Extremely helpful and patient staff and both Doctors Bennett are excellent eye care providers. I’ve been a customer for 2 years now and wouldn’t dream of getting my prescription and glasses anywhere else in Columbus.

I've been a patient here with Dr. David Bennett for two years, and he is easily the best eye doctor I have ever had. He's kind, thorough and professional. I had a longstanding eye issue and he went above and beyond to help find a solution for me. I always feel like if I have any problems they will be taken seriously here. The office staff are also very friendly and professional. It's just a good experience all around!

Very nice office space. Staff are competent, professional, as well as friendly. There were several clients there to receive services and not one had wait times which speaks to efficiency and great organization. Audrey, Nicole, Karen, and the two gentleman provided outstanding customer service. Audrey was well versed in insurance coverages and pricing and also had talent in selecting frames suitable for me. Karen explained all of my eye issues flawlessly and discussed a variety of solutions as well as potential cost impacts to inform my decisions. Overall, a great experience! Oh and everyone had clean nice smelling hands!

I received excellent, safe expeditious care by the staff. However, the prices of their glasses are off the charts. I took my prescription and will get my glasses elsewhere. I had heard their prices are high but thought my eye insurance would cover the gap. However, I was incorrect.

Dr. Karen is very nice and patient. I went to her when I first got contact lenses and she was very competent. Also Dr. Bennett is extremely nice as well and there's no pressure to like the contacts she recommends- she really wants you to feel comfortable in the before ordering them! Appointments are on time as well which is great.

I don't usually post reviews but I had such a great experience that I had to! Firstly, the font desk attendant, John is extremely nice and has gone above and beyond to help me figure out what exactly I needed from my new insurance company. All the staff that are in the front room are welcoming, helpful, and very nice. I saw Dr David Bennett and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. He was willing to answer all the questions I had and did a thorough examination of my eyes. (I've had experiences where the exam was much less than thorough). I'm glad I chose to go to Eyes on High and can see this place being a regular eye doctor for me!

I have been a patient for 3 years now and their customer service is excellent! I was in and out with my exam and a new pair of glasses ordered, within an hour. Their selection is extensive and they explain all charges well. Highly recommend, Dr. Bennett is great!!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They worked with me as I wanted to try a different type of contact lens. This required many appointments and trials. In the end although I decided to keep my original lens type, they were very supportive of my attempts to try something different. I wear monovision contacts (one near, one far) and they were very patient and helpful in finding the best correction for my needs. I never had to wait when I arrived for my appointments. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend Eyes on High.

This was my first visit to Eyes on High, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office was incredibly clean and well-maintained, their selection of glasses was great, and the parking in the rear was spacious and easily accessible. Dr. Melissa Bennett has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor I've been to. She was thorough, incredibly upbeat, and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. The same can be said for the rest of the staff. I have CareSource insurance, and while they are notorious for being a bit picky at times, I didn't have a single issue at Eyes on High. There aren't a TON of quality, in-network eye doctors in the Columbus area, so I couldn't recommend this location more. Simply phenomenal experience all around. I will be back soon and recommending it to all of my friends in need of an eye doctor.

This place was extremely satisfactory. When you walk in the facility is very clean and nicely organized, the staff was incredibly nice and made the experience a lot easier cuz I don't like things near my eyes for obvious reasons. The doctor was nicely dressed and very professional and polite it's been awhile since I've had my eyes checked so I kind of was confused on how to do the process correctly and she was very very kind about it. But my favorite and upmost experience was having a mini glasses fashion show where I actually got a chance to sit down with a representative and pick out the glasses that I really really wanted I love it and have already let my family and friends know that they should send their business here for Optometry.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and cannot recommend this place enough. First of all the front end staff and techs are so friendly and have gone above and beyond for me, calling my insurance and calling specialists to set up appointments. I hate shopping but they made glasses shopping fun and stuck to my budget too. Everything is stress free and top notch on their end. The doctors are also incredible. I was so surprised with how much Dr. Kloman could tell about my eyes and vision history after a quick exam. She also discovered that I have a risk factor for glaucoma and sent me to a specialist. The specialist told me that catching that factor so early on (I’m 26) saved me from potentially developing glaucoma later in life. Not sure what else I could ask for from an eye doctor!

I had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly throughout the visit. There was little wait/down time. The highlight was probably the service provided when trying on new frames. I've never had someone take their time and be as attentive and helpful. I walked around and tried a few pairs, and the staff member I was working with (Chris?) came to me with something in the neighborhood of 20 other pairs to try. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment on a Saturday morning with my young daughter. The service at Eyes on High was excellent. The facilities are modern, and everyone was very patient and helpful with my 7 year old. The doctor also did a great job of explaining everything. I highly recommend Eyes on High.

By far the best place I have been. The Optometrists are very attentive to detail and will not stop working with you until everything is perfect. I don't see the same Optometrist each time but the quality of care is never different. I am on my third contact lens trial trying to perfect it and there is never any hesitation to keep working. On top of that, the office staff is also incredibly nice and helpful. Don't hesitate to give this place a try!

I’ve been visiting eyes on high for several years and I’ve been consistently impressed by their service, I have an eye condition that isn’t common and they’ve been consistently patient and tenacious when it comes to finding the right solution. They also work hard to squeeze the most out my health insurance. I highly recommend them.

Dr K was patronizing and snippy. This optometrist spoke to me as if I was a child and she was the teacher reprimanding me. There is absolutely no need to speak to someone like that. They gave me a refund, which was nice. I asked Dr K how that refund would affect the insurance, and she said in a snippy tone, "what insurance are you talking about?" So I had to reply in an equally snippy manner, "Obviously, my vision insurance." What other insurance would I be referring to—dental? The doctor informed me I would need cataract surgery. I explained that since I just moved to Columbus from Miami, Florida and didn't have much money or resources, it might be a few months before I could get that surgery. She seemed very annoyed at me. Believe me, I wish I could go and get that surgery ASAP. But I can't. I asked her if she could please just try to work with me and provide glasses to hold me over until I can schedule the cataract surgery. She warned me that my prescription may not be great due to the cataracts. I understood that. However, when the glasses came in and I tried them on, the distance part on top was PERFECT, but the reading part on the bottom of the bifocal was awful. My old glasses worked WAY better. She immediately blamed it on my cataracts and literally reprimanded me like I was some child. It was not the cataracts. It was some glitch in the script. I know exactly what she meant by the script might not be perfect, but this was ridiculously wrong. It was awful and I couldn't read at all. This has absolutely nothing to do with the cataracts in this instance. If that was the reason, then how come I could read using my old glasses? How come the distance part on top of the new glasses were perfect? BTW: I went to another optometrist and he confirmed I had cataracts but said he could definitely provide new glasses that would get me through until the surgery. He didn't talk to me like I was an annoyance. He also said that although I need the cataract surgery, it's not a rush, but I shouldn't wait too long. I asked him would six months be too long and he said not to wait longer than that but he can for sure provide me with a new glasses script that will work for me in the meantime. So that Karen at Eyes On High, needs to be a bit more patient and less snippy and patronizing. Note: she knew exactly what insurance I was referring to.
