The doctors are extremely friendly and do a thorough job explaining the exam and photos. And the optical team is always so welcoming and so fun to work with!

I have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old, and, between ordering online and going elsewhere for glasses, I have always felt that my vision was "fine." At 25, my prescription has been pretty consistent for the past few years. After having my exam with Dr. McCulley in June of last year, and now having 2 pairs of glasses from McCulley Optix Gallery , I wholeheartedly recommend them. Even in the same prescription, my glasses from McCulley Optix Gallery give me far more clarity than I knew was possible. Comparing the lenses from online retailers to the ones I have from McCulley Optix Gallery is simply not even possible. I have never seen better than I do now.

I went to several stores in Fargo to search for new glasses and the customer service and selection of product was mediocre at best. I then found McCulley Optix Gallery and walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly face. Trust me when I say you will have the best customer experience, find the frames of your dreams and walk out feeling like a million dollars all because of Megan McManus and the rest of the staff. Megan asked what type of frames I was looking for and my budget and pulled options and gave me feedback, so I was able to pick the best options for my face frame and budget. I have never had so much fun picking out glasses that I referred my mom to McCulley Optix to find her new glasses and sunglasses. Needless to say, my mom and I both found new treasures all thanks to the guidance of the wonderful customer service representatives but especially Megan McManus. I will be a customer for life and will refer McCulley for any frame/sunglasses. McCulley is wonderful. Always updating to newest technology to best care for your eyes. Variety of unique frames and friendly staff to help you choose. When I damaged frames in a fall, they tracked down the last copy of the frame in U. S. and replaced my glasses free of charge.

Very friendly and helpful staff. As a new client I felt welcomed from the moment I entered until I left. Making the appt was easy on line and the followup confirmation call and the choice of filling out forms on line prior to my appt was another added bonus. I received a reminder text the day before and one the day of my appt reminding me what I needed to do & bring, and reminded me that masks were required - I appreciated their adherence to guidelines. I received a very complete and thorough exam. Dr. Motacek explained every step and took time to explain what the purpose & outcome of each of the tests done. She answered all my questions before Megan took over to finish up my paperwork. She directed me to a table where she had a selection of frames she thought I'd like ready to try on (purple as it's my favorite color) and I loved that added personalized service. There was no pressure that I had to make a decision that day and she noted frames I thought may work for ease of reference for whenever I am ready to purchase. I was very pleased with my initial visit & would highly recommend McCulley Optix.

I had initially scheduled an annual exam, but my 1 year old accidentally poked me in the eye the day before the appointment. I could barely keep my eye open by the time I got to my appointment because it felt like something was stuck in my eye and my vision was very blurry. The front desk staff took care of me and Dr. McCulley was able to remove a small piece of debris from my eye which relieved quite a bit of the pain. I thought I was going to leave there looking like a pirate with a spiffy new eye patch, but they actually have a type of contact that is like a Band Aid for your eyeball. (WHO KNEW!?!) I could see better withing a few hours and the pain was completely gone by the next day. I got to take the contact out 3 days later and Dr. McCulley was able to check my eyes like was originally planned. The scratch on my cornea was completely healed and my vision was fine. Great experience! Thanks!

My glasses arrived yesterday and upon putting them on, it felt like a small miracle! I could not believe how clear everything was!
