Easily the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. Staff was incredibly friendly, layout was welcoming and extremely clean, they even had a plethora of beverages and snacks to enjoy while you waited, even though I barely even waited when I arrived to my appointment and I even arrived 10 minutes early. Very knowledgeable team and state of the art equipment. 10/10 would recommend. Enormous thanks to Dr Keller for making certain the entire experience was enjoyable. A+++

Our daughter started complaining of not being able to see the chalk board in class. We immediately started looking for an eye doctor that would be a good fit. I researched and booked an appointment with Dr. Keller, as her bio was impressive and she had a lot of experience with pediatric patients. We are so happy with our choice! Dr. Keller is passionate about her work, energetic and knowledgeable but she is also patient with parents too 💕 The staff is also incredible as we’ve worked with Kevin many times. If you’re looking for a caring practice that you can trust please consider this office 😊

Everything about my COVE appointment was phenomenal! I almost could not get my coffee and yummy snack before I was called back to start the exam. They have a whole area of items to choose from in the lobby if you have any wait at all. Their top-notch, friendly service from stepping inside to exiting was the quickest appointment I’ve ever experienced due to efficiency. Dr. Keller was so thorough and patient in answering all my questions. Never felt rushed at all. You can feel her passion for exceptional eyecare and walks along side you every step. Dr. Keller and her staff have made their office feel so comfortable to me and my kiddos. My kids love going and always feel special. They truly treat you like family, go through extra mile to make sure you aren’t paying more than you need to (they give you all the discounts possible), are super flexible, and just make you feel at home. Dr. Keller also caught major eye issues with one of my kiddos while other doctors claimed she would grow out of it. I’m so thankful for her and her staff.

This was the best eye doctor I have found in a very very long time. She actually listened to me and not just the machines! I finally got new glasses after 15 years! I had my eyes checked regularly but most doctors are stuck on what the machine says and not what their patients say! I hope to never have to go anywhere else!

I didn't wait at all, even though I was a bit early. I wouldn't expect that each time, but it was nice. And they have a choice of beverages while you wait, too. Along with state of the art machines to help inspect your vision, and caring people working there. I'd recommend this place to everybody. I just hope I don't end up having to wait months to get an appointment as people realize how good they are.

My family and I (4 people) went in today and the first thing we noticed was how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff (Kevin and Vanna) were. Thinking about glasses and choices gives me anxiety. When we visited Central Ohio Vision Care it was easy like Sunday morning. Kevin helped my son and I puck out glasses giving us his expertise. My son is literally super picky. He was able to find glasses within minutes. I also found 3 pairs myself. Louis made sure everything that was touched was cleaned for the next customer. That alone put me at ease. If you are unsure of a pair of frames they are all willing to help you decide which would be the best fit. The staff are kid friendly as well! We will definitely be returning.

The doctor and staff are very nice, fun, and professional! I went there earlier for an emergency and I was taken care of immediately. My previous eye doctor was not caring enough to warn me that my condition could get that bad so I missed the best timing for treatment. I decided to switch my whole family out and I was happy that my husband found this place for me. I took my daughter there today for her eye exam and solutions to slow down her nearsighted progress. The doctor and staff were very patient answering our questions. My daughter had fun talking to them throughout the process and said they were sooo nice! I’d highly recommend this place!

If you are looking for a practice to bring your kids in this is the place! After a not so good experience in another practice and since we walked through the door, the customer service was outstanding. Every team member that helped us was friendly and great with kids. Dr Keller was the cherry on top. Watching her interact with my kid was like if she was family member that has known her for ever. Kevin quickly got her taste and found the winner frames in 10mins. Very easy check in process. The practice is clean, great energy, and even has snacks and drinks while you wait ( a win win when you have little ones ) Easy to park in the parking lot, and scheduling process was a bliss. You can see availability in their site and set up the appointment at that time. If your appointment is at school pu times or after please be aware New Albany school is very close and you will need more time to get there.

Got glass from them awhile back and they just need a little tune up on the glass from my hard wear and tear on them. They gladly fixed them right up and the staff was super friendly and kind. An outstanding experience. They did a comprehensive eye exam and spent much time explaining the results of my vision and the condition of the components (optic nerve, lens, etc) of my eyes. At near 20/20, I didn't require lenses, but with some correction It was possible to improve my vision. Staff was courteous. Highly recommended.

Have had many great experiences purchasing both glasses and contacts! They have a great selection of frames in various price points and I had a hard time deciding between all of the options. I was never rushed or pressured and was offered helpful opinions from the staff based on their experience with the brands and other customers. You can tell they really know their stuff! Ordering contacts has been the easiest experience. As someone who tends to wait until the last possible moment to reorder, they always have gotten my contacts to me within a few days. Most recently, I ordered contacts and tried to use my HSA card that was not working. Kevin was incredibly patient and kind in working with me - offering suggestions of what I check/make sure it worked. Very appreciative of the time and attention I was given during all of my experiences here!

Had a great visit yesterday with COVE. I needed a current Eye Prescription to update my eye glasses. I was able to schedule a prompt appt and was treated well by Dr. Karres and his staff. My eye exam was thorough and I feel good about the prescription. I really recommend spending the few $ more, for the eye health examination. It was very informative and gave me facts to make better decisions about my eyes, and some piece of mind. Additionally, eye glasses are sold on-site and Kevin was very helpful giving me a hand with a new sunglasses purchase. I got just what I wanted. Great service and I will be returning!

My friends prescription sunglasses 🕶 lost a screw so we googled eyewear repair and found Central Ohio Vision and eyecare! So friendly and a welcoming lobby area ( coffee, water, snacks free wifi ) and Louis their optometrist came out to the lobby, and within a few minutes came out all fixed ! On top of that, he had wiped them clean , and fixed the nose bridge for her! ❤️‍🩹 Best optometrist ever ! I recently visited Central Ohio Vision and Eyecare for the first time for my annual eye exam and to get new glasses and contacts. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome and comfortable. Every staff member I had the pleasure of interacting with was very friendly and helpful. I had no wait at all before I was brought back to start my exam. Dr Kelbley was very thorough and made special care to address all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. She even took the time to show me the pictures that were taken of my eye and explain in further detail something that had been bothering me from a previous appointment with another doctor. She also made sure the new contacts fit correctly and assured me that if I had any further questions I should call the office for help. I had plenty of help from the office staff choosing which glasses looked best on me and we had no issue working out insurance and cost. Since a relative of mine left such a glowing review, I’ll keep mine short. Dr. Karres was the most straightforward doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In my experience, I’ve had many doctors give me bad news, but he was the most direct with the problem, and more importantly, the solution. Dr. Karres’ staff operates like a well oiled machine. They moved as a team and had me in the chair fast for the initial assessment in ten minutes, into the exam chair in another three minutes, and had my exam results in 30 minutes. My previous doctors would often times take a good hour or two. Lastly, the environment was pleasant and all around cheerful. That was due to the demeanor of the staff and their efforts into making an office seem more welcoming and less like a sanitarium. I appreciate their swift service and the continued visits I will undoubtedly have in the future

Went for a quick visit on my lunch break. I had been having vessels burst in my eye and increasing optic migraines. Expected quick look and back to work. I actually tried to reschedule and they said they were closed on Saturday and the girl said you know you really should probably come in so I did Dr. Mancini Took her time looking at me was very thoughtful and sweet and decided that I possibly had an acute angle glaucoma closure. I told her I had been diagnosed with possibility of a borderline glaucoma years ago but it never really thought much of it. She ended up telling me at that moment that I needed to go straight to see Dr. Baker who's an eye surgeon down town she said I wouldn't wait I think you need to go now and so I did they set up the appointment for mean of the staff was amazing I was taking a ride in a Dr. Baker's office Dr. Baker said you're very lucky to be here and Dr. Mancini I should be praised for getting this right and I ended up having an emergency laser procedure which when indeed save my vision had it been left to not being taken care of I felt like I was surrounded by the best people between Dr. Mancini's and Dr. Baker's office it was amazing these girls are and the doctors were just very kind and very thorough and I was taken care of and also found I had to have the second I done as soon as possible I want to thank everyone and Dr. Mancini you were amazing.
