It is really calm and soothing in the office. Arely, I believe her name was, helped me a lot In picking my frame and figuring out which one suits the best. Also, finally helping me order which frame I needed that I did not actually think of. Dr.Daniel was really helpful in taking his time and helping me find an eye specialist so we can figure out extensively if anything is wrong with my eyes. I appreciated all the help. Thank you!

Visited yesterday and had a great experience! Dr. Vidulich was very friendly and made sure he understood my experience with contacts/glasses and we talked through that before he started which I appreciated very much. I originally planned on only getting contacts through my insurance, assuming that was all that was covered (just got a new plan this year). However as Sandra helped me with that order, she took the initiative to check my full benefits and explain how they applied year over year so I was able to take full advantage! Without her, I never would have known. She was super patient, helpful, and kind as I picked out my frames too. I am indecisive at times so that was not easy. She learned what I liked, kindly suggested a few, and I ended up getting ones that she picked out! Could not have done it without Sandra. Can’t wait to pick up my new frames

This was my first experience with Pearle Vision. The individuals up front made the process of getting me in quick and easy. Dr. Contreras was great. He made a point to explain things to me so that I actually understood, a first for me as typically my eye exam appointments are in and out. He took his time, asked questions about me, and paid attention to little details which helped me not feel like another patient they’re just rushing in and out. Awesome experience overall!

One comment, maybe invest in new task chairs at the checkout stations. They are a bit awkward to sit in and look dated. However, great customer service.

From the moment we stepped through the entrance , every single staff member was incredibly nice and so helpful. Every step of the process was explained to me, directions for ever step of the evaluation was discussed with me so I understood clearly what to do and what was expected. My optometrist Dr. Contreras was so patient, clear with his recommendations and reasoning and helped me understand my eye health better than I have ever had before. He was very thorough with his evaluation and I value his recommendations highly. I had a wonderful experience afterwards picking my eye glasses and appreciate the advice and recommendation the staff member checking me out had. I appreciated her input and guidance. My husband was also there for an eye exam and glasses and had just as many wonderful things to say. Will be using this same location in the future for all my eye health needs.

Dr. Grace was amazing - very patient and also helpful in coming up with ideas / choices of how best to treat my eye problems. She asked me about my computer / work area and offered solutions. I was also impressed with the advanced technology used for scanning my eye and doing the eye exam. After the exam, Ashley was very kind and helped me choose a pair of frames. I also liked the fact that all of the frames were sanitized and that they were taking COVID precautions very seriously.

Dr Vidulich is the best there is. In the years I've been seeing him, he's found that I had type 2 diabetes before my internist, found that I had an issue with my Retina, which could have made me blind and now, even after seeing retina specialists several times a year, (as recently as 2 weeks ago) that I may have the beginnings of glaucoma. He's thorough and not to mention, one of the nicest guys I know. Thank you for all your diligence!

I had a wonderful overall experience as always. I went in for my 4 year old who had a scratched cornea, which you can imagine wasn’t easy! Dr Grace took great care of her, and explained the process and did her best with a screaming preschooler! Receptionists were great upon arrival and the paperwork was simply patient history and a signature, not a stack load of paper like in other places. Everyone was wearing masks and following covid protocols!

My daughter came for eye exam. She was given rx for glasses and contacts. I was very disappointed they couldn’t fit her for contacts today. I saw one patient waiting. I was told they were short staffed but I saw at least 4 employees there. I have to come back on Thursday for contact lens fitting.

More of a 3.5 star experience. Dr. Gutierrez was wonderful, friendly and engaging. She made the appointment feel like more than just a business transaction. The rest of the experience and staff are more what you would expect of a big named franchise, while professional and succinct, no personal touches are included. Dr. Gutierrez was the only person to call me by name. They are clean, efficient, and generally organized in their procedures.

My wallet was stolen with all my debit cards, credit card and phone before I went for my appt. She was understanding about my situation and will be visiting her to complete the process. From the time I arrived I felt welcomed, from the young man that did the initial testing to my doctor made me feel that they were truly interested in my eye care. My doctor was very professional and explained every step in his procedure. This was a very enjoyable experience.

I have been going here for years. The staff are all friendly, efficient and the team of eye doctors are amazing. You can get glasses there same day and they take insurance as well and follow up is great. They are well worth the trip and awesomely they take vsp eye insurance. The service I get from these folks is well worth the trip to drive across the city.

I went in yesterday evening for an eye exam since I was experiencing headaches at work. I met with Dr. Hungerford, he was very professional, attentive and very informative. I also didn't feel rushed which I really appreciated. Turns out I needed glasses since my vision changed after I had my daughter. Took me awhile to choose frames since I've never wore glasses before but the staff was super helpful. Special thank you to Rozayra for being so patient with me. She was sweet, attentive and very helpful. There was a second employee that actually helped me choose the final frames, not sure what her name was. But she was very helpful in helping me finalize my decision. Thank you so much! I'm so happy with my experience here. I plan to come back soon for my second pair this weekend :)

Today was my first visit to Pearle Vision at Riverpoint Plaza. I scheduled an appointment because I was experiencing random flashes of light and “floaters” in my field of vision. Dr. Vidulich and his associates thoroughly examined my eyes. The equipment they used is state of the art and the results of the exam put me at ease about what I was experiencing. Turns out that my symptoms are somewhat normal for my age group. (Over 60) I will make a return visit to have prescription lenses fitted. Again, I was very Impressed with the Pearle staff and especially Dr. Spencer Vidulich.

Even though I've moved and live significantly closer to 2 other locations, I always come back to this location. The entire staff at this location and how it's ran are what some other businesses should aspire to be like. Today for instance my son and I both had an appt, late because life, is life. It's raining, game 5 of the playoffs was on and it's almost Friday. This very well could've been considered a recipe for a hurry up, get these ppl out of here attitude. Instead we were immediately greeted with smiling faces. The Dr. took his time making sure we had the right prescription changes. There was a hiccup with the insurance info and it became too late to speak with someone to get it sorted out in time. You would think they'd ask me to come back. Nope, they still took the time to show me what would be best type of frame for the high index lens I need. 15 pairs later I know I found a winner and a new pair of glasses ;)

I was defrauded by the staff. The will tell you that your insurance covers something, then after the procedure is done. They will call you later and say are not covered, bill you (pay out of pocket) and won't acknowledge what they said about you being covered basically calling you a lier. Update, someone at pearl vision read this review and contacted me immediately. Sufficed too say the matter was corrected.
