Dr. King was quick and efficient with my appointment! I received the information I needed and my prescription updated. The rest of the staff was the same! All smiling faces and helpful all around! The office is clean and inviting. I didn’t look at the frames as I already have a pair, but there seems to be a wide selection. Will definitely be returning for years to come.

Stopped by this morning for my glasses to be adjusted and was so impressed! Although a small task, they really took the time to make sure my glasses fit correctly. They took the time to see how they fit on and around my face to ensure to the best fit. I did not ourchase my glasses at this store, but wish I would have! Getting your glasses adjusted can be a headache when someone's rushing you out the whole time. Not the case here! Amazing customer service and above and beyond attitude. Thank you ladies!! ❤️

The sign in staff person and the doctor were excellent. Very thorough and both had a great disposition. The same can be said of the technician that fits you with glasses. My only negative comment, and to be fair it's more my fault, was that in the past the person fitting me with glasses would give me a price range on the different options and let me choose which one based on fashion and price. I picked my own and it turned out to be a very expensive model. I liked it so I bought it. I suppose if I had known the different cost options before making my selections I might have not chosen the one I did. But that is more my fault. Overall I would recommend eyecare center midlands.

I really like how I felt comfortable with the doctor during consultations and check ups. However, I ordered contact lenses and they were available more than a month after. Also, the staff would tell me they would call me once the lenses were available, but never did. I had to make the follow up calls every time.
