Mayra was so helpful and nice. In the midst of moving to a new state, I lost my glasses I had just recently ordered. She helped me replace them, arranged shipping, and even went on a hunt to find a second pair for me based on the original style. It was so nice to not have to worry about about anything. Really great place to get your glasses, great service and everything, the eye exam was quick and painless (except for the part where air gets blown into my eyes, I don't think I'll ever get use to that). The whole experience was phenomenal! Exam was quick, optometrist spoke in deep detail and answered questions I didn't know I had! Great selection of glasses with a very respectful staff. A very pleasant experience, our eye technician Liz was very knowledgeable of her product and easy to work with. We were in and out in 45 minutes on a Saturday morning at 10 am. As far as value goes they are comparable to most chain eye glass stores, If they were a little more than other stores there customer service made up for it, good job guys:)

I’m not a customer here, but I had ordered a pair of glasses online and needed them adjusted. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The lady that helped me instantly knew I had ordered the wrong size of glasses. She took the time to explain to me the different sizes and what they mean. She wasn’t pushy about buying glasses with them. She fixed my Glasses as best she could and put nose pieces on my glasses to try to make them fit a little better. She gave me the exact size measurements I need for my next pair of glasses. Very helpful, very knowledgeable! Thanks again!

Daughter needed new glass so we tryed this place. Everyone was super nice but the woman helping us name is Elizabeth but goes by Liz. She was so nice and supportive, she even took time in her schedule to have a conversation with my daughter. We also saved over $200.00 for two pairs, so needless to say we will be back in the future.

I went in due to me picking up a prescription for my daughter and myself, needless to say my daughter thought she had gone to this location for an eye exam, Jaqui was Absolutely Amazing! she looked everywhere and pulled up when she came in for frames, but not an exam, she noticed my daughters prescription was from another place and she called for me and checked and it was at the other place! To top it off I ve had issues with contacts I ordered from them and she reordered my order and was able to help me out with that as well! I absolutely love this location, the ladies there are as prompt as can be being short staffed, and did an Amazing job assisting me. Thank you Jaqui and the other two ladies whom names I did not get!

I literally woke up in the morning to find my glasses broke out of the wires and I went straight to eyeglass world and they were super super nice and funny as well. They helped me get the lenses back into the wiring and even cleaned out and changed my nose pieces. I’ve never been to this eye glass place but I highly recommend it lol. I might even change insurances just to go there for my yearly exams lol.

I was referred to Eyeglass World a few years ago by a client, when I was complaining about how much I hated the confrontation after an eye exam, when they don't want to give me my prescription so I can buy contacts online much cheaper. So I gave them a try and she was right, they do not try to withhold your prescription or force you to buy contacts or glasses there. I decided to go back there the next time my son got a new prescription (he goes to Wolfe for his amblyopia), I can't remember who helped us, but they spent so much time with us, probably an hour, trying to help us figure out what the best plan would be for him, I never felt like she was trying to sell me on anything. She got me the best deal possible, which for a very high prescription, needing polycarbonate lenses, opting for a few of the bells and whistles on his first/main pair and no special options for the 2nd pair and a warranty, ended up being around $300. When we got a puppy who chewed up both pairs, I was nervous to bring them in for warranty, but it was seriously the easiest thing ever! I literally walked up, broken glasses in hand and the man was like, say no more! Since my son can't see without his glasses, the guy found a frame in store, popped his current lenses in them and gave them to us for free AS WELL as ordering a brand new pair of each of the two pairs our puppy chewed up! Zero dollars for this. Now today I go back for my exam, and no they don't accept title 19, but I knew that and that's fine, I'll pay cash for the great customer service here! I adore Dr. Seelye, she is so down to earth and considers my opinions and explains everything so well and I just always leave fully confident that she has made the best decision for me. Today I was informed that they actually do price match for contacts! So I went on over and was helped by Jacqui (sp?). I pulled up my lens.com order and she was able to price match, which was awesome! She also informed me that since I'm buying 12mo worth of contacts that I could save 50% off a pair of glasses (I had mentioned needing glasses, so she wasn't even being pushy.) So I found a pair ($129), ended up adding the blue light protection ($40) and anti-reflection coating ($50), so it should have been $219 and ended up being $109! I highly recommend this place to all of my friends and continue to go back here for my whole family!

My previous optometrist recently retired so I was looking for a new provider for my annual eye check-up and to get new glasses and contacts. I was referred to Eyeglass World by a good friend and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They were able to set up an appointment very quickly that would fit in well with my busy schedule. On the day of the appointment I was met at the entrance with a friendly associate that made sure I was following CDC protocol, wearing mask, using their hand sanitizer and digitally testing my temperature... I was impressed. The medical history paperwork was easy to complete and they did they did a quick pre-check on eyesight conditions using state of the art equipment. Upon meeting the doctor, I was asked several questions regarding my eyecare history, problems, issues, etc...she asked questions that my previous doctor hadn't in prior visits. The examination was very thorough but surprisingly done in a short amount of time. I was given a pair of temporary-use contacts until my prescription could be ordered, filled and picked up. I was impressed by the whole experience and I will gladly refer my friends and family to Eyeglass World in the future.

I am giving 3 stars ⭐️ due to one child experience was awesome 👏 mgr dealt with was extremely friendly went out of his way price was right very understanding my son was under 12 however Once it was time to start working on my second son that is 16 year he decided to allow another employee to take over and that’s where it went down hill from there. Originally we was going to do one pair of regular glasses and one pair of prescription sun glasses however the pricing got very completed and crazy high the employee also seemed very confused and didn’t quite know her self how to explain or at least was not confident on the pricing we eventually did not get sun glasses due to pricing and her not able to explain why the pricing was so high however decided to go with one pair of transition glasses and she used an employee coupon to bring down price however because she was so confused during whole transaction not so certain if pricing all was correct. Gracteful if she used Coupon and that did bring it down however if that price is the correct price I don’t know if I will be back for him because the amount I spent for 2 pairs of glasses for him out of pocket (since you do not take my insurance and now my wage works is also questioning on accepting your amount I charged at your location and I may owe back to wage works) I doubt I’ll be back for my oldest. I have to submit more information before wage works will approve your location so hopefully additional paperwork will approve your location. However paying out pocket I almost wonder if I would been better off going somewhere else considering he even got the cheapest frames for both frames the 2 for $78 and only got one pair as transition glasses and second as regular glasses and I spent well over $200 for 2 pair of glasses which seem awful high even though we had to do them both with polycarbonate lenses. Just my personal opinion started out very well however ended not so well.
