could do an actual eye exam for me, I think it would’ve be good…

The eye exam was pretty quick and easy and the staff were great. John Gustin helped me pick out a great set of new eye glasses too. It was gr8, I r8 it 8/8!

Absolutely fantastic service and relaxed atmosphere, John gave us quality recommendations and always tried to be as friendly as possible. They have a very wide selection of lenses for all ranges of budgets and they work well with trying to save customers money. I highly recommend students to get their prescriptions and frames ordered here because of their amazing college discount program and no scams or bargaining. Will definitely be coming here again!

Excellent service and attentive staff. Their selection is the biggest and best in the area and they are up to date with the newest styles and brands. The prices are competitive and the Davich brand lenses are hands down the lowest prices you can find in store. They are lightweight and comfortable with tons of styles and colors to choose from. Davich Vision Center is truly an amazing gem. I came in because my wife’s frames were broken. John, the Optical Manager, was able to find a frame that fit the old lenses perfectly. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The cool thing is that he found the perfect frames that are not only great looking but are also a great value. He did not go to find the most expensive or pricey pair of frames while helping me. My wife is very happy with my purchase. So if your frames are ever damaged or need new frames in general, please go to this place. It’s truly amazing, and clean and modern on top of that.

Customer service was TOP NOTCH! Went to Davitch after a bad experience with a local competitor and after carefully selecting a great pair of glasses, having them made, and wearing them for several weeks I realized that the arms were too short and they were killing my ears. Not only did the staff try everything to fix the existing problem, they went out of their way to help me find new frames. They even called me when smaller sizes came in so that I could find the perfect style and fit!The pair I selected for a remake is PERFECT! It fits like a glove and I adore the style. 10/10! We have 100% found the vision center for our family.

This was my first time purchasing glasses at this location and from the minute I waked in I felt like a regular. John was very helpful with not only helping me pick out frames but was very helpful when we had questions about our insurance. I had a very good experience in during a time where customer service is not always priorized, but you can clearly see they care!

Brought in my prescription today, needing to get a new set of glasses after going to one of those “$99 for 2 Pair” deal places. They wanted an extra 160 per pair on top of the 99 dollar pair of frames for the “upgraded” lenses. Walked out of Davich for 189 only had enough for one pair today but they offered if I come back in the next 30 days to offer the 50% off the second pair they normally run. Couldn’t be happier with them. Great service and customer care and even have a cafe area for sipping something to drink while you wait. 5/5 going to be my eye shop for good in west Michigan. Highly recommend.

The customer service by the office staff here is excellent. I'm holding out on the doctor though. He seemed a bit annoyed that I couldn't really tell the difference between my current prescription and my new one, which was quite a bit less strong than the previous one. In fact it flustered me that he was so gruff about it, as if I should have known and should have made the corrections myself. He was a bit pedantic and seemed to rush through my examination so he could prove that my eyes don't need their current prescription. We'll see what happens when I get my new glasses. I believe that it's likely I have too strong of a prescription, however, I didn't particularly like his attitude.

Davich is a Korea-based eyewear company with over 200 locations worldwide and they chose Grand Rapids as their first US loction. (Hello, Whole Foods?). Davich's priority is vision health. Top-notch srvices include vision therapy, comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams for SPERICAL and multi-focal lenses, contact lens education, and prescription verification. All done by experienced eye care professionals. Dump the coke bottle glasses for name-brand frames from Coach and Prada to Ray Ban and Oakley. All at affordable prices. Most glasses will be ready within 30 minutes, and guests can enjoy free specialty coffee at the in-store café while they are waiting. Better to see the bedeviling Miss Carolita.
