My husband, my 1 year old, and myself all had appointments. Everyone we spoke to was wonderful. They were patient, our doctors helped educate us on our eye health and what to expect or look out for for our baby. Picking out glasses I had help and good recommendations from a staff member, and they explained everything while we worked through options for the lenses. Very thorough, pleasant, and overall great experience :)

I’ve been going to this location for about 7 years now. I have seen a few different doctors and have loved them all. The front desk staff has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. The opticians have always been personable, made me feel comfortable, and never rushed. They always explain my benefits to me. They’re always willing to order in other frames for me to try. I have not one complaint! Good job, Pearl Vision! 👏🏻

Amazing service, specially from Connie! I was looking for Half Rim Glasses and there appeared to be only a small handful of the type I was looking for. She knew exactly where to find a few more options for me while also showcasing different colors available online incase I didn't like what I saw in store. She was never pushy or trying to force a sale, just a helpful guide while I was shopping. I had some issues with my insurance but she did everything she could to resolve the issue for me. Unfortunately I had to come back, but she gave me a card with all the info I needed to get the pair we picked out along with my prescription. - When I did come back, she was gone for the day but apparently she was determined to look for other pairs that I was desiring since she could only offer me a few options and wanted to beore prepared the next time someone asked for that style or if I came back in time to see her again. 10/10 Service and Connie really went the extra mile. They really care about thier customers! Highly recommend!!!

An unexpected and pleasant experience. My son realized he forgot his contacts and glasses 3 hours into a 5 hour trip. Because his last eye exam was at Pearl, we called the nearest Pearl Vision, in Fargo. I love Dr. Koeppe and definitely recommend him, but not the practice. We've been coming here for many years and have continued to have experiences that demonstrate their lack of organization in the office. Its always been little things that haven't had a huge impact, but it all adds up and makes a difference to the overall experience. I'd rather go somewhere with a more professional front office flow.

Dr Amy is great about explaining what she is doing and why. Yes the service is some times slow, but I have caused that when I have had an eye emergency. Turns out waiting could have cost me my vision permanently.
