I arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted by smiling faces and warm hellos. It was a busy lunch hour and they managed the flow of customers very well. They treat people with care and not like they are just transactions. The staff is always very friendly and happy to answer any questions/concerns. I really appreciate the reminder texts and emails. I was in and out during my scheduled time. I love coming here for all of my eye care needs.

Dr, Taylor was very through taking concern for something she saw in my eye, due to the fact I have a history of cancer. The lady checking me out was extremely knowledgeable about insurance. And the young lady that was learning about being the doctors aid was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was really a nice experience. Can’t wait to get my new glasses. And I got to use my target card made it more affordable.

I found the doctor and staff to be very amiable. The doctor is super pleasant and friendly. I was a little thrown off when I arrived for my appointment and it looked like the place was still closed; it was dark inside and the gate was half closed. Also, my appointment was for contacts and they did not have the specific size of contacts I needed in stock, so I’ll have to go back in a week for my trial pair of contacts. This was a minor inconvenience. I normally go to LensCrafters or Sansbury or somewhere like that, so I’m not used to them not having what I need in stock. But outside of those two things, I found the visit to be very affordable, as I did pay out of pocket, and I will definitely be going back.

Dr Lorna Wilson is the best eye doctor I have ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them! After many years, I became unable to wear my contacts due to pain. I asked at least 4 doctors why I could no longer tolerate wearing contacts, including one Opthamologist, but never received help with that problem from any of them. They simply blew me off, forcing me to go back to wearing glasses. Dr Wilson listened to my concerns and gave me some thinner contacts that I could wear with comfort. She is very kind and caring. I highly recommend Dr Wilson!
