This was my first eye appointment so I was a little apprehensive. I know nothing about optometry and had a ton of questions. I called everyone and it's extremely difficult to schedule an appointment less than 3 months out. Eyecare of Vermont was able to get me in faster than any other place. Dr. Rebecca and her staff were super friendly, patient, and walked me through everything step by step. At no time did I feel rushed to get in and out. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and provided me with multiple options based on their own personal experience. They had a good selection of glasses brands and styles, but they vary depending on the office location. If you have a specific brand in mind I suggest asking what brands the office carries before making your appointment. Delivery time on my glasses is estimated to be 2-3 weeks. I'm super pleased with their customer service and my overall experience. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. Thank you!

On the day of an international flight I scratched my eye doing last minute chores around the house. Panicked about my eye getting infected while traveling, I called Eye Care of VT to see if they could squeeze me in before driving down to Boston to catch my plane. They graciously accommodated, I had a quick exam and they prescribed me antibiotics to take on my trip, helping reduce my anxiety tremendously. Very grateful for the kind, patient, accommodating staff there!

Once again a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional and kind. Always greeted with a smile and willingness to answer any questions. Dr. Philips once again addressed my concerns and patiently allowed me to explain what my needs were. As always he provided me with options that made a huge difference as far as my appointment type and solution for my contacts. He made suggestions that were very helpful and made me feel relaxed. I had my preliminary testing as always and it was done with a smile and kindness. I am returning in a month for follow up. I look forward to my continued care by the people at Eyecare of Vermont.

I have been going to Eyecare of Vermont on College Street for about 4 years. I love it there. Every time I have wanted a new pair of frames they more than helped me. They helped me find two pairs of frames that I absolutely love. If I no longer have a pair it is because of me, not them. They have even helped repair my glasses after a dog ate them. Eyecare of Vermont also helped me start wearing contacts. I can get them in by myself and can't believe that I haven't been wearing them sooner. I have tried at 2 past eye-care places to wear contacts and their great customer support worked wonders for me. I love it there!

I was surprised to see the low rating when I googled for their phone number, and after my most recent visit I still have no idea why, as everyone seemed perfectly friendly and professional. Appointment times were generally well-kept, offices were clean and modern, all questions were answered, and they stocked my contact lens prescription at a competitive rate.
