They didn't keep people waiting in the waiting room forever, and didn't rush anyone either. Would recommend them to everyone!

The services offered seem to be of good quality however.

Dr Parsons is extremely thorough and the exam is very comparable to an ophthalmologist.The cost of the eyewear is explained thoroughly with no surprises. I’ve tried several other providers and by far this is the best experience. This is for the Nitro location
Terra MuncyI have been with them for 10 years. I find the staff and the doctor friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience. If you buy your frames there they will run high but they never pressure you. You can just get your prescription and get them elsewhere.

Robbie SmithDon't confuse these people with the Ophthalmologist who used to work in the office adjacent to theirs. The people at South Charleston Eye Care are very courteous, professional and do a wonderful job putting you into your new glasses or contact lenses. Unlike the bloke who worked in the adjacent office next to them, they actually have this thing called 'bedside manner' and remember their Hippocratic Oath.
