The only thing I feel should be improved on is geting calls out for clients to come pick their glasses when it's ready, having waited 3 weeks for mine and only for me to call and find out they Have the glasses already was just not cool.

I am a new customer that switched over because I was looking for better frame options. I absolutely loved the experience with the doctor and the assistance but when I returned to choose glasses I was disappointed in the new saleslady (I say new because she kept commenting how they did it wherever she came from). She immediately added nearly every upgrade possible to my frames telling me that after we saw the price we could decide what we wanted to keep and what we wanted to get rid of. After announcing the final price she asked for my card. Well the price was beyond what I wanted to spend and I even overheard the manager tell her that I didn't need a certain lens upgrade because it was only for those with strong prescriptions. At the end I had to tell her myself what to get rid of so that I could bring the price down to what I wanted to spend. Although I still felt unsatisfied I had already fallen in love with the frames so I paid the price. Today upon picking up the glasses I was simply handed the two cases with glasses in them by the same girl. No cleaning cloth or even a itemized reciept which I usually recieve from other places. Not sure if I will be returning next year or if I will try to find someone else to work with.

I went to my appointment yesterday and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Marco said hello first and then a woman with grey hair and glasses. She was a sweetheart. She saw me laboring into the store and asked if I was ok. The receptionist was very nice also. She got me all set up with my exam. I picked out 3 frame options and got my eyes looked at by the doctor, who was also very sweet. Paperwork done, I then met Marco for the finishing touches. Frames picked out, got adjustments and was happy. The only thing that I wish hadn't happen was when businesses know your insurance will cover, they have the tendency to sell you something that really isn't necessary but fail to realize that the consumer is coming out of pocket more. I get it but I'm sure that I didn't need all the "elite" levels thar I was sold. I'm not mad, just making an observation. Overall, I'd recommend to someone else to see them because they're a good business. Thank you for providing great customer service and support.

After breaking my glasses in Florida they stayed open and got my glasses operational. Marco was awesome made it happen in like 10 minutes and got me to where I can see until I get my new glasses. Total life saver!!! Would highly recommend as they go above and beyond for their customers.

Lyn and her team were professional, Helpful and great to work with! I have bought glasses the last couple years from my eye dr and he doesn’t have a great selection of frames, and the last pair I got there hurt the rim of my nose. Lyn was able to not only tell me why my old glasses hurt my nose, but also help me pick frames that fit my face properly! Plus, as an added bonus, she helped with an small issue with one pair of frames after the original purchase! I live 2 hours from this store and would go back in a heartbeat to Lyn to buy frames again! Highly recommended!

Screw fell out of the frame of my glasses. Lens popped out. I took it to Visionworks @ Easton and they repaired it for free! I shall remember this place.

Walked in discouraged with pretty broken glasses, left happy and excited for my new pair! Lyn was super fantastic and helped me get a new pair speedy quick! And they accept most insurance, so I didn’t have to pay anything crazy out of pocket. Highly recommend Visionworks and their awesome staff! :)

Had my first visit here Jan 30, 2021 for an eye exam and glasses. Just picked up my glasses today (Yes, they ended up being ready that quick). All in all, my experience here from the exam to the staff who helped me pick my frames was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I came in with a prescription from my eye doctor, just for glasses. They accept my vision insurance plan, and it was very clear what my benefits were. My eyes are difficult; very sensitive to any changes, so getting glasses is never a pleasant process. But I really appreciate how helpful and thorough both reps were. They were very patient and understanding of all my challenges. What's crazy is that I was able to get my glasses in the same day! I never expected that. I can't understand why all the other Visionworks in Columbus closed, but I'm thankful that we at least have one! When my husband needs glasses in the next year or so, we'll be coming back.

I was overwhelmed at the vast number of frames. She took her time with me. My wife and I were greeted with an "Hello" and a smile the minute we walked in the door. We were asked how they could help and directed us to the correct location in the store to start looking for a new pair of frames. The manager told us to look and someone would be with us shortly. Lyn approached me shortly thereafter and was very helpful and asked exactly what I was looking for. Lyn was very professional throughout the entire process from explaining everything and checking into what my insurance would cover. She was very knowledgeable from start to finish. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and we were made to feel cared for by the entire staff. We returned to Visonworks from previous experience at another location. The customer service was outstanding at Easton Town Center. The eye doctor at this location was fabulous. Lyn was my eye care consultant and she was very helpful working with me to find the right glasses that will fit my face. Everyone there was very nice. Dr. Mike Mendoza is perfect! Dr. Explained everything as we went thru the exam. I enjoyed our conversation too. I definitely have a new eye doctor no matter if he is in my Plan or not. Lynn Gartin, is excellent. The process to choose the best lenses for me was way easier and less stressful than I have had in the past 65 years :). The choices for frames and lenses was very good, more so than at any other eye offices. Thank you Visionworks!!!!

So my friend referred me here because she had such a great experience. I wasn’t convinced, but thought I would give it a chance. I’m proud to say I won’t be talking bad about my friend for referring me here. Dr. Mendoza was the best. He explained everything he did and my eye health in great detail. I didn’t feel rushed and felt that I could ask questions and get honest answers. Christina and Antoinette helped me pick frames that I absolutely love ❤️! They listened to my likes and dislikes and made shopping for frames a fun experience. I would recommend Visionworks to any and everyone that asks for a referral for an eye exam. My now #1 Optometrist and Eyeglass store to go to! My son and I had end of day appointments for eye exams and thanks to the torrential downpour and traffic because of it, we ran late. The whole team there was wonderful about it! I will definetly recommend this location to anyone in need of an exam or glasses! We had a large selection of brand name glasses to choose from and the ladies including management were extremely helpful with suggestions and advice and not having insurance, they were able to set me up with a great special they had going on for 2 sets of glasses! Big thumbs up!

I love this office and all the employees. Dr Mendoza is one of a kind. Came in on Saturday and had my new glasses by Thursday. I ended up leaving my umbrella and they kept it for me when I came back in. I absolutely love the customer service experience I get every time I go here!!!!

Great place. Very helpful and accommodating. I had an eye injury and had no glasses, because i only wore contacts and needed to get glasses for the injury, to see. They had my glasses made in an hour and turned out good, using my old prescription, but when i had an eye exam to get what my preacriprion is going to be while my eyes healed from my eye injury, visionworks was willing to adjust my lenses to my prescription. The problem is that some admin decided to close their lab, so they are now just like everywhere else, where you have to wait a week to two weeks for glasses to be made. Even the lady at the store at easton promised to help me with getting a new set under the same terms, dealing with the week delay to get the glasses made. Seems everyone is on the same page at visionworks, except the bean counters that decided the distinction that makes vsionworks different than other care providers isn't worth it anymore. You can great service from very nice and helpful people at visionworks, but it seems the bean counters at visionworks need a lesson in business and economics. I'm just glad they were able to help me with their in house lab when they had one.

I was leaving town on a Thursday morning and I broke my glasses the night before. I went to Visionworks and Christine was able to fix my glasses on the spot. While she was fixing them I found two new pairs that I wanted to buy. I didn't have my prescription or insurance card on me and I had to get on the road. She took all my information and did all the legwork. She called me with all the details and took my credit card number to place the order. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU!!

Visionworks has a number of smaller, petite adult size frames that flatter those of us with smaller faces. No need to buy a pair of kids glasses!
