Last year I went to LensCrafters and was assisted by Nicole. She was extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable. She helped me pick out three frames and was a joy while I tried on frames. She explained everything to me and was very thorough. She took her time with me and wanted me to leave LenCrafters happy with my purchase. Nicole has a great personality and made my experience enjoyable. So this year I headed to LensCrafters and hoped she was still working there. I was more than thrilled when I saw her. I didn’t think it was possible that she could treat me better than she treated me last year but she did. She was amazing and I will recommend her and LensCrafters to everyone. There were two other ladies working and they were very professional and helpful as well. Nicole is definitely an asset to LensCrafters!

I went into LensCrafters at the Town Center on October 13th, trying to see if I would be able to order some prescription Ray Ban sunglasses. Both Nicole and Lakeisha were very friendly and helpful. Nicole helped me choose some styles from the store options, and when I had decided, she showed me that in the "discount frames" section of the store, there was a frame that matched what I wanted perfectly AND was 60% off! I was so pleasantly surprised since these glasses are normally rather expensive. My order arrived sooner than anticipated and I am thrilled with them, so a big thank you to both of them for not only being friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, but for saving me a lot of money at the same time! :)

Taylor was extremely kind and quick to help me as soon as i walked in. She greeted me with a smile and showed she was more than happy to help me when i needed a simple adjustment done. Though it took multiple repeated efforts to get them just right she was patient and worked with them till they looked the best they could and fit perfectly. And to make it better she was prompt to offer to clean my glasses after she had finished for me.

5 Star service as usual. Taylor was helpful from beginning to end. She made sure I had everything in order with my vision insurance, she was patient with me when choosing my frames, and patient/helpful yet again both times I went back to have them adjusted(if I had given her time to adjust them properly when I first picked them up I wouldn’t have had to go back twice, so that’s on me). I highly recommend using LensCrafters and when you do, ask for Taylor.

My husband and myself visited the LensCrafters store located in the Charleston Town Center Mall in Charleston,WV today. We where immediately greeted my Nicole & Lakeisha the (Store manager) My husband introduced himself and told Nicole that he was needing a new pair of glasses as he had cataract surgery on both eyes a couple weeks ago. She lead him to the mens section of glasses along with informing him that there was a 60% off frames section, and a discounted frame section. She was so helpful and pleasant assisting him from picking out frames to measure his face and eyes for the perfect fit. I was so impressed with her explaining things to him and thoroughly making sure all his questions were answered completely, that I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses for myself that I had no intentions of doing. She extended the same courtesy to me explaining the 4 types of bifocals I could choose from per the frames I picked out. Iv never wore glasses with bifocals in them so her exclamation of how they worked was very informative to me. I’m actually looking forward to getting my new glasses, so I can stop wearing drug store bifocals on my head constantly, while getting clearer and brighter distant vision. 🎉

I came an hour before close and there were only 2 workers in the store at the time and both Nicole and Nazanin helped me pick out a pair of glasses and explained all the different things I could get with my lenses while also attending to the other customers in the store in a timely manner. They both deserve a raise for the work that they do and I would highly recommend that people shop at the Charleston lens crafters if they’re in need of frames, lenses, or both.

Taylor in the Town Center Mall location in Charlestown West Virginia is a true asset to your company. She was proactive and came out from behind the counter to greet me with a smile and asked how she could help. I was in town during a trial and the frame of my glasses broke. Taylor immediately offered to try to find a solution. She popped one of my lenses out and took time to find new frames that my lenses would fit. She offered several great options and popped my lenses in. The entire transaction took less than 15 minutes and she even cleaned my lenses for me. Taylor is a credit to your corporate commitment to customer service and is a true asset. I strongly recommend that Taylor be commended for her service and recognized as an example for others.

Since my first pair of glasses, I have always had positive experiences with Lenscrafters at the Town Center. This past weekend was no exception. I went to purchase some new frames and within an hour, they were ready (as per usual). However, I never expected to put my new frames on and see even worse than my normal vision. With the help of the personable staff, we found out that my prescription from this year was actually charted incorrectly. I had to return to my university from the weekend, but left it to Lenscrafters to get in contact with my optometrist, revisit the prescription, and send over the proper one so that my frames could be made. Lenscrafters made sure that my glasses were no hassle-- they even shipped them overnight to my address out of state. I appreciated their time, understanding, and sympathy in the situation!
