My 8 year old and I both came for a routine eye exam. The space is clean and well designed, and the staff and doctors were very friendly. We were seen quickly but felt that they spent the right amount of time explaining the process and didn't rush us through. I'd highly recommend!

Large facility, very nice and easy to find. The check in was quick and all staff was friendly and helpful. Went in for an annual eye exam and it was as quick and time efficient as I would've liked! Saw Dr. Hieb who was very personable, professional and helpful. Called me herself for a follow up on information she was looking into for me.

I had a great experience!! Kiana was very helpful and so easy to talk to. She was so patient with me when I did the machine with the pictures - a completely new experience to me! Dr. VanDan was so knowledgeable and informative. He had a great pace throughout our appointment and I never felt rushed like other practices I have been to! Those two made my experience exceptional!

When it was One Hr, I had better experiences. I've been coming to this location just now. Of i-25 for the last ummm 5 yes. Changes have been made. Even with staff. Maybe it was an off day but the first time I returned in a yr I was greeted by the front desk by a short tempered lady. Although I cannot remember her name. She did however see to me promptly. I was unimpressed. Especially with the attitude. Regardless. I was in and out like I wanted to be. With tempers getting ready to fly I did not need to stay in there longer than necessary. However upon my return for an eye exam that visit went entirely different. From the receptionist to the eye exam to picking out frames it really didn't take as long as normal. Because Everyone was kind and courteous prompt and knowledgeable as well as helpful. As I said maybe it was an off day. My 2nd visit gets ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Good customer service and Assistant Manager Misty Moss is the BEST! I had a WOW experience at the Colorado Blvd location of EyeCare Specialties of Colorado. I went in with a request to have my glasses (2 pairs) adjusted. I was immediately and kindly greeted by the front desk personnel and was asked to wait a few moments for someone to assist me. Misty came quickly to assist and was so kind, professional, accommodating and meticulous. She worked with me on adjusting both pairs of glasses (neither of which were purchased from Eyecare Specialties of Colorado) and provided me with an excellent fit. I still can not figure out why the place where I purchased my glasses from was unable to provide me with an adequate fit. Anyway, no matter, due to the excellent service I received I will be coming back to this location for my eyewear needs. Thanks again Misty! Your work made all the difference in the world with how my glasses fit and feel!

They were very helpful and reasonably priced. Medicaid covers the exam, so that's very helpful. I'm seeing much better now, with my transition bifocals. I can create my art without hurting my eyes, and break off for Mom duties whenever needed, without an uncomfortable adjustment period.

I am truly happy for over 10 years having my Eye Specialist being at One hour Optical. My doctor took the time to talk to me and to see what’s new, changed, and causing me issues. That’s the most IMPORTANT THING TO ME! Having a team who care like they do! Picking my frames was the most fun and easy part. The staff helped me a lot. Friendly staff! I brought my daughter to an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. They were very busy and I was getting a little irritated because she had made an appt but. wasn't seen until approx 10 minutes after the appointed time. I do understand how things happen, so it wasn't too much of a concern. After her eye exam there was a little bit of a misunderstanding, but this is where my 5 star review comes in. I was able to speak with the manager, and I felt like I was speaking to an old friend. She was very easy going, understanding, and kind. The miscommunication was handled professionally and thoroughly. This could have definitely went a different way, and I'm so glad it did not. I would recommend this business to anyone, from the optometrist to the eyeglass selection, staff and management. You just don't find good service like this these days. More businesses should learn that good customer service will bring your customers back! Thanks One Hour Optical!

Wish I remembered her name but the lady to the right office that first takes your eye exam is extremely rude. I did bring it up to the doctor so hopefully, that was addressed. Everyone else was nice to work with but she is the reason I wouldn’t be back. I wish when I picked up my glasses they would have explained more about the prism in my glasses but they seemed in a hurry and busy.

I have an irrational fear of going to the eye doctor (seriously, I would rather get my wisdom teeth taken out again instead) but I needed an updated prescription and new frames. So I decided to bite the bullet and go here after numerous suggestions. My experience at One Hour Optical couldn’t have been any better! They have a seamless procedure of seeing patients, especially during covid times. I was particularly impressed by Kiana, the technician I saw, who provided excellent care with stellar customer service and calmed my nerves about seeing the eye doctor. She even offered to help me through the entire process which I appreciated greatly!! One Hour Optical was also very clear about a three-week turnaround time on frames and everyone took the time to answer all my questions. My appointment was timely, extremely efficient, and I left satisfied. I highly recommend One Hour Optical on Colorado Blvd!!!

The staff was very professional very good place they treated me the same even though I was on Medicaid Emily eye exam lady and that guy who picked out my glasses treated me like a valuable human being the guy there forgot his name he was very unique because being on Medicaid I have to choose from a different area for glasses he treated me well and knew those frames and I got a good pair that's a rare thing he had no judgments gave me equal treatment he wasn't acting it was real

Friendly,Helpful and Absolutely the best selection of COOL Frames in town. I purchased a pair of Progressive glasses that are competitively priced. Turnaround time was faster than promised. I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews/ I shopped around and 1 hour optical has a competent staff with a great selection! Thanks Guys! UPDATE Recommended was the antiglare coating. The glasses are fine but the coating is all scratched. The Glasses are less then 1 year old. I bought insurance and called then stopped the store. Nick looked at the glasses and determined they were defective and ordered replacement lenses for me. Thanks for standing by your products. Ill be back! These new lenses are wonderful!

I have been going to One Hour Optical for four years and have had a wonderful experience every time! I have been to 3 of their locations (which were all good) and my favorite is the store on Colorado Blvd. They have a fabulous selection of frames and the customer service and style/fit feedback is most helpful. One year, my insurance (3rd party) lab broke my new frames and the staff at One Hour went above and beyond to help me locate a replacement pair (a discontinued style) and have it shipped over from London. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Friendly and professional staff that helped me get the glasses I needed despite the fact the optometrist with Denver Eye Practice failed to prescribe the right lenses in two tries. Got my actual prescription with an optometrist here and am very happy. Kudos to Anthony, Donna and Nicholas for fast, friendly and professional service since the prior optometrist couldn't get it right at all. My thanks also to Dr. Lupton who got it right on the first visit--as most optometrists should.

My experience was a mix. The tech was abrupt, didn't tell me what she was doing, just barked commands at me. The optometrist totally made up for it though. I don't know her name, but she was super kind and informative. The guy who insisted on helping me find new glasses was really nice about it at first, but then I could tell when he was fed up with how long I was taking. He abruptly announced that I had enough choices picked out and then rushed me through checkout, before we got to see all the glasses. He kept trying to sell me fancier types of lenses. I understand that that's part of his job, but I don't appreciate pushiness. Especially when he didn't want to take the time to show me all the areas of glasses. Anyway, the visit served it's purpose, and it was positive overall. I ordered some glasses I love!

Lindsey, went beyond the word CustomerCare! My Dad, had broke is glasses while on Vacation, We Called One Hour Optical, and talked to Lindsey, and she said come in and she will do what she can, on getting new ones. My Dad, was not even one of there !!! WOW!!! They fax his prescription to One Hour, and pickup new glass in 3 hours! That’s Customer Service!!!!!!!! Thanks!
