I was visiting for Cheyenne Frontier Days and needed glasses and they got me right in. Elizabeth at the front desk was so welcoming, Robert took such great care of my exam testing, Dr Eldred was so kind and knowledgeable but was able to explain my exam testing in ways I could actually understand, and Grace was so helpful assisting me in their amazing optical with an incredible selection of high end frames. I love my Versace glasses and my Maui Jim sunglasses that I feel were far less expensive than if I purchased them in Florida, where I am from. I would recommend anyone & everyone go to Eldred Eye Center!

Awesome place!! Very nice people!! Explained things to me, like what they were doing and what the equipment was showing them. I love that I saw the Holy Bible there and that "k love" was playing. Best place I've ever gone to in Cheyenne. They were able to see things in my vision check that no other place ever caught when I went in. I had spots in my vision and no place could ever figure out why. Eldred was able to see the scar tissue that no other optometrist or opthalmologist was able to spot when checking my vision. Love this place and got the glasses I really wanted for a good price considering I wanted high quality frames and lenses to cut glare,etc.

My children and I came to Eldred Eye Center due to a change in vision insurance. And as much as I liked the last eye doctor, I do not regret switching to Eldred Eye Center. The staff are very professional and extremely courteous. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. This is a very kid-friendly doctor's office. The kids' exam rooms are brightly painted with fish and have a variety of toys. The exams are quick and convenient yet still very thorough. Robert and Dr. Eldred were able to tailor my daughter's glasses prescription so that the insurance would cover 100% of the cost and I would have no out of pocket costs. We were extremely satisfied with the visit and would highly recommend to others.

Our family loves Eldred Eye Center!!! Dr. David Eldred is very friendly and always makes our children feel comfortable! The staff there, especially Robert and Dr. Eldred, were very accommodating when I had a serious eye injury a while back. They provided the BEST care and were very proactive in making sure my eye healed properly. They even made a personal call to follow up and make sure I was ok. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone in the area!

Kudos to the staff of the Advanced Eye Care Clinic for promptly helping me with an eye infection recently. When I called the clinic, the technician Robert made sure I was seen by Dr. David Eldred right away. After a through examination I was prescribed drops to resolve the issue. The next day Robert made a follow up call to check on me. That is above and beyond service in my opinion. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses and their prices are good for their quality frames and lenses. I own several pair of glasses and the staff will clean and straighten them at no charge whenever I stop in. I also wear a contact lens and their prices are comparable to ordering online. I know when ordering from Sarah at the clinic that I am getting the correct lens and most often I can pick it up that day or the next. I have changed insurance companies a few times over the last couple of years and have always felt the clinics billing staff has been very helpful in explaining everything in advance and getting me the best optical deals with my insurance. I highly recommend the Advanced Eye Care Clinic due to their friendly staff, being able to get an appointment quickly and knowing that I am getting quality optical products from them.

I just switched over to Eldred Eye Center and I’m so glad I did! They are welcoming, friendly, down to earth, great with kids, and very professional all at the same time. I’m excited to say that this is the first doctor’s office that has found a pair of contacts that work well for me. I bought two pairs of glasses and will be buying my contacts. It has been a great experience and if you are thinking of Eldred Eye Center I would highly recommend them!

I absolutely love how easy this was! Each person I encountered was friendly yet professional. I was explained every test and why it was being performed during the exam. Dr. Dave was awesome! Personable. I felt like I was getting the best care and they really understood my needs. My new glasses are adorable and were actually affordable. From start to finish, this was by far the best eye exam I've ever had and will be spreading the word about this office dedicated to patient care not just a paycheck!!!

Our family has gone to Eldrigdge Eye Care for years, and we have never been disappointed. They are highly professional and friendly, and you don’t have to have your eyes dilated to get them checked. We have never had a poor experience. I highly recommend them. They work with your insurance, and they don’t jerk you around.

My daughter is a special needs, young adult. This is one of the only eye doctors who accepts WY Medicaid. They are very kind and understanding, with my daughter without being condescending, in this office. We received a ton of information due to my daughters various eye issues. The optician and eye doctor were very helpful and answered all my questions. The optician also helped us find the perfect glasses for my daughter, without being asked to do so. I think they are great!

The staff at Advanced Eye Care Clinic is always friendly, and always helpful. The staff is always very prompt, and they are always ready for you at the time of your appointment. They were also able to see me immediately without an appointment when I was having some issues with eyes. I can always get my contacts ordered quickly, and they are always at a great price! My puppy got ahold of my glasses the other night and by time I got them from her the lenses were badly scratched. I called the next day, was told the lenses were still covered under warranty. It took about two weeks for them to come in and when I took the glasses in they had them fixed in about 30 minutes. I'm very happy with the service and products. Thank you.

I love the friendly staff. When I went in for my eye appointment I felt very welcomed and the staff made sure I was comfortable while in the waiting room. The way the eye exams are set up make it seem like it's not an eye exam at all. Very fun and interactive. I have to be honest, I was not happy with my glasses and due to my insurance taking forever to pay, I procrastinated going in and getting my prescription and glasses exchanged. In spite of this, they allowed me to come in, at no charge, and fix my prescription and exchange my frames. This is defiantly the best clinic in town and they truly give the best customer service. I would give them 10 stars if google would let me. I tried so many clinics in town and was shocked by the amount of overpriced fees and lack of customer service. I started seeing Dr. Eldred in 2008 and have loved this clinic.The technicians, Robert and Sarah are some of the kindest people you will ever meet and always make sure we are taken care of. A few months ago, my husband had an extremely painful uncler on his eye. They were able to see him the SAME DAY he called. They properly diagnosed and treated him quickly for which we were very grateful. I also love that their prices are so competitive. When shopping around for contacts, I quickly found that they were the cheapest in town and even cheaper than online stores. They order them very quickly and will even mail them to me if I want. On the one rare occasion I had an issue with my bill, they were very willing to talk it over with me AND my insurance and resolved the problem quickly. Not many doctors offices will do that, which really meant a lot to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eldred for years. I have the option to see hundreds of eye doctors due to my high travel territory, but I chose Dr. Eldred because he has always been open and honest about my overall eye health. This year my pressures were extremely high and I was at risk for Glaucoma. His technicians Robert and Sarah both were extremely sensitive to my case and Dr. Eldred walked me through the diagnosis and a proper medical drop plan/recommendation. In thirty days my pressures were greatly reduced and I feel comfortable knowing that my vision is in good hands with the friendly people at Advanced Eye Care Clinic. In my life I've seen ten different optometrists and none of them have taken the time, energy, and effort to make me feel at ease like Dr. Eldred and his staff. My family will all be lifetime patients of Dr. Eldred. I would highly recommend their office to anyone in the area.

My dog scratch my eye 12 hours later the pain was nearly unbearable. So I called at 4:15pm to see if they could get me in the next day (as a new patien). They squeezed me in the same day and within 10 min of being in that chair the pain was gone. They took such good care of me and fixed me up. My family will be patients here for life! It’s hard to find good osteopathic sometimes. But these guys are truly amazing. I can’t thank them enough.
