Dr. Whitney was very thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! The office staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about the preliminary testing and helping me find the right pair of glasses that fit me properly. They also knew the type of lenses I needed to better assist my reading ability. I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional customer service, everyone was very professional and kind. They were also very accommodating to my needs and worked me to help me feel at ease at the office. I struggle going to the doctor's as it causes me a lot of anxiety since I got out of the Army and the staff was incredibly kind and considerate to that. It well be the only eye care place I go to for the foreseeable future

I recently changed my optometrist to Champlain Eye and Vision and I must say it was an amazing decision. The staff at this location are such caring and kind individuals, who treat customers warmly. The business itself is clean, organized, and excellent at all things eye care. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, definitely make an appointment with these folks. :)

Dr. Martell and Associates earns a galaxy of stars! I studied online reviews for Maui Jim vendors, and I wisely chose Dr. Martell and Associates. They politely and promptly made my appointment, and I drove north from Montpelier to South Burlington. The Blue Mall on Dorset Street was easy to find, and there was plenty of free parking, on the level, and just outside of their well-marked front door. The Blue Mall and the surroundings were neat, tidy and safe. I immediately felt comfortable with my surroundings. The office staff warmly welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door. Angel correctly fitted me with Maui Jim wrap around frames that accommodate my prescription. Angel was well-informed and professional in our fitting and conversation. She gave to me her undivided attention. The office's tone was professional, personable, and peaceful. My Maui Jim prescription wrap around sun glasses were delivered to me two days later. Angel checked the fit and confirmed my satisfaction. I am delighted with my new Maui Jim sunglasses and Dr. Martell and Associates' outstanding customer service.

Dr. Whitney thoroughly examined my eyes and prescribed lenses which corrected my vision. Dr. Whitney is patient, careful, and kind and made an accurate assessment. I really appreciate seeing clearly again. Their selection has up to date style frames and wide angle lenses that are new to me.

Dr. Martell is a n excellent Dr and very informative. He will take time to answer your questions and has a great personality. He has been my Dr for years and I trust him so much with my sight. You can't ask for a better person. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They also are very knowledgeable about the best glasses for you. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

It had been over 3 years since I had an eye exam. I decided to try Dr. Martell and Associates because they were a premiere provider with my insurance and they were within close proximity to my work. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service that was provided. From the office staff to the doctor, they went above and beyond my expectations. They explained my options with my insurance and took the time to help me pick out the right pair of glasses and lenses. I will be recommending them to everyone who is in need of an eye doctor.

I was having concerns with my vision decreasing at my previous last eye doctor’s appointment and was told there were no changes. After months of blurry vision that seemed to get worse, I was recommended by a friend that works in Dr.Martelle’s office that he does a very thorough exam and to give them a call. So glad I did! Not only did I get a great thorough vision screening and consult from Dr. Martelle that also showed I had a scar on my eyeball that needs monitoring and my vision had indeed changed, his staff got right on utilizing all my vision insurance benefits for me that my previous eye drs office didn’t take the time to do. I am seeing clearly now in more ways than just my eyesight! Thank you Dr. Martelle & Associates!

I had a great experience! I normally go to the vision center at Walmart and let me tell you, Dr. Martell and Associates it 10 times better! The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly they helped me pick out the perfect frames! I can't wait to go back and get fitted for my contacts! 10/10 would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor! I had Dr. Hollop and he is very nice and personable.

I had a very good first visit. Such a helpful staff and a clean and well-organized environment. Dr. Martell was great, very knowledgeable and personable. Plus they have clear COVID-19 protocol to limit exposure to others which is a comfort right now. I think I made a good choice!

They got me in right on time and my visit was quick and thorough. They also adjusted my old glasses for me. Dr Martell was super easy to talk with, really friendly guy and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I had been there before when they were located inside LensCrafters but I love the new location. Maybe it's just my anti-corporate bias but it seemed warmer. 10/10 would visit again.

My husband sees Dr. Martelle once a year. When I called LensCrafters for his appointment they said he was not there.They didn't tells us he was at another location and at the time they didn't have an eye doctor. We went somewhere else, we were not happy. I was googling to find another Doctor and Dr. Martelle's name came up. I called and got an app, we were so happy to be back with him. My husband thinks he is the best and his staff were so friendly and helpful. Shame on LensCRafters!!!
