I have never ordered glasses with Vision 4 Less before. I decided to stop by and am happy to say it was a great experience. There was a bit of a wait to get in line to talk to someone but I shortly found out why. The staff are very friendly and take the time to answer your questions. Quality over quantity. They checked my insurance and and helped me get what was covered. They even helped me pick frames that were to my liking and again really took the time with me and I didn’t feel rushed. Their emphasis.on customer service is really strong. Super friendly staff. I even noticed when they talk on the phone they treat everyone with great customer service. If your looking for a friendly place that will work with you, take care of you and make sure your glasses are 100% to spec, check this place out. You won’t regret it.

I was very impressed with the quickness of having my prescriptions completed. I don't have an easy prescription but had both pairs in less then an hour🙂 I will definitely be returning and letting everyone know how friendly and helpful the staff is. They took their time to explain what would be best for my lifestyle and even helped me save even more on my final purchases. Great staff and terrific environment 🙂🙂

I was very impressed with the optical Dr. He answered any questions I had during the exam, even when I asked what each test was for. When I got my glasses, they were very helpful & I was very impressed at how they made a second pair available at a very good price. I'm going back there again! I have single lens and both were ready in 22 min!

On Tuesday, Aug 16, I fell at work, and scratched the heck out of the left lens of my glasses, which rendered them all but unusable. So, the next day, after getting a new prescription, I went to Vision 4 Less to get new frames, found two frames that I liked, and had two new pairs of glasses made in less than an hour. The staff was very kind and courteous, especially on Thursday the 18th, when I came back because my primary pair wasn't properly adjusted. Very good experience here, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Did not have my eye exam here but I bought glasses and was very impressed by the service here. Paige and staff were all very nice each time I went in. There were a lot of customers, but they remained calm and pleasant with everyone. I highly recommend them!

I love Visions 4 less on Merle Hay! I was having car trouble and couldn't make it back to pick up my glasses. They shipped my glasses to me free of charge, and called to make sure that I received them. The staff was very polite and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I would give Vision 4 Less "4 Stars" if not considering circumstantial issues. Sheila was very kind and helpful even though there was a waitlist of five customers after me. The store was quite under staffed. I understand many companies are short staffed in these times, but to have 1 to sometimes 2 employees at a store like this will cause way too long wait times. Our glasses did not get completed until after 5 days that they were scheduled, everything was already in house and ready to cut. Understandable and not the employees fault. About Eyecare Partners P.C.: Superb All Around 5 Stars! Starting from the receptionist taking our appointments to office interactions with staff and doctor, the customer service was amazing every visit for my family. Dr. Jim Else is an amazing optometrist with great expertise in his field as well as being very humorous and welcoming. My family have been with many O.D. throughout 30+ years and I would recommend Eye Care Partners inside of the same building as Vision for Less to anyone considering optometry needs. A+

Ive been going to this location for two years and every time has been a great experience. Usually there is a little bit of a wait time but my kids glasses have always been ready in less than the hour quoted. The eye doctors have also always been professional and friendly!!!

The Tech that helped has been with Vision for over 11 years. I bought two pair of glasses. One plastic (done in 64 minutes), and one glass (3 weeks). She did everything and I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. An absolute terrific experience. Great Techs, great quality, and fair prices. I’ve been buying glasses at Vision for 10+ years, and I have never had less than a terrific experience. I know the frames that I want, buy them, out the door. Terrific!! I am having some trouble with my left eye & currently unable to wear my contacts & I didn’t have glasses. In fact, I haven’t worn my contacts in over 2 weeks & anyone who has really bad vision like I do, knows how debilitating, in a sense, not being able to see can be & how trying to do just the simplest of tasks can be very difficult & aggravating. And you can completely forget about driving yourself anywhere. Well my eye doctor suggested I go to Vision 4 Less to get glasses so that I could function & rely on myself again. I assumed it would take a while to get some ordered but come to find out Vision 4 Less not only has a huge selection of frames to pick from, they also will have them done that day. I went in at 6:00 pm, knowing they would be closing in an hour half expecting to pick them up the next day. Which would’ve been fine with me. But NO…. Not only did they have them done that evening they also stood after closing time in order to finish the lenses & to make sure that I was able to walk out of there able to see again. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day & age where you hardly experience such great customer service & kindness anymore. So thank you Vision 4 Less & the great employees that work at the one located across the street from Merle Hay Mall, primarily Grant(the person who helped me), Shawn(the person in the lab that made my glasses) & Sheila (the 2nd employee working-who I had told I’d be more than willing to come back the next day cuz I knew they were closed & felt bad for keeping them there. She was very friendly & stated it wasn’t a problem at all. That they really didn’t mind.) So again I totally appreciate the awesome customer service I was given & I hope the company knows exactly how lucky they are to have these 3 working for them. The time, price and customer service I got for both my eye exam (next door) and glasses were excellent. I found frames I love and they were ready to take home in less than an hour. And with a special offer going that week, I also got a free pair of perscription sunglasses! Didn't expect that. I really don't think it can be beat; you'll either spend twice as much or wait twice as long at other places. This sounds like an advertisement, but I swear I really was that pleased with my experience. I have been going there for years and have always walked away happy.

I totally enjoy this location the eye doctors are very friendly and very efficient plus the eye wear people are all friendly as well. I want to mention 2 In particularly Paige and Austin, Austin was very much a perfectionist with my lines on my bifocals and Paige was trying to please all her customers while trying to please the customers on the phone as well in between in store customers as well. After losing $585.00 in glasses at Walmart And waiting 63 days for glasses at target This place was able to knock it out of the park in just 8 day's and get it right the first time. Walmart does not refund on eye wear and Target on does partial refunds. You need eye wear don't Disappoint yourself by going to Walmart or Target go to VISION 4 LESS grant it they are limited on lens color and what they can offer but you won't be disappointed.👍👍👍👍

The customer service here was good despite the lady being the only worker be herself for the first 1-2 hours after opening. However this place is ridiculously expensive. They lure you in with the whole “2 pairs for $40” but the fine print says that’s a lie. Even after my insurance covered portion the glasses I bought were $118 out of pocket. I like the eye doctors next door but will buy online going forward. I went to Zenni while in the store and for the exact same thing it would have only costed me $60. Too bad I needed the glasses before my vacation Friday otherwise I would not have bought them. Thank goodness for Lasik because I only need glasses for night driving now.

At first I was not sure (and kind of a pain actually), but after two plus years I can honestly say my primary pair is the best pair of glasses I have EVER owned. I have been a customer for a few years now. I have always had great service at this location. I had a recent situation where I had to call. The phone conversation I had with the employee who answered was insensitive and they were not concerned with my request. I hung up feeling defeated. A week or so later I ended up calling back.and discussing my situation with the store manager Paige. She was very attentive to my concern. She was very helpful. She ordered me a pair of glasses I thought I had lost there and apologize for the inconvenience I had with my prior call. Because of Paige, Vision 4 Less will keep my business. THANK YOU PAIGE. There was way more people who needed to be helped then they had the staff for. There was 3 employees and 12 people who needed help. The sign in process is a mess. I was skipped over 2x and ended up waiting an hour to be helped. Came back to pick up and had to wait another 45 minutes for that. They need a better system for sure... That being said I do like my glasses and it is convenient to get them the same day. Staff was friendly and does greet you as soon as you walk in.

They were very nice when I got there. Had a great selection to pick from. Down fall they kept skipping over me going to people whom came in after me. I had to finally say something after the 4th time. No one apologized for it. Once they started to service me was bout to walk out. The lady gave great service and didnt push sales on me. When I first showed up they greeted me immediately and handed a basket to put any glasses I touched in so they can sanitize them. I found two pairs i really liked pretty quickly but they were busy so they put my name on a list. Chasity L. then told me i could sit at her desk but she was going to lunch and someone would help me when they could. Me and my son sat and waited. She got back from her lunch and asked if I had been help, told her no. She then clocked in very quickly and helped me. Took 5 mins for her to do everything and get my payment and was extremely friendly and great with my 7 year old. They then called about 4 hours later to tell me they were ready. Had a wonderful experience with this Vision4Less! The receptionists were all so patient and helpful, answering all my questions and setting up an appointment for me over the phone. The optometrist was professional and efficient, even taking steps to makes sure I knew exactly what had changed from my old prescriptions and gave me a set of contact lenses in my new prescription for me to wear and test out. The frame and lens selection here is AMAZING. Best prices you can find in a brick-and-mortar eyeglasses retailer. Again, such helpful and well-informed staff. Although I did not buy glasses or contacts from here, I will definitely come back if I need to update prescription!

The only reason why I gave this business four stars is because of their sign in list procedures. There are two doors to enter this business and if you come in the door nearest the doctor's office, you can't see the sign in sheet to know that you must sign in so they help customers in the oder that they arrived. Other than this, the experience was great. I worked with Gloria, and she did a great job of explaining every option to me and did not pressure me into any additional things. She did ask about them and present the pros for each, but did not respond with high pressure tactics if I declined any of them. She then gave the price break down and walked through each charge for the glasses. She was very upfront with everything. They were incredibly busy and said that it could take up to two hours for my glasses--no big deal. They texted me and my glasses were completed in about 75 minutes. Not bad for two pair of glasses. When I came back, Gloria greeted me by name and helped me adjust the glasses to fit perfectly. Very good customer service. Yes, the glasses are cheaper than going to other stores, but they do have a decent warranty to go with them. There is a one year warranty and none of the glasses I have purchased here have ever had any problems. The two pair that I purchased today were the seventh and eight pairs of glasses I have purchased here. I prefer to have many pair to switch around and the prices here allow me to do so. My glasses average about $80 per pair buying them here. My recommendation is to come check them out and to have Gloria help you. She is great at what she does, and will provide great customer service.

This was my first experience visiting the Vision 4 Less store. When I arrived the parking lot was full. I entered the store and counted approximately 15 customers. I noticed 3 associates currently assisting customers. I deciding browsing for frames would be a great way to find out what they had to offer without any pressure. I found four frames I liked within fifteen minutes. I walked up to the counter to see if I should check in with someone. The associate behind the counter named Meghan said when I asked how long would I have to wait, "it should not be more than 20 - 30 minutes." She asked another associate if they should start a sign up sheet. They agreed it was a good idea. All of the customers knew the order in which they arrived so we signed the sheet in order of arrival. After 33 minutes Gloria approached and offered me her services. She asked for my prescription. She went over the packages provided. She explained the HD lenses and made her recommendations. We also discussed pricing and she asked fact finding questions to find out my needs and uses for the glasses. She also helped me narrow down my frame choices by matching my complexion and the shape of my face with the proper frame. We discussed pricing and I did not feel the usual pressure I associate with the competition. I was able to find a beautiful pair of glasses in my price range. Gloria spent the amount of time I needed to be satisfied with my purchase. I did not feel like I was being rushed through the process. I must say, while waiting for my turn to be assisted, I noticed that Gloria has an exceptional talent with people. Her patience and kindness with children was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone - especially families. There is a friendly atmosphere. I am returning to purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses in the next 30 days.

My wife recently paid $850 for one pair of glasses at a competitor where we go for our eye examinations. I had previously purchased and did a comparison prior to going to Vision 4 Less at two online companies. Another reviewer made a comment about the sign in sheet. They use it when they are very busy. They need to make it more obvious that customers need to sign in. Other than that, all my family's experiences there have been good. $80-150 for a pair of glasses as opposed to $500 and more at eye doctor's office. When we entered the store, Melody was putting glasses away. Melody turned toward us, smiled and said, "Hi. What can I help you with today?" I told her I needed to get new glasses. Melody asked if I was picking some up that I'd already purchased or if I needed to have my eyes examined. I told her that I already had a prescription. Melody pointed to the back wall and said, "The women's frames are on that wall." Melody made a gesture toward another wall and said, "The unisex frames are on that wall. Pick out at least two frames you like and then let me see how you look in them. I want to see what style you gravitate toward." All of the furniture and floors were clean and in like new condition. All of the windows and doors were clean. Melody asked if I wanted to get the transition lenses again. I told her I didn't like them because they didn't get dark when I drive. Melody asked if i would like to order a pair of sunglasses. I told her I would like that. Melody asked if I wanted sunglasses in small frames or larger sunglasses frames. I said I would prefer the larger frames. Melody led me to the sunglass frames and helped me choose the one that looked the best on me. Melody asked me which frames I would like to order for my regular glasses. I told her I would still like to order both of the frames in addition to the sunglasses. Melody filled out the forms to order the glasses and told me that for $10 more I could choose another pair of frames and get a fourth pair of glasses. I decided to get the $10 glasses as well. Melody did not mention the Pro Plus Package or the free frame warranty. Melody did not ask whether or not I wanted the polycarbonate lenses. Melody finished filling out the forms and told me that two of the glasses would have the polycarbonate lenses and the sunglasses and $10 pair would have regular plastic lenses. Melody then handed me the papers and told me that she needed me to sign each one. When I came to pick up my glasses, I was greeted immediately as I entered the building. Melody told me it was going to be just a few minutes. She said I could look around or have a seat. Then Melody looked at me and said, "Oh. You're here to pick up. You can have a seat." I sat near the door. Melody said, "Ma'am, if you want to take a seat at the front, we'll make sure to get you next." Melody told Megan to help me next. Megan asked my name and found my glasses. I tried on my glasses and Megan saw that they were tipped down a bit on one side. Megan had me remove my glasses and adjusted them for me. I tried that on again and they felt good. I tried on the sunglasses next and they looked good. Megan asked how they felt and I told her they might be a bit loose. After Megan adjusted them, they fit nicely. Megan said they usually loosen up over time and said I could come in any time and they would adjust them for me. Megan asked if I would like a red or black case. I chose one of each and Megan put my old glasses and one of the new glasses in the cases. I asked her if I would get a txt when the other two pair were ready and Megan said I would. Megan told me again to visit when I needed an adjustment and thanked me. I purchased four pairs of glasses for the price I had previously spent on one pair. I love my new sunglasses and I can see well with them. I will tell my friends and family about the excellent service and value I received from Vision 4 Less.
