My experience was point pleasant actually the front destiny of her very friendly very helpful get you turned into the right direction and get you back quickly. I also had a good experience when I went to the bank the nurse got a lot of things done so that whenever the doctor came in it was quick and everything was very professional. But they were also personal and friendly. And the procedure went really well and I could definitely feel the difference. If I could give him $6 I would but they only have five. Thanks folks I really appreciate it I'll see you next month.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The test to check peripheral vision wasn't lined up in the center for the right eye test and skewed the results. I mentioned it to the tester but was still was off center by quite a bit. I told the optometrist.

I would like to see the staff introduce themselves or wear legible name tags. One of the associates wore a name tag but her name was to small to read. Yes I know I was there to get my eyes examined. Medications, eye drops, were administered without explanation of reason or consent. My Doctor was professional and courteous. Overall I would still recommend Eye Consultants.

This was my first experience at Eye Consultants and I was HIGHLY impressed. Although their computers were down today they told me right away, and I appreciated the transparency as I was there for my 10 month old son. From the ladies in the waiting room, Donna the initial nurse to the primary doctor, everyone was fantastic! A great team all around and the doctor took a lot of time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease after all my questions were answered. Highly recommend them especially if you have a young child or infant!!

The staff is so friendly, I don't trust anyone else to take care of my eye condition. Shout out to Dr. Keating and her nurse(? I'm not sure what they're called in the eye biz) but the gal who brings me through the preliminary stuff, she is just lovely. It's nice to know they care about you and you're not just patient #xxxxx, only been there once a year and they still remember me. I almost look forward to getting my eyes dilated.

My family has been going to Dr. Thom for years, he is very very good at what he does. If you have an emergency and need the best for your sight you will want to go see him. My grandmother was about to loose the last bit of eye sight she had, he managed to save it and make it better than it was before with surgery.

I would like to thank Dr.Paul Melicher for taking great care of my eyes. He caught my thyroid eye disease and proceeded to take action to get me to speacialists to get my problems addressed. I wouldnt be able to see to this day had it not been for him. I had 2 surgeries at the U of M to fix my eye issues and it has been going on 3 yrs now and my eyesight is back other than using readers, so thank you from the bottom of heart for doing all the leg work to get me to the U of M.
