I had to find a new optometrist as mine moved out of the area. On a recommendation from a friend I made an appointment with Dr Moore. I have never had such a thorough eye exam since I started wearing glasses. Dr Moore showed me the images of my eyes and explained what we were looking at and what my options were. He spent time making sure he got my prescription perfect. After the exam I was taken to Chelsie to look at frames. She was fantastic, she didn’t try to push expensive frames on me. She was very knowledgeable and so friendly as was the rest of the staff. The cost was half of what I paid last year. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend Dr Moore and Dr Stanley.

Was greeted when I came in, my first time there, nice and clean establishment, the wait to be called back wasn't bad, I was the only one in the waiting area, waited about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional, the wait for the Doctor however was longer than I liked, felt like forever but probably 20-30 minute wait. Dr Stanley was great, explained everything so that I understood, ask me if I had any questions, very professional and kind. I believe I found my new eye doctor!

Been to many over the years, their the best yet, They show they care about their patients, Friendly Atmosphere, we were able to feel welcomed, they let you chose your selection of eyewear, and change off if you decide you don't actually like what you have, without an attitude, they help you stay within your spending limit, so you can be happy without going over the given insurance cost, their just really fantastic, I give them a 1000 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are always super kind and the office is extremely clean. It is also not too hot or cold as most places I freeze. The wait time is not bad at all. They play great music. The doctor is very professional but friendly and listens well. They are very organized. I literally cannot find fault here with them whatsoever.

I had an office visit on Tuesday at 9:40, they were busy, I had to wait but didn't mind. He apologized for the wait. Dr.Moore is a very nice and knowledgeable and made feel at ease throughout this entire ordeal as I had contacted inflammation in my left eye from a shingles outbreak. I was prescribed a steroid eyedrop for six weeks that helped clear it up. I really like this Eye Dr. I want continue to go there as needed for my eyecare. However, when I was at the front desk I specifically told the girl whom I would describe as a young woman of color that I'm paying 20.00on my account today. Well later within 2 hrs I checked my online banking account and 40.00 was withdrawn from my account. I stopped back in and was assured this would be taken care of. This is why my rating is three stars..

My family and I were not current patients of Dr. Moore and had been patients of a different practice. My son slept in his fashion contacts and needed to see someone that day. I notice that Dr. Moore has a 24/7 on call Dr. Although, I was impressed with this I did not use the service because the office was opening in 30 min, so I waited. I spoke with a pleasant staff member who was able to get my son in on the same day to be see. The office was easy to find and very nicely situated. My son was seen within 5 mins of completing paperwork and we finished our entire visit within 30 min. I was so pleased I have switched my entire family. #NiceFirstImpression

I’m getting use to my expensive new glasses. What I don’t understand is that after a full exam and waiting more than 10 days for them, there was NO wow factor. Put them on and just didn’t like what I saw. So, after being very uncomfortable with them and having to move my computer monitor at home and at work in an effort to see the distance I need to, I’m doing ok. You would think in 2021 with the technology that no line bifocals would be perfect after an eye exam??

I've been seeing Dr. Odekirk for yrs. How he and his staff have the patience to deal with fitting me with the correct contacts is beyond me. I never feel I'm being rushed even though he probably spends more than the allotted time. Staff is always very helpful in answering my questions, billing insurances, and collecting the proper fee after my two insurances have been billed. I don't think she ever has a bad day. My mother, my sister and two nieces were patients of Dr Odekirk prior to moving out of state. They were pleased with the service and friendliness this practice gives.

Dr Odekirk is always patient with me when trying to get the right Rx for my contact lenses and is willing to let me try out contacts and return for a new fit until it is just right. This seems especially challenging now that I am in the multi-focal lenses but we always get it worked out.
