My first visit to this office found all the staff very friendly and professional. My exam was done quickly and effeciently. Great selection of frames. I have never picked out frames so quickly! Thank you to Kim for being such a big help and knowing exactly what would work for me after I described my needs to her! I will happily be returning to this office for years to come!

I had a terrific experience with Williston Optometry. I had to wait a few weeks for my eye exam appointment, but it was worth it. My prescriptions were accurate, and Kim was fantastic to work with to get my glasses made. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to provide advice and help if any adjustments are needed. I'd highly recommend Williston Optometry if you want to deal with people who care and provide a personal touch for your eye care!

The Optometrist spent over an hour with me and was very thorough in conducting multiple tests. I have had reading glasses for a while but my vision was starting to feel more blurry early in the am, while driving at night or watching TV. The office staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right frames so that I would feel confident about the appearance as well as explaining why I needed two different solutions. They are using my old frames for one set so they helped me save some money too.

Staff was a bit rude, but overall helpful. They charged me for a contact fitting without informing me and after me double checking that I would only be receiving an eye exam. So I was charged an extra fee that was not covered by insurance which was very annoying. Even with the contact fitting, my lenses did not fit at all and would rotate during the day- and even when they were sitting in the right place the prescription was completely off. I left a voicemail about getting my eyes re-checked and refitted a couple of times as the office did not pick up their phone and I never received a call back.

My exam was done by Dr. Marconi. Never have I ever laughed so hard during an eye exam! He was knowledgeable, an avid listener to my concerns, and made the environment very fun and easy to be in. His expertise in the area were very clear to me. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and welcoming for the duration of my appointment. I have already recommended to a family member and will be a consistent patient of theirs.

Was there primarily for an exam to update my prescription, which was performed by Dr. Marconi. Professional, gentle manner and explanations as the exam proceeded. Highly recommended!
