Love Whittington Eye care! I have seen Dr. Mark and Dr. Jennifer and they are both amazing! They are smart, up on current treatments, and they make sure they get your prescription perfect. All of the office staff are extremely nice and willing to help. I love that they have their service dog Reese there to help patients, when needed. I definitely recommend Whittington Eye Care! They are the best vision providers I have been to in my entire life! I am so glad I found them.

Dr. Mark Whittington diagnosed and treated the complication promptly, thus preventing further surgery. Despite leaving for vacation he checked on me and had Dr. Stevens monitor my healing. Both providers surpassed my expectations! The friendly staff always greets you with a polite smile and professional appearance. The appointment availability times are convenient for full time workers and I have never had a long wait time. I highly recommend Whittington Eye Care Associates!

I have been going to Whittington Eye Care for many years. My primary doctor there is Dr. Jeff Whittington. However, I have also been seen and treated by his wife Dr. Sandy as well as their daughter Dr. Jennifer and their son Dr. Mark. I have always received wonderful care. They are very thorough in their examinations of my eyes. Due to my mother having had Glaucoma, and the beginnings of Macular Degeneration, they screen me on a yearly basis to make sure I am not developing either one of those. I am low level prediabetic so they also do the scans of my retinas to verify that my eyes are not being affected by that. They would catch any of those issues long before most eye doctors in this area would because of the diagnostic machines they use.

Sherri guided me through this test - explaining everything that she was going to do and what to expect. This test only took a total of 15 minutes! I have used Dr. Stephens at Whittington Eye Care Associates for the last few years, this year when I ordered two pair of glasses. One for normal use and one with special lenses for computer work. When they came in I went to pick them up and while the pair for normal everyday wear was being adjusted the arm just snapped off in the tech's hands. She quickly checked to see if they the frame in the office but they did not in the size my lens required so she explained that she would reorder my frame. My computer glasses were great. 1st Appointment at Whittington Eye Care Associates and with it being my first appointment and after being so many different eye doctors and having so many problems with my eyes I'm always very iffy due to bad/ not so good reception. But yesterday was the best experience I've ever had at a eye doctors office. Dr. Jennifer Stevens is a very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful doctor. With in the first 5 mins of her being in the room she completely surpassed any kind of help I've ever gotten. Appointment time was at 2:00pm and I didn't wait but less than 5mins before they took me back for scans and then back in the room waiting. When back in the waiting room again I waited no longer than 5-10mins for Dr. Jennifer Stevens to come in. She takes her time and is very thorough when it comes to getting your prescription dialed in. Over all experience was way beyond my expectations. First time I've ever come out of the Eye Doctor and didn't feel depressed and helpless.

They have the most advanced technology I have ever seen in any office. They were able to take photos of my retinas and determine my eye health was excellent! All I had to do was look into the machine! My doctor was Dr. Jennifer and I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She listened very carefully regarding the issues I have with getting the correct lenses I need for my eyes (which is complicated by allergies). She not only understood but was able to explain these issues in detail so I better understood them. This was the best experience with eye care that I have ever had! I will certainly use them for all my vision needs in the future. I was also very impressed with the glasses selection and the young lady who helped me choose frames. She assisted me in choosing the best fit and style of frame for my face. (I never get that right on my own : ). I left in record time and felt very confident about the frame choice!

From my arrival to my exit it was a wonderful experience. No waiting I got right in! Everything was explained to me as to what was going to be done and why it was being done. Gentleness, patience, and a personal feeling of warmth was displayed. The Doctor explained everything and did NOT rush! All staff was professional, courteous and did not rush me. My eyes had gotten worse so I needed new lens. I loved my frame on my current glasses and was allowed to keep my current frame and just change the lens. This saved me money too! Handicapped entry and parking spots provided easy access in and out. Staff did not rush me but were kindhearted and patient. I left so happy and highly recommend this establishment.

My family and I have been a patient at this office for more than 15 years. We have never had a bad experience with the docs or staff. If our prescription turned out to not be right, every effort was made to correct it. My husbands glasses have broken a few times over the years and they always have fixed them at little or no cost to us. They fit us right in if any eye emergency happens and have been available even on weekends. I would recommend this office 10/10.
