Can't say enough about the entire staff. Everyone was so professional. We're were visiting friends and we really needed new eyeglass prescriptions. We are retired and we no longer had insurance that covers glasses. They were so helpful and got us glasses at a very reasonable price. It was worth drive.

I really like this place. It is convenient, affordable and they have great customer service. I have been going for about two years and was impressed with how thorough the exams are. I have seen several of the doctors and they are all great! I recently got fitted for my first pair of contacts and they really made sure I knew how to get them in and out before I left. They sat with me and guided me on how to properly put my contacts in and they answered all of my questions. Once I finally got my contacts in on my own, they did a recheck to make sure they were correct and made some adjustments based on my needs. I am obviously very new to contacts, so when I thought I got one stuck in my eye, and really irritated my eye trying to find it, they were able to get me in right away when I called in a panic. They did a thorough exam to check my eye for the contact. It was not in there (I later found it on my bathroom floor lol), but they sent me home with drops for my very irritated eyes and told me to call if I had any other concerns. I always recommend this place to anyone in need of eye care services.

Both Dr Chong and Dr Webster are so patient and understanding, never making you feel rushed or hurried. Doctor Chong was great. There were concerns of elevated optic nerves from my previous appt and floaters. I went in to get my eyes checked for glasses and told her my concern about my appointment the last year. She was very thorough and reassuring my eyes were healthy and nerves are good now. My only reason for giving a four star was the girl up front. Keep in mind, I am not trying to be a Karen as I am understanding. Immediately when I walked in there on a Saturday with my new and OLD (still on my fathers insurance) insurance cards, she started addressing her concerns loudly that it was Saturday and they couldn’t get ahold of them? Yes… it is a Saturday… I am double covered by the best insurance in the state of OR. I traveled over two hours to get this done on a Saturday due to no PTO for my new job. The dark haired gal proceeded to immaturely converse with her coworkers while scanning my cards. Cocky, and arrogant is what I would call her. As I leave my appointment hoping to get my free pair of glasses (again, well known insurance) she proceeded to pathetically pretend to empathize with me proceeding to explain “I cannot let you get a pair of glasses because again, my concern was right. It’s a Saturday”. I said okay fine, I will just need my glasses prescription so I can order glasses online. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t release my vision prescription unless I paid out of pocket. Unhelpful and pitying me in front of everybody, pretty humiliating. Again, double insured, I work for the state as well as my father… I drove two hours and was told I could not have my prescription with double coverage.. absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Chong was great. The office girl, cocky and making me feel like I am a charity case. I went over to eyemart to get my PD and ended up with the manager over there. She was also great. Reassured me she could get me glasses with my insurance. I hope the girl up front can figure out how to be kind and efficient at her job.

This place is extremely excellent. I called and asked to see if i could have an eye exam done the next day. They made my appointment not just for me but my husband too. We arrived early and got seen earlier then our scheduled appointments. Bonus! Every staff members wore their masks as did the customers. There is a restroom here too. My glasses were done the same day. Over all we spent 2 hours here. It is a place where staffs are professional and polite. We felt welcomed here. For sure will recommend them to people. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Bloom was extremely kind, willing to listen and engage while I tried to explain the struggle I was having working at my computer and reading tiny print in medical coding books. I've had a prescription from another place for about five years, but they just never felt like they were right, even from the beginning. Today I saw Dr. Bloom and within hours had a new pair of glasses designed for my needs. When I got home I sat down to work. I could read my codebook, look up at the computer without getting dizzy or having to take the glasses off, and I thought I couldn't be happier. That's when I realized that even my own handwriting on notebook paper was blurry before Dr. Bloom's prescription! Thank you!

I don't usually write reviews but my experience at Eye Pros was so outstanding, I wanted to give credit where it is due. Staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and will even help you decide on which frame looks best if you ask! Dr. Kofoed was awesome! I have special eye problems and special needs when it comes to my vision correction. He was very personable, set me at ease by coming out and chatting with me in the waiting area prior to my visit and listening to what I had to say. Kevin helped me get my glasses and was very nice and knowledgeable. The whole day was an enjoyable visit with everyone at this location. Great JOB!!

I've been buying glasses my whole life and this has got to be the easiest quickest cheapest way to get a new pair of glasses. Received an eye exam, picked out some glasses, and started to head home. Before I got home I received a text alerting me that my glasses were done within 16 minutes. Had to turn around and go back. Exam was very professional the eyeglass staff is very professional and the glasses are sturdy warrantied and solid.

Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had in a medical setting! I want to preface this review by saying that I'm an extremely curious person and I also like to be as environmentally responsible as possible, so I might require a little more patience in these settings. I walked in to this place with so many questions and Dr. Bloom took time to answer each one extensively. If he didn't have the answer already, he went and found the answer and reported it back to me. He informed me about the mechanism of dilating eye drops, the environmental impact of contacts vs glasses, which eyedrops to use and when, and even added in history and Spanish lessons. It was top-notch customer service from a doctor- certainly not something you find everyday. I never thought finding the "right" optometrist was necessary, but I don't think I will go anywhere else after my experience here today. I'm making my husband an appointment here and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Accidentally showed up an hour late to my appointment due to iOS Calendar setting the wrong time zone on my appointment — they still were able to get me in the same day, and quickly. Dr. Thompson Is astounding in his field and always exceeds expectation. In my case of nearsighted, double diagonal astigmatism, with Horner’s Syndrome. Dr. Thompson corrected my vision to 20-15. He is the only optometrist I’ve seen repeatedly and will continue with. 👍

I couldn't pass my eye exam at the DMV. I was able to get in same day. Never had done an eye exam but their whole team made It easy. Dr. Blaylock was great and explained everything in great detail. Nice to have an eyemart expess in the same place. Rachel helped me with getting the glasses. She was very nice and kind. I had my new glasses within 30mins and two pairs for $200. They didn't push for me to buy the more expensive frames they actually suggested the 2 pair deal first! But I choose to spend more myself. Won't go anywhere else but here from now on.
