I’ve been going here yearly for an eye exam and to get new glasses for the past few years (previously it was a LensCrafters in a different city) and have always had a great experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful in getting me a new pair of glasses and making sure they’re adjusted right and everything is good with my prescription. If I have any issues, I know I can come back and they’ll help make it right. Amazing customer service. They make sure your experience is a positive one and that you’re taken care of. I appreciate all of the staff there.

I have been going to this lens crafters for years. I have always had great service. I had to get my lenses replaced via the insurance. I had to get my bi-focals adjusted and they were happy to make the correction. They even helped with my safety glasses.

So my son and I walked in looking for prescription sunglasses. Normally I hate doing things like this because of the wait and the amount of money it cost. But lucky for us we worked with Brianna. Brianna was able to get us everything we wanted went out of her way to find us the best value for our money. When an issue would arise she handled it quickly and was able to figure it out. She let us be goofy and I appreciate that because I can’t stand straightforward no humor situations. Brianna is a shining star in my book and weather it’s at LensCrafters or anywhere else she will be an amazing asset to that company. If not for her I probably wouldn’t have followed through on my orders.

Over the years, my style preference for glasses has seen phases of change, and it isn't always an easy journey to find your next piece of "jewelry for your face". ENTER - BLAZE AND LAURA AT THE FARGO LENSCRAFTERS! I first heard glasses described as "jewelry for your face" from Laura, and both her and Blaze are total gems of human beings. Fun, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, trustworthy and insightful. I came into LensCrafters, pulled a few frames on my own that I ended up not really vibing with. Blaze came over to me, incredibly warm and easy to talk to, and I immediately felt super comfortable talking and working with him! I described to him the type of style I thought I wanted, but also that I wanted a frame that helped elongate the appearance of my face, and he understood what I wanted and pulled a number of fabulous frames for me to try! He was polite but honest (which I LOVE!) and it's super helpful to have a second opinion on glasses size and shape if you yourself aren't quite sure about it. He professionally and respectfully gave me an honest answer when I'd ask him what he thought about the various pairs of glasses I tried on. I had a good feeling when I said "Yes to the dress" (or to the glasses in this case! :D Thank you Blaze for the fun Say Yes To The Dress reference!!) and was so excited and happy to have found a new pair of glasses that suited me, felt like me, and was what I was looking for. Thank you Blaze, you were so wonderful to work with! EVERYBODY. Looking for glasses? Go to the LensCrafters in Fargo at the West Acres Mall and ask for Blaze or Laura. If you do, prepare yourself for wonderful assistance, honesty, kindness, and sweet sunshine personalities (yep, Laura and Blaze are both total balls of sunshine!!). You'll also most likely leave having made new pals there too that you can always rely on for great help and knowledge with glasses :) I love my LensCrafters in West Acres. Amazing overall experience. Great service from helpful workers who really seemed to care about getting me just the right pair of glasses for me. Really felt like the red carpet was rolled out just to make sure the fit and style were what I wanted. They also had plenty of styles to choose from. I needed my glasses ASAP and they had my 2 pairs ready the next day. Obviously costlier than getting online but I'd say worth the price. Would recommend.

In the past I had some horrible experiences with eye exams and eyewear shops. I went to Lens Crafters and found an amazing pair of prescription glasses at an amazing price. The best part was the service from the sales staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Hashim was top notch. I went back later to get my annual eye exam and got the pleasure to work with Dr. Aaron. Talk about a true professional who knows his stuff. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Than Amber was amazing at fitting my glasses, explaining the frames, and helping me get the right style and fit for them. Got an eye exam same day, all of the staff have always been very nice to me, and didn't get glasses this time but always find something that works perfect for me when I do! Highly recommend to those who wish to get stylish frames! I've had the Light Responsive XTRActive lenses for over a year now and they work amazingly, no longer need sunglasses. They change almost immediately and get darker as the sunlight gets brighter, even when I'm driving. Will always recommend LensCrafters, and will continue to go back every year!

I typically shop at LensCrafters but my vision insurance stopped working with them so I was left going elsewhere. The place I went couldn’t get my glasses to fit right after multiple attempts and I was frustrated. I had just spent $200 on glasses that I hated. I went to LensCrafters because of the woman behind the glass who works with the lenses but Hash was the star of the show. He was patient with me, understood why I was frustrated and consulted the woman in the lab when he needed help. I can’t thank them both enough but hopefully this is a start. I’ve been struggling with these glasses for over a MONTH! I manage a team of people in the service industry and I would’ve offered him a job on the spot if he wasn’t clearly very good at what he was doing. Thank you, Hasheem!

Broke my frames the other night and went to jc Penney optical today to get them fixed. I was told that my prescription was expired and that I would have to get an eye exam but but they had no doctors or appointments available. They wouldn't just let me buy new frames and keep my lenses even though they work perfectly fine for me. I went next door to lens crafters and the woman was extremely nice. She looked around for the frames that would best fit my lenses for the best price and about half an hour later I was walking out of there with brand new glasses! And it didn't break my bank. It was great, I suffer severe pain in my eyes and headaches without my glasses. I really needed a new pair and she came through for me in a big way

I did an eye exam and the doctor was clear and explained me everything in a very effective way. They also used machines that I've never seen before, although I do eye exams every year. I also purchased sunglasses after that and they were very patient helping me choose the best fit ( I'm a very indecisive person when it comes to choose something). I loved their service and I definitely recommend this place. I'll definitely come back !
