I have been a regular client at Arlington Optical for many years and have always been given the best care from everyone there. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who relies on the highest quality of vision possible.

I cannot speak highly enough of the people and services provided at Arlington Optical. Tim McNemar, Master Optician and company owner, cares very much that his customers leave his store properly fitted and totally satisfied. I have a difficult prescription and I count on Tim and his staff to help me find custom lenses and attractive frames. Recently, Tim and optician Linn Goodwin fitted me with absolutely life-changing lenses, using a newer digital technology that gives me excellent focus at all distances - reading, driving, computer work - anything I do! I can't imagine a better team of professionals - Dr. Humphrey for precision eye exams, Linn for optical fitting and frame selection, and Tim for creative management - all of the staff are superb! Lastly, I am fussy about my frames - I give Linn my highest recommendation for finding perfect frames every time that complement my face shape and fit my lifestyle. Arlington Optical has made a difference in the quality of my vision and ultimately, the quality of my life!

I have been visiting Arlington Optical for many many years! They are simply and absolutely wonderful. Linnea has help be so much in the last 20 plus years. She always helps me pick the best frames and lenses. I am extremely hard on my glasses! I sleep in them, and bump them with every thing. (i.e. dog, horses, etc) She is always able to adjusted them perfectly! My prescription is difficult, and Arlington Optical has a very high standard! The quality of my glasses is exceptional. I will never go anywhere else for my family's eye glasses needs. THANK YOU Linnea and the entire Arlington Optical Family.

Linnea Goodwin was fabulous ro work with. She did a great job of selecting eye glass frames and sun glasses that made it easy for me to get what looked good on me and I love, love, love. Linnea went above and beyond to replace the small screw I had lost in my old sun glasses - I used a piece of wire to hold them together. Awesome experience!!!

I was in the market for a new frames in the fall of 2019. One of my friends told me to check out Arlington Optical which I did. Outstanding selection of eyewear and at that time Deb helped identify proper size frames and was extremely helpful. I had some peeling on the arms of the glasses and Tommy was able to replace the total frames even though they were out of warranty without question. The staff was awesome and Mandy welcomes you with a warm smile! This place is awesome thank you!

I can't thank Arlington Optical enough! I am a healthcare worker with a habit of constantly adjusting my glasses, but I couldn't find an optician willing to help out given the COVID shutdown until I called Arlington Optical. Tommy told me he would do everything he could to help me out, and over the next few weeks he was true to his word. From adjusting my current glasses multiple times to ensuring that the prescription on a new pair of goggles for work were correct, they helped me out when others wouldn't. We used proper PPE for all encounters and the store was spotless every time I visited. I could tell they understood the gravity of the pandemic when he pulled out pen sets in ziplock bags to ensure everything was disinfected and hand sanitizer was at the ready anytime anything was touched. They are a great business I hope everyone will support. Thank you Tommy and Arlington Optical for keeping myself, my family, and my patients safe!

Wow! Let me tell you about my experience at Arlington Optical. I arrived there and saw many beautiful, different glasses that I'd never seen before; so, overwhelmed by the options, when a gentleman approached me, I said that I was looking for something different with a low set for my nose. He, very nicely and smiley, told me to trust him that he would get the coolest glasses nowadays that would perfectly match the shape of my face. Then, he pulled the chair for me to sit down and offered me coffee, which I accepted. I immediately realized this store and its customer service were something else entirely different, starting from the incredible pieces they have available, followed by the politeness of Tommy, who attended me, to his level of his knowledge. So, Tommy started bringing all those beauties. Oh my God! I felt like I was in a jewelry store because of how jewel-like fancy the glasses were! When I tried them on, I was completely head over heels with them and specially the one I picked, that Tommy also agreed that, no other would be able to compete with that one in terms of beauty, class, perfect details, colors, and, most important of all, in the way it fit my face. I couldn't have left without that jewel even though it was a quite pricey piece. Quality glasses last forever and I've always looked for one of a kind piece that no one has. So, like I said, head over heels with that imported glasses that are not sold in any other store in Columbus. I had to have it immediately because I'd be traveling to Rio de Janeiro on the 27th of December. I went to Arligton Optical on the 19th of December, but Tommy promised me I'd have it by the 26th of December. He even called the place where I got my eye exam , so that he could work on my lenses. I did nothing besides have a wonderful conversation with Tommy, have coffee, and then, not so fun, pay for my glasses. Today, the 23rd of December, Tommy called me and said that my glasses were ready , only waiting for me to go pick them up. I was at work until late, but can't wait to go get it tomorrow morning!! These glasses are not boring or for older people. They're much more of a fashion statement! It really made me look much prettier, younger and polished. If you're looking for glasses that no one else has and an outstanding customer service, you can't go wrong with Tommy from Arlington Optical in Upper Arlington, OH. I give 5 stars with no doubt! I'm so happy with my purchase!!!

A was completely satisfied with the care I recieved at Arlingon Optical on Lane Ave., Columbus, Ohio today. I was in my car when I was invited into the building. As I entered there was a person who asked me to use the hand sanitizer that was made available. He asked men few health questions and took my temperature. I was the only patient in the building. I entered the exam room. All employees had masks and gloves on. I was so safe and comfortable from the time I entered this facility until I left. Well done, well done!!👏

I give this place 5 stars because the staff seems to care for their customers on their idea of eye wear. They don't sell the warranty for your glasses that you choose. And when we needed a place where they sell glasses we had the right minds to come to that place during this terrible event. I totally have the right mind to add 5 stars. DEFINITELY recommend that place to check out for glasses. Great styles too!!😎

Tommy Russell and Mary Perkins make this the best eyewear store in Ohio. They shop is friendly clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They helped my wife make decisions on a rocking set of Lindberg frames. Go see them you will not be disappointed

Not sure if Santa was having a bad day. The way he greeted me and the way he interacted with his staff was NOT nice. He spoke AT or TO, not WITH customers and staff especially The older lady. I thought give "her a break there buddy, she has to deal with you" which had I not driven so far to get there, i would not deal with you. The only reason I gave this place any stars was the staff of elves. They were helpful and were NICE. I feel bad for those who work FOR this guy. It seemed to me they worked FOR him, not as part of his team. Everyone I saw HIM interact with was not able to hide their body language that said they did not want to interact with him. Like I stated at first,maybe he had a bad day and so cookies and milk would have helped Santa be nice and not naughty.
