The staff here is fantastic. The Dr was kind and considerate. This was one of the best medical experiences I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this office. If you have VSP insurance your visit is a breeze, and very simple to navigate.

Had my first visit at Vision First with Dr. Joy Hansen earlier this week after my previous optometrist retired. She's knowledgeable and friendly answered all my questions. The staff was friendly, the optician was helpful and engaging. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I usually don't love going to the eye doctor, but I am new to the area and had to find a new optometrist -- and I'm so glad I found Dr. Davis. He made my visit a wonderful, easy experience. Dr. Davis was kind, professional, thorough, but also easy going. He and his staff made me feel very taken care of, without feeling rushed or pressured. I appreciated Dr. Davis's attention to detail and bedside manner, and I've already recommended him to several of my friends looking for an optometrist! Thanks Dr. Davis!

I’m a nutshell, the front office staff was friendly and welcoming. At my request Savannah went overboard to make sure my insurance company was covering the exam. Dr. Jodoin and her assistant were kind, thorough, professional and took great care to explain procedures and the results of the screening. They do sell eyeglasses, but there were no pressure sales. I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

I had a very good experience and so did my wife. I went in for an eye exam to see if I needed new glasses. Fortunately I didn't. I did use my vision benefits to by a pair of Maui Jim prescription sunglasses mainly for fishing. My benefits fortunately covered a lot of this purchase. Just not as much as it would have for other brands. The only real disappointment for me was there were very few choices on the frames for any of the brands. My wife went in for a medical exam and was pleased how she was treated. Overall I was impressed by the eye doctor and the office personel.

This was my first time at this establishment. The staff was attentive and the optimologist was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. I would have awarded a better score but I haven't received the new prescription yet. Time will tell. In contrast, I went in for a simple eye exam with base price and left paying for a more expensive exam without them telling me cost up front. Lesson learned get total cost upfront (partly my fault).

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Patricia was absolutely amazing in helping me find the perfect frames! I loved the honesty if a shape didn't fit well on my face since I had no idea what looked best! Madison has such a warm and welcoming presence when you first walk in! She always greets me with such joy and makes me feel like I am walking into a place full of friends! And Dr. Hanson went above and beyond for my eye exam! She took the time to show me images of my eye and explain what everything was! I loved how she made suggestions and asked to see which i preferred rather than just telling me and making me feel like i didn't have a say. I highly recommend this place! Everyone is just amazing and so sweet and welcoming! I have already told my friends and family about this place because I know they will be taken care of!

The doctors and ladies at the front desk were all super helpful and nice, but once I got to the end problems started to arise. The lady that helped finish my appointment was rude and got annoyed at me for asking for my prescription, they said they'd email to me and that was three weeks ago. Have emailed a couple times since with no reply.

I have been trying for over a week to get my contacts prescription, as their phones have been down. Been sending emails. If someone is reading this, please get back to me ASAP. Otherwise, people were nice. Although the whole exam process seemed rather disorganized. Small space in the back. I would go elsewhere that had better communication for something as vital as a customer's prescription.

I was having a terrible time with contacts and getting my vision right when I first went to see Dr. Pond. My eyes were dry and my monthly contacts weren't lasting very long. Dr. Pond helped me use better practices and methods for solving my dry eye issues. He then got me into better contacts with a mono vision approach. 3 years later my eyes are doing great, no reading glasses, very good distance vision. Couldn't be more satisfied.
