Over a year ago, I stopped by Quick Draw Optical in Cheyenne. I usually order glasses online because it’s cheap. (I go through glasses too quickly … usually 2-3 pairs a year). I considered alternatives to cheap glasses, but couldn’t justify the expense of frames and lenses from the eye doctor. Sick of cheap ones breaking, though, I figured i’d give this a try. Right away, I was greeted and helped. Both ladies working were so friendly and not at all pushy. Their frames aren’t cheap, but not any more expensive than at the eye doctor. Even with my complicated prescription, my glasses were ready in less than 48 hours. Fast forward a year and a half, and I still have these frames and lenses! My lenses aren’t scratched up and the frames aren’t bent or broken. I wear them every day and I’m so thankful. This isn’t the cheapest option, but i’m confident it’s the best one.

I came in today because my puppy ate my glasses. The assistant manager did everything she could to get my glasses done on a saturday, despite my expired prescription. I went elsewhere and came back with updated prescription. She got it done with kindness, compassion, and courtesy. Customer for Life!

I love this store! I have purchased all of my frames and lenses here for over five years and I never intend to shop elsewhere. The owner is absolutely wonderful, honest, helpful, and accommodating in every way, including, but not limited to: Up-to-date, frank, and skilled fashion advice, financial concerns and accommodations and honestly, even just small talk. I love their styles and the brands of frames chosen for their store and holy cow!! Same day glasses?! Wonderful quality, great workmanship, and so insanely fast—they offer current and chic styles in both affordable frames and, of course, the recognizable high-end brands my teenage daughter just has to have. Classic, timeless, chic, utilitarian, sturdy... something for everyone. I just absolutely adore the owner’s personality and also her full-time employee is just the sweetest woman and they just really make the best team to have you feeling very special and important. They take their time helping you get exactly what you want even when you don’t know yourself what that might be and they will never complain if you go in just to browse or talk and window shop. Wonderfully all-encompassing customer service! Perfect in every way! Please shop here and definitely send all your friends! 1,000 stars from me!

Customer service is alive and well at Quick Draw Optical. Their on-site lab, coupled with great service from the optical staff make getting glasses made quickly with all my questions answered, new glasses were made in about 4 hours from leaving frames with staff, prices are very good for basic lenses but can escalate based on lens features as well as time to complete taking up to two weeks, you can't go wrong bringing in your frames, prescription and questions for the gift of vision from a shop that still believes in exceeding your expectations for service! Highly recommended 👌👍👏

I broke my glasses and went here in hopes for repairs Unfortunately they were not repairable from where I broke them so instead I was able to get brand new frames with my lenses placed in them For a very reasonable price and excellent fantastic amazing customer service and when I am in need of new lenses or frames I will definitely be back. Definitely recommend this local owned store!

Wow - incredible customer service! I was in Cheyenne for the big Frontier Days rodeo when my glasses suddenly needed some minor repair and adjustment. I went to Quick Draw Optical and absolutely couldn't have had a better experience. They were very nice, fixed my glasses right away, actually did more than I expected in terms of getting them tuned up, and didn't charge me a penny. This was even though they knew that I was only a visitor in town for the rodeo. I was so impressed with them! I would definitely recommend them to others.

What an AMAZING local business! The Ladies at Quick Draw do a GREAT job, super friendly, and are truly helpful! I hate picking out my frames but I love the frames and sunglasses they helped me pick. Bonus: their pricing and service is better than anyone in town!

Passing through town and had an eyeglass emergency...these guys saved our family vacation! They had me in a new pair of glasses in about an hour...and my wife thinks the frames are better than my old pair. No question this would be my eyeglass shop if I lived anywhere near Cheyenne!!! 10 STARS!!!!

Not gonna lie, I originally stopped by because of their sign. There was something humorous about going to get glasses from a place that's cowboy themed. That being said, they had great service. They were extremely helpful at helping me pick out two pairs of eye glasses (the 2nd pair was half off, sweet!) and actually got them completed same day. (I couldn't pick them up 'till the next day though.) I was also able to donate my old pair of glasses there as well. All in all, highly recommend!

Quick Draw Optical is absolutely wonderful! My son was in an accident and broke his glasses. He had a concussion and we needed to get a replacement pair as soon as possible. They worked magic and we had his new glasses within a couple of hours.
