I had a great experience with Mike at Target Optical at the Inverness location and had such a great experience. He was very nice and helpful when I called in and when finally made it to the store. And the selection of frames were pretty awesome as well.

Optometrist and staff very kind and knowledgeable. I am an avid fan of Ray-Ban sunglasses and ABSOLUTELY LOVE my newest ones. I also purchased my previous Coach glasses at this same Target Optical location 2 years ago and never had a problem. However, I do NOT LOVE my Ray-Ban glasses that I spent more than $300.00 on and need to wear all day, everyday!!! I have been to the store to have them “adjusted” twice and returned home to only experience the same issues. I called to inquire about what the next steps would be if they could never be adjusted to sit over my ears and not cause me to get a migraine.....only to be told I needed come back to the store and have them adjusted AGAIN! I am frustrated but really hoping that the 3rd time is the charm!

The people who work in the 280 store are very nice and professional. My only complaint is that you have to go to the store itself to reorder your contacts! When I changed my prescription from another place all I had to do was call Target and give my card number-they changed for some reason and it's a huge pain in the ___!!!! Now I have to find another optician......

Dr. was very friendly, but instead of giving me the prescription that I needed, he added more power. When my glasses came in I couldn't see at all and got an immediate headache. I had to go another 2 weeks without proper eye wear. Umm, annoying.
