The best optometrist office!! I went in today for an annual exam because I have not had my eye health checked since I moved to Boise. The front desk staff was so friendly and once they found out I am turning 21 this Sunday they gifted me a Starbucks gift card! It is evident that this office goes above and beyond to support their patients and provide excellent customer service. Dr. Livingston was amazing!! It felt less like a check up and more like chatting with a friend. She is very personable and goes out of her way to ensure her patients are taken care. If you are looking for an optometrist office to go to, GO HERE!!

Eyes On Meridian is the best!! I’ve needed glasses for as long as i can remember and have been to many clinics. I can confidently say that this is the best clinic I have been to to receive eye care. Dr. Livingston is wonderful and answers all my questions during her busy day, Kristie helped fit me me into a perfect pair of glasses, and Tanner is so nice and helpful to all the clients. "Independently Owned and Operated" is what caught my attention when I went to Eyes on Meridians Website. All the 5 Star Ratings helped as well, however, not the deciding factor. I have found small start-ups are usually much more in-tune with what is necessary for success. Plus it's always a good thing in my view to support local business. That said, I was not disappointed. Indeed, from Dr. Livingston to her Staff, Kristi, Tanner and Kim, all those positive adjectives you can think of apply. Very pleasant and attentive. It was a very satisfying experience. If you need eye care, I suggest you consider Eyes on Meridian. My bet is you will glad you did.

I started going to Eyes on Meridian last year because I wanted to find an optometrist that actually took the time to take my eye sight seriously. Dr. Livingston and the whole team is really friendly and she took the time to make sure my eyes were healthy. Just this last week I developed a floater and I called because I wasn’t sure if it was more serious. They set an appointment for the next day, but then called me back to make the appointment that afternoon. I was so impressed. It turns out the floater was not serious, but the fact that they cared enough to check it out right away was really amazing. I’ve been going to optometrists for years, but this is by far and away the best office I have ever been to. They are all friendly and professional and I have great trust and confidence in their team!

The entire staff at Eyes on Meridian is really a dream. My 7 year old needed her first exam and to be fitted for some glasses and I can't say enough how kind and fun and patient they were! Friendly and punctual staff. The doctor is delightful, very thorough, considerate and caring. I had an urgent issue and wanted to push my time out a few days and their assertiveness to make sure I was ok urged me to come in that day. Very thankful, as I was not aware of how serious things could have be. Their location is about 20mins from my home and have other practices much closer but I’m happy to make the drive for this exceptional service! Awesome experience!! I hadn't been to an eye doctor in over 10 years but I was really getting tired of dollar store readers and my vision was definitely not for the better using them. From the first call I felt like family and my appointment was painless, thorough and even fun. I liked the peripheral vision test it was like playing a pong game with a headset! I love my new glasses and life is so much easier now. The office was clean and fun to look at with great music and having the latest technology made me feel secure and confident I was in good hands. I am so glad my sister in law referred me to eyes on meridian eye care center. My experience today was so amazing. Tanner was very nice when I booked my appointment and he was helpful when I showed up. Very sweet. The doctor is so sweet and she is so good at what she does. The exam was prompt and didn’t take a long time. She was very nice and I did not feel rushed or nervous. I can’t say enough about Kristie who helped me pick out glasses today. I have never had someone take the time with me to really look at all my options and find the perfect pair of glasses for my face. She took me out of my comfort zone and helped me choose a pair of glasses that I am so excited for and can’t wait. I am super pleased that they have magnetic sunglasses as well. Price is reasonable and they give you discounts when they can. So awesome I highly recommend them!!!!! Thanks guys!

This was my first time having an eye exam ever in my life and this clinic had exceeded my expectations!! First of all, I LOVED how clean everything was!! Dr. Livingston was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam. She even gave me free samples of eye drops for my dry eyes. Kristie and Tanner were super friendly yet professional. I usually hate going to the doctor because of how hectic the process of scheduling and filling out paperwork is but the staff at this clinic made things go so smoothly for me. I will definitely come back for my annual eye exam and recommend it to family and friends! Let's support local businesses!!

Whole process was very smooth from start to finish and an enjoyable experience! Only issue I had on my end was providing a clear image of my insurance card for their documents, recommend to use your phone instead of a computer. Tanner was amazing with assisting me in getting that cleared up prior to the visit. Tanner also did a great job taking me through the first few exam stations. Nessa was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with throughout the rest of the eye exams. She also walked me through my results and discussed various options for contacts and glasses. Kristie took me around the store and helped me pick out a super cute pair of glasses. Lastly Kristie went over the cost break down and assisted with scheduling my next visit. 10/10 would recommend Eyes on Meridian for anyone looking for a more personal experience that are also excellent in their field of expertise.

It’s been at least 10 (if not 15) years since I’ve had my eyes checked. I knew it was about time when I started squinting to get my eyes to adjust correctly. I’ve been in the treasure valley for a little over 4 years, but I always appreciate the recommendations of others. I was guided to Eyes on Meridian for my eye exam and I was not disappointed at all. The staff was incredibly efficient and helpful. I felt that my appointment length was appropriate and their prices (along with my insurance) was incredibly reasonable. Low and behold, I needed glasses. Eyes on Meridian have staff members to help find you great frames for your face at an appropriate cost. I am looking forward to picking up my new specs and I am really looking forward to visiting them again for my eye exam next year. Highly recommend!!

They were amazing and super friendly! First try with contacts and they all were so helpful!!! I am not that great when it comes to putting stuff in my eyes but they all had their fair share in helping me figure it out. I was experiencing headaches from wearing my dailies for more than a couple hours, and Dr. Livingston help fit me for contacts that better fit the curvature of my cornea. Excellent service by all. After an awful experience with Stanton optical in Boise, Eyes on Meridian was recommended by a friend who raved about them. The staff is not only personable but genuine. Christie at the front desk went above and beyond by checking both my primary and secondary insurances to make sure I was getting the best deal. She also price checked different contact lenses and let me know the totals for each different one before making a decision on brand/type of lens. The eye doctor was a joy to work with and performed a very diligent Diabetic Eye Exam. She also took the time to make sure I was comfortable and was able to answer any and all of my questions. I was the driver for the person with the appointment. The staff was friendly and was very helpful with my sister picking out her glasses. The palce is spacious and clean. Low music and gave me a little water and a chocolate. Even asked if we needed more. Very friendly staff and easy to talk to, and she made sure to show glasses that were in the price range we needed. My dog scratched my eye very bad and I had a bit of an emergency on my hands. I knew I didn’t need the ER but I did need an urgent care. My brother in law who is an eye doctor said to find a optometry or ophthalmology office and so I googled and found Eyes in Meridian! They were so kind, got me in right away and helped me fill out the paperwork since I couldn't see. Dr Livingston quickly diagnosed a Corneal abrasion, gave me drops and a contact lens that gave me relief, and helped me on my way to feeling better. I highly recommend stopping here for an urgent but not ER level eye situation. Very happy I came here and didn’t waste my time at urgent care!

Kristie is the best optician in the Treasure Valley, hands down. She’s got a great eye – no pun intended—for choosing eyewear and makes the experience fun. She knows her stuff – – optical is a combination of choosing what looks good on your face, how it fits on your face, and how it works for your prescription. If you miss any of those three things up, the glasses will not work the best for you. I know as I used to be in the industry, first in retail as an optician, then as a sales rep, and then again as an optician here in Boise. I worked with Kristie at Artisan Optics. She is truly passionate about her work and was a joy to work with as a coworker, and is equally as enjoyable on the other side now that I’m a customer. I am thrilled that she has teamed up with Nessa to open this store. Nessa is a great optometrist, she is enjoyable to spend time with and very knowledgeable. The two make a great team and have opened the best shop with the best customer service in the Valley!

If you have not been to Eyes on Meridian, you are missing out! Kristie and Nessa are PHENOMENAL to work with. I had purchased glasses last year elsewhere and the service and quality were not good. Not only did Kristie help me pick my glasses, but she really took her time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and that my glasses fit properly afterwards.
