Love this place. I saw two docs at the practice for contacts & glasses, and they were very attentive and helped me make sure my prescriptions were just right. They also gave me some really helpful solutions for allergies and dry eyes that I’d never been told before, that have helped me feel so much more comfortable with contacts. Dr. I and Dr. K were both so kind and helpful. I also ended up getting glasses here, I didn’t expect it but their selection is amazing. They have high quality stuff that’s worth the price!! I love my new glasses. Molli the optician is also so wonderful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They also price match on contacts / have a good price. My order took a while to arrive (COVID delays messing with us all) which could happen anywhere, but I’m so glad I ordered with All Eye Care because they have been giving me contact samples to use while we wait!

I would highly recommend All Eye Care Doctors. The doctor took her time and answered all my questions thoroughly. They also have an extensive glasses selection! From the initial exam through to the delivery of my glasses, everyone I encountered helped to provide an exceptional experience. The doctor was extremely thorough and helpful; selection of frames was extensive, and Xavier had an uncanny knack for suggesting glasses that felt perfect for my face. (He's awesome.) At every step, the staff took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed: that the fit was right, everything adjusted, everything working. 100% recommend.

All Eye Care is exactly what it says it is ALL EYE CARE. Dr I. Is an amazing clinician and is passionate about getting the best results for her patients. I have a complicated condition keratoconus. . I had such a wonderful experience during my visit to All Eye Care Doctors in Cambridge! The location is extremely convenient (right off the red line by Porter). I made the mistake of taking the stairs at the Porter T station, and I was visibly sweating when I arrived at the office, but the wonderful staff was super welcoming and helped me out with a glass of water while I waited (thank you again!). I browsed and chatted about frames with the extremely knowledgable staff, so I was all prepared for choosing a pair after my exam (talk about efficient). I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Idrizovic whose experience and personality made my eye exam both fun and quick. She even got my vision down to 20/10! Thank you again to Dr. I and the amazing staff for such a great visit!

I met Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic when she started her clinic for my daughter when she was 5 and after that I never been anywhere else . Now my daughter is 15 and I am sitting in her clinic giving the reviews. I guess that explains a lot . All the staff is really friendly and understanding and can’t say enough about Dr Idrizovic how nice she is and she explains everything so well . Highly recommend if you are looking for an expert eye doctor. :)

I came to office with a rare condition where I was seeing double and transitioned to bell's palsy. This was alarming and partly due to Lyme Disease. Dr Kallamatta serviced me and despite not having experience with this condition was eager to learn and help as much as he could. I was seeing multiple doctors from ophthalmologists to neurologists and no one helped me as much as Dr K did. I was prescribed prism glasses to help with the double vision but as soon as my double vision went away with the administration of antibiotics, the practice was happy to exchange the prism lenses to normal ones. All in all I am glad I picked All Eye Care and lucky to have been seen by Dr K.

Excellent practice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Idrizovic is very knowledgeable. I came here after I had gone elsewhere for an eye exam and my prescription was extremely off. Dr. I and her staff did a very thorough eye exam and she also took the time to educate me on the difference in lens manufacturers and how it might affect my prescription. This is the best spot for eye care, and I've been to lots of different places. Not only is the service fast (my appointments have always started right on time), but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They help you pick out frames with a strong focus on what you're looking for (fit, comfort, look). I went a little crazy and purchased pricey glasses, only to realize that I overspent and needed the money back. Not a great reason to return glasses, but they listened to my situation, and helped me out as best as they could. I got some money back, and still ended up with a great pair of glasses that I love. This place is excellent, I highly recommend seeing them.

I went to this eye care place this week. They are conveniently located in the same building where I work. I was looking for an eye doctor that accepts my insurance. The reception lady was very friendly and had my insurance plan ready when I arrived. She told me what my copay and benefits would be for the visit. The exam took probably 25-30 minutes and was very thorough. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I am a person that typically asks a zillion of questions and wants to know everything but the doctor was very patient with me and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Picking glasses and lenses is the most confusing part to me. The optician went over my options and helped pick glasses that not only i like I absolutely love in terms of looks and vision!! I have to say that I was at the beginning skeptical to try a new doctor and eye place but overall they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back!

I started going to All Eye Care in August to get new glasses and contacts after being diagnosed with keratoconus and I have really loved the device I received there. The staff is all very friendly and new me by name when I came in for appointments. I got lovely fitting glasses and specialty contacts which Dr. I worked really hard on to get just right for my eyes. (Disclaimer that I’m only reviewing the retail lens wear part of the business, not the clinical eye doctor portion.) I’m new in town and desperately needed new eye glasses. This place had the best reviews nearby, so I went in. I was very impressed with them overall! The employees were all very nice and considerate of what I was looking for our of my eyewear. They explained the different lens styles, asked me about frame preferences, and provided choices that worked with my budget. They took careful measurements and got a good fit on the frames, and when I picked my glasses up they let me know that I can come back any time for a frame adjustment. Great service and I am was very pleased with their wide selection of options. Would recommend to anyone who needs new eyewear. Only con is that parking is a bit tricky/limited, otherwise I was completely satisfied!

I've been a patient at All Eye Care Doctors for the last 4 years. They are a professional team that are willing to work with their customers to get them the right solution. I see them for my contacts/glasses and have always walked away feeling that they gave me the best options available. Dr.I and her team are very personable and knowledgeable. I have purchased both contacts and eyeglasses through them, and it was best experience I have had. On a day overloaded for All Eye Care Doctors, they took careful time and attention for very specific asks I made. Both the optometrists, and the frame experts, have obvious knowledge of how to care for eye glass needs. In short time, All Eye Care Doctors pulled me out of a three year challenge of incorrect prescriptions for both progressive vision and computer vision. The adjustments were different than offered by any other and worked perfectly. You know the hopeful anticipation of a new prescription? Waiting those days for the new lenses so you can see again? Finally, I got that moment because I ventured into All Eye Care Doctors. Appointments are easy to set, the eye health and vision information is clear, transactions are well communicated and smooth.

Dr. Idrizovic is a spectacular doctor. Historically, I’ve had bad eyesight that glasses would not help very much. However, Dr. Idrizovic was able to deduce that I have a special eye condition that requires special contact lenses. Thanks to her, I now have 20/20 vision which has significantly improved the quality of my life. Despite having moved far away from her offices, I still make the trip to Medford/Cambridge as I know that I am in great hands.

I have been with doctor I for many years now ( since I lived in Cambridge). Now I live in Natick and I still travel to Cambridge for my appointments. It’s almost 2 hour travel time (public transportation) but it’s still worth it. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Super professional and helpful doctor I. All combined makes it a great experience. As for the waits that a lot of people are complaining about…well…. Think about yourself from the point of the person who is sitting in the room and being helped. You wouldn’t want to be rushed out because somebody else is waiting for the appointment. You would still want proper service. Some people need more time than the others and it’s hard to predict sometimes. I’m sure it’s really hard to schedule and plan properly while meeting everyone’s needs. Especially in the world we live in right now. It’s a pretty small business that I like to support. A little wait doesn’t bother me that much personally. Like I said it’s totally worth it for me. Really great place in my opinion and I highly recommend!

I have gone to All Eye Care in Cambridge, Ma. Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic, OD and her team are amazing. I have been walking around with the wrong prescription and hard lenses that were painful to wear for years. Dr I. Is also a gas permeable scleral lenses expert. They carry an excellent collection of high end designer eye glasses and the staff are very friendly. The only complaint is that every time I had an appointment I had to wait between 30 to 40 minutes.

Dr. I was very thorough and helpful in curing my eye infection and getting my new glasses and contact prescriptions. She gave me several samples of contact brands to try before deciding. I have suffer from chronic dry eye for more than 10 years, and due to zoom overload things got pretty bad. In the past I had visited many eye doctors but they did not have the skills and team to understand how hard is to live like this. My eyes hurt all the time, I had high sensitivity to light, It was so bad I could not walk on sunlight with out really dark glasses or some help from friends. Dr eye took just one look at me and came with a plan to tackle all my dry eye issues. Including LipiFlow. I was scare but all went so well. The pain and irritation are gone, I can see now, and I feel the improvements all the time, Dr Dzenana Idrizovic and Jennifer along the whole team including the fantastic Xavier had help me to live a better life. My work is so much better, and overall quality of life has change dramatically. The team also help me to figure all the insurance paper work and Steven at the desk was very helpful. Overall a life changing experience. DO NOT WAIT JUST DO IT Thank you guys !

I had an eye appointment and then a follow-up. Both appointments took longer than necessary (I was there an hour and 15 mins each time) I think mostly because they were short-staffed and also training interns, so they had to explain things to them. But at my follow-up appointment I was not totally happy with my contacts prescription and Dr. I (she is very good!) who did not see me originally, spent much more time with me than is usual at a follow up to re-test me in various ways and she ended up finding a prescription for me that was much better. They are flexible and will work with you. This can also take a bit more time.

Update: Still highly recommend this place but I understand some of the frustrations expressed by other reviewers. Even though there usually is a wait and my visits may take longer than I’d prefer, I’ve found that ALL the really good medical professionals whom I choose to see are extremely busy and tend to run late. I have a medical condition and am diligent in seeing medical specialists regularly. I view the time spent as a trade-off for truly custom service. If you happen to be someone who doesn’t need this type of specialized care, you may be better off at another practice that strictly follows a 20-40 minute appointment routine. That’s not the case for me. All Eye Care is actually out-of-network for me but I can’t see myself going to anyone other than Dr I for my eyecare needs. I’ve found the staff to be extremely experienced and knowledgeable, as well. This office stays up-to-date with both technology and products. Highly recommend for custom care!

Pros: the staff was very friendly, the doctor did a good job administering the exam. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive while I tried for 45 minutes to put contacts in in their hallway. Cons: I went for two visits to get a single pair of contact lenses, for which they charged my insurance $7,000. I felt like this was very dishonest of All Eye Care Doctors to the point of almost being a scam.

The exam was fast and simple and the Doctor I saw, Dr. Idrizovic, is clearly very experienced and knows what is going on. She was good about informing me of all of my choices without persuading me to pick something that didnt suit me. The staff here are so nice and efficient, and were more than willing to work with my needs as an out of work bartender during the COVID-19 shut down. They are offering a great deal for contacts+glasses with rebates at the moment. They set me up for a couple weeks worth of contacts to wear while I waited for my paycheck to come in to cover ones for myself. All around excellent place to go!!! Highly recommend to anyone!!

I am a believer in quality glasses now! Walid and his staff have helped me get top quality glasses twice now. He has always worked with my insurance to get me the best deal possible. (He really cares about price/value ratio and understands the nuances to you) They spend the correct amount of time finding the right frames for your face. They carry a lot of brands and really understand how the different brands fit your face. (This is important) Included with your purchase they document your pupal location on lense with respect to the specific frames you are ordering, on your face (this is the differentiating factor for me and my engineering brain). This factor alone guarantees a more custom fit than on-line stuff. It makes perfect sense: if the rx that you're requiring is not centered on your eyeball it will not be perfect. Before coming here I used w**** p***** and the difference in quality of the lenses/frames/contacts-fit was/is night and day; everyday I'm excited to put on my perfect solution. Spending a very tiny bit more time and money for an exponential gain in quality is definitely the way to go in my opinion. I really value my sight and have pretty much delegated it over to them. Dr I has always made me feel safe and valued as a customer in addition to spending extra time to make sure I am completely happy with my rXs. The staff has always been super helpful in person; through phone; and in email.

Seen by Dr. Idrizovic for somewhat emergency dry eye care. All I can say is wow, she is the best Optometrist I have seen is a long time, perhaps ever. Went in for eye exam and a new pair of glasses. They were quick and effective at getting my new prescription. What I didn’t expect was how shady they would act when buying contacts and glasses. In general very aggressive in pushing toward the more expensive side for glasses and a yearly supply of contacts; they even went so far as to blatantly insult my current pair. Honestly, you’re better off just going here for the eye exam, and buying glasses elsewhere.

EDIT: After posting this review below, the team at All Eye Care Doctors reached out to me and let me know that they were able to find a technological issue in their automatic e-mailing system based on my review. This issue has been resolved and, as such, there shouldn't be an issue again. They also went out of their way to offer me an additional month of contacts for free. This sort of attention to customer service completely negates my previously bad experience and I'm happy to say that I'll be continuing my contact purchases through this office! The optometrist here is fantastic! That being said, the rest of the staff is incredibly disappointing with their customer service. I waited over a week for the notification that my contacts I'd ordered had arrived, even though I was told it would take "1-2 business days". I had to call them in order to learn of their arrival. This happened again a second time when ordering more. Additionally, when talking to the staff on the phone, asking the simple question of "when will my order be ready for pickup" leads to being on hold for about 10 mins (before I gave up and called back). Bad customer experience. Would recommend getting an exam done here but nothing more.

They offer fantastic price matching on contacts, and the office is in a very convenient location. Will definitely be returning!

Recently moved to Somerville area and went here for first time and would highly recommend this office. The front staff was friendly and the doctor was thorough and quick. Was switching to daily contacts so they gave me a few options to try to see what worked best. As I needed new contacts, they also offered to match pricing for anything I found online so that was very convenient. They also helped me through the rebate process. Will be going here for my annual checkup.

Go nowhere else! I've been wearing glasses and contacts for over 35 years and I've never had a more thorough exam (including at Mass. Eye & Ear). Dr. I spent ample time with me and gave me multiple contacts options to test wear before fine tuning the prescription. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service!

Went there for an eye exam and updated prescription; doctor was polite and efficient but staff then immediately tried to bull me into buying glasses from them and refused to give me my prescription (said they "didn't have it there" with doctor not twenty feet away). This place is a scam, and now I will have to get my insurance to cover a second eye exam just to get an updated prescription. If you're not there to buy glasses, they'll take your money and give you nothing. The doctor was nice, though.

If you have allergies and your eyes are giving you problems, don't go to your doctor or the urgent care, go to THIS eye doctor. She is VERY thorough, almost to the point to where you think, "Is this really necessary?" and that's probably only why I didn't give it 5 stars. However, she saved my eyes during allergy season. My eye allergies have always been a problem every year and no doctor, not even my allergist, has ever successfully helped find relief until I came here and she gave me two kinds of eye drops and by the next day I was feeling radically better. I even called her just to thank her and she answered the phone and said, "I saw it was you calling." Wow! Great service too. That one girl, you'll know which once you go, I forgot her name, but she runs the hell out of that place and is friendly, professional, and obviously good at what she does.

I am so grateful that Dr. Idrizovic was recommended to us. We had annual exams for years. I noticed lately I couldn't see thru the prescriptions my old Dr. Had made for me. I scheduled a apt here and the issue was resolved. I decided to have my daughter re evaluated here to make sure her prescription is ok. We found out that my daughter had a very bad vision in 1 of her eyes, and that must have been like that for a long time. She is 10 and didn't know that her vision should be better and never complained. Dr. Idrizovic examined here gave her a new prescription and my child couldn't believe how much she can see now. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Idrizovic for catching this what the other doctor missed.( She has seen her old doctor 3 mths before this). I would recommend this place very highly.
