I had a great experience at Mayfair Vision Clinic. My previous optometrist office closed down and I found Mayfair Vision Clinic through a google search and all of the reviews were positive (and true!) The office is quiet and welcoming, the front office admin is lovely and Dr. Jarrett is knowledgeable and very kind. She’s very thorough with the eye exams and has a wonderful “bedside manner” (explains all of the tests and what to expect before they happen). She is very patient and calm which puts you at ease right away. Highly recommend this practice for eye dr needs!

I have always had a good experience at Mayfair Vision Clinic with both Dr. Jarrett and her staff. It is a very well equipped clinic prepared for various types of eye examination. On my recent visit on 8/11/22 I was given a full exam of my eyes to determine my problem and if I would require new glasses. Dr. Jarrett's prescription seems to be helping with my eye problem. I was advised that I do not need new glasses at present. I appreciate being worked into the busy schedule.

Dr Jarrett is an outstanding optometrist. She spends the time it takes to be certain you have the correct prescription instead of rushing you through like chain stores. She’s got a fantastic machine that maps the inside of your eye—no more dilation eye drops! She has a good selection of frames at reasonable prices. She’s also the first optometrist I’ve ever had who gives you your prescription without your having to ask. She’s got a small office just east of Safeway at 14th & Krameria, super convenient. She’s been my optometrist for the past 7-8 years, so I can confidently recommend her!

I called her office and explained the situation. They got me in right away and were able to remove the contact. She even checked for abrasions on the cornea. All of this for $25. I was referred to Dr Jarrett by my sister after I complained about the optometrist I had. How I wished I had Dr Jarrett years ago. She is the most thorough eye examiner ever and have some of the coolest machines/tools ever. I told her she looked like a girl with a new toy the was she methodically move from one tool to the next. Lol. She ask questions, listens to your concerns and honestly answers you. I credit her with saving my eye sights after sending me to a specialist because she saw something that wasn’t right (something my previous Dr didn’t acknowledge). Dr Jarrett is a professional and down to earth; and so is her assistant.

Dr. Janice Jarrett Is a fine Denver optometrist. She has been my eye doctor for a number of years. She is very thorough and careful. She takes notes of the results of the tests that she gives and keeps good records. During my annual check ups, I notice that she often makes changes to her procedures and her equipment that often at first seem somewhat minor, but which on further thought seem quite useful and practical. Dr. Jarrett is very responsive to questions that I ask during my check ups. I highly recommend Dr. Jarrett.

I’ve been going to Mayfair Vision Clinic for years for eye exams, contacts, glasses, etc. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes from my scheduled appointment time. They are always friendly. It feels like a neighbor family doctor like I had when I was a kid. Recently I had a scary eye problem where my vision in one eye suddenly got very bad. Mayfair Vision Clinic is the best in Denver. Dr. Jarrett is amazing and just a wonderful person. Brenda is amazing and I cannot express how welcoming they are to patients. They don't treat you like just a patient here it is obvious they care about you on a personal level and it shows in the quality of the care you get. Why go to one of the bigger chains when you can come here. The fact that they are open past 5pm is fantastic too, no need to take time off work to get your eyes checked out. I love this practice.

I’ve been visiting Mayfair Vision Clinic since I was a child. I still go as an adult. Dr is flexible and always willing to work with you on affordable vision options. I’m blind as a bat. And sometimes miss my window of ordering more contacts before my prescription expires and I’m left blind until I can get an appointment and my order comes in. One time she had a sample trial pair of contacts she allowed me to have while waiting for my contacts. I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my vision needs.

Mayfair Vision Clinic is an awesome clinic that offers great frames, a helpful receptionist and thorough exams. I have been a patient for nearly twenty years. She guided me through each test, explaining what I’d experience and what she’d learn from the results. She investigated a nevis (freckle) on my retina that had been diagnosed and monitored a couple years ago, to ensure it is not developing into a malignancy or otherwise causing damage.
