Ramsey Eye Care has the most kindest, welcoming and helpful staff. They are very professional and take their time with you so all concerns are addressed. I always walk in to all their smiling faces and welcoming greetings each time. Dr Ramsey was my eye doctor for over 20 years as well as my parents and my husband and our two children that are now grown and he is the kind, caring and well educated man that makes sure all issues are resolved. The past year I have been seeing Dr. Bellamy and I am just as please and happy with his kindest and explaining everything in a way I understand it all. He takes his time and really listens to you all your concerns and more. I would highly recommend this office and their staff to anyone. And from me "Thank you Ramsey eye care staff for all your great care and kindness!"

The best staff! Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful! Dr. Bellamy was great and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my eyes and my vision. I seriously couldn’t recommend Ramsey EyeCare enough!! I even called my sister after my appointment to tell her she needed to switch to Ramsey EyeCare because of how wonderful everyone was!! I’ve honestly never had such a wonderful experience in any medical office.

I was greeted by the sweetest people in the world when I arrived here. They took me back on time and did a super thorough eye exam on me. After the exam was complete, I was assisted with picking out eye glasses and Donna took her time to help me with the entire process. This is my first time picking out eye glasses so I have no clue what I’m doing, but she made it a pleasant experience. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

Can't give a review on the care. I contacted the office to set up an eye apt for eyeglasses and contacts. I was going to pay out of pocket. They refused saying that it would be considered fraud if there was a emergency medical procedure that needed to be done. They said I had to have insurance to be seen. I don't see how a medical facility would ONLY accept insurance for patients instead of allowing a person to pay up front.

I have been going to Ramsey I care for many years. They staff are amazing and make you feel good about your new glasses. They have one of the best Selection of glasses. They are a little expensive.

This practice is top notch all the way! I couldn’t be any happier with the way I was treated by everyone on the staff. The folks on the phone and staffing the front desk were great. The optical technician was friendly and great at her job. The optician took his time with me, answering all my questions, trying to understand my needs and preferences without ever pressuring me to buy more than I needed. Best of all, Dr. Bellamy took the kind of time you want a medical professional to take in answering questions and making sure that you actually understand what is going on with your vision. This was, by far, the best treatment I’ve had in a medical practice of any kind in decades. Highly recommended!!!

I have gone to Dr. Ramsey's for over 20 years and drive over 2 hours away to continue services through him and his associates. My last visit in 2 22 had me with the latest doctor who was a great addition. He answered all my questions and was not too wordy to waste ones time but provided just enough information for a customer. He was professional in every way. The staff at Ramsey eye care also are ALWAYS accommodating and nice. The facility has state of the art equipment and your eyes deserve it. I cannot think of going anywhere else.

I have been to 5 different eye doctors and spent thousands of dollars over the past 3 years regarding a very uncomfortable and annoying problem I have been experiencing with my eyes. I believe Dr. Bellamy has discovered the problem and with treatment I can get back to normal. He is professional, patient, gentle and explains everything throughout the examination.

I have never been treated so nicely at a doctor's office in my life. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing! The doctor saw me quickly and was able to get my issue figured out and put me at ease. Usually when you tell a doctor's office you don't have insurance and are paying out of pocket there is a level of non-care you will receive. Not these guys!! Thank all of y'all again so much! It was a truly great experience and refreshing to be treated so nicely!

The doctor was wonderful, by far the best eye exam I’ve ever had. He was extremely thorough. Diane helped me with my glasses and was just so sweet and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, I highly recommend them!

Insurance or zero insurance it’s worth every dime to have these drs as your primary eye physician. Just had appt today after 5 appointments with another doctor…. DONT waste your money or time just call and schedule with Ramsey Eye Care . I’ve had issues with my eyes since a early age and this was my second visit with them and I’ve walked out a new person each year. This year I had a opportunity to see the new doctor and I can’t praise him enough for the care and time he gave to me. First time ( as a contact lens pt.) I walked out and could see a different world without squinting my eyes . I honestly can’t thank him enough . One other thing is if you can find a better staff than Ramsey Eye Care than I would need to see to believe because this place is 1st class all the way around ….. you will not find better care nor staff care as this place . Not 5 stars 8 if I could give …… THANK U RAMSEY EYE CARE and peeps !

Fantastic experience. Yes, long wait times, but that was the most thorough and transparent eye exam I have every had and I have been in glasses/contacts for 26 years. Dr. Ramsey and staff were great.

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Ramsey. Both times the staff were excellent and receptive. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel comfortable with the preparation. When it came time for me to see the doctor he was professional, answered my questions and gave complete descriptions of what he was doing, what he was having me do, and why. I would recommend this team every time.

I am an older adult who has had some minor vision problems and thought it was time to get my eyes checked to make sure there wasn't anything bad going on. The staff were very friendly, gave me an appointment within the next week. So far so good. I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I had plenty of time to fill out the paperwork. Filled it out quickly, then waited approximately 30 minutes past my appointment time. Once I was seen by the techs, they were very friendly. Then it came time to see the doc. I waited about 30-40 minutes in his exam room.... waiting... waiting... waiting... then he finally came in. All seemed great, he seemed very through. Then when the appointment was over another girl came and whisked me off to the, what I call, eyeglass showroom. This place has a SUPER high pitched sale for frames and what-not. I would rather be assaulted on a car lot than ever go back to that office. Then after I was told my glasses would be $950 I said no, Ill just pay my bill and be on my way. The sales lady said she had a "package" in the back she could show me that was $300. I said fine, let me see that. After waiting another 20 minutes for her to reappear, during which time I asked someone if I could just pay my bill and leave (since Ive now been there for over 3 hours)... No one knew where my chart was. Then the lady came back and gave them my chart, I sat down to pay, and was told I would have to wait on the doc to sign the prescription.... WHAT.... so I paid and waited ANOTHER 30 minutes on a signed prescription so I could go somewhere and buy a reasonably priced pair of glasses. Ridiculous!!! My only concern now, is this office more concerned in making a buck on the frames and lenses they high pressure sale you after the doc sees you, or DID I ACTUALLY GET A THOROUGH EYE EXAM? This experience has left me less than confident in the actual eye exam, and more in this place is looking to make a buck on high priced frames and lenses! I don't believe all these other "raving" reviews!!

This was my first time at this practice.. They have the most detailed exam.. The staff wasn't rushing me through, like other practices I've been too.. I would definitely consider seeing this practice when looking for a eye doctor..

Called the office a very nice receptionist (male) answered the phone. I missed his name. He was very personable. He offered me a same day appt. He was able to work me in first thing the next day. Explained to him I am a provider also that my schedule was very tight and I am 39 weeks pregnant. I took the appt for next day gladly. I then called back a few minutes later because my eyes started to pour and hurt. A older lady answered the phone this time. I explained to her my situation. I asked if they had any end of the day appts open??? She basically yelled through the phone at me, like it was a sin to ask that question. I was understanding that there was no appts. However in my opinion and with my experience in patient care I would not want her to work my front desk.

Have some costa prescription sunglasses. Had significant frame damage from lost screw. Diane from Ramsey went the extra mile and got me new frames from Costa at no cost. Diane did all the phone calling and persisted to make this happen for me.
