I've been going to the same optometrist for 17 years. However, due to her recently retiring I had to make the tough decision of finding a new eye care professional. I can safely say I am in great hands with Dr. Tyner and his staff. My visit was great! Dr. Tyner and staff were all professional and helpful and made the process of finding and working with someone new a non issue.

Doctor Tymer and staff were wonderful as always. Their new technology was not. Had to be rebooted a couple times during my exam and overall seemed to be more of a hindrance than a help. Thought you would want to know…

Dr. Tyner is one of a kind. This is the best medical experience I’ve had in this country. He not only did a thorough exam, but took about 30 minutes explaining every single detail about my eyes from my eye anatomy to my eye problem. He is knowledgeable, kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he said. 100% recommend and 6 stars if possible.

The whole staff was excellent and super friendly. The African American at the desk I think her name is Sonjia was very nice and professional. She gave me some suggestions that will help me in the future with picking luxury frames. Lydia was very nice and patient with me. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. She has very good taste in frames. These two ladies are truly an asset to your company!!!!

Dr Tyner is the best! I refer everyone who mentions needing an exam to him. He’s so personable and he explains things in a way that’s understandable. I’ve worn glasses for 50 years and never had an experience this good. His staff is also wonderful. They are friendly, kind, and make sure you know all of your options

Staff is friendly and helpful. The exam itself was efficient and I felt safe seeing all the cleaning measures the staff was taking. I also really appreciated the new equipment they had that makes it unnecessary to dilate my eyes with drops.The area for improvement would be reducing wait times. I waited almost 40 minutes to be called back. There was only one tech and one doctor on duty (I'm assuming because of COVID-19 safety measures) but it definitely slowed the process down.

Dr Tyner is rare among physicians because he has a wonderful personality and explains everything he's doing as he goes through the exam. I learn new things every time I leave an exam. He's not rushed or trying to turn over exam rooms - he clearly has his patients' best interest in mind. In addition, his staff is delightful, friendly, helpful, and humorous. His office takes a wide variety of vision plans, so do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I learned in my visit today that there are contact lenses that will do what "progressive" lens glasses will do; he gave me a free sample pair to try for a month to make sure I like them. Dr Tyner is among the finest doctors I've experienced in my lifetime.

I feel like every few years I have to change eye doctors due to my insurance, but Dr. Tyner and his team is by far my favorite that I have had! His team was very friendly and extremely helpful even after there was a bit of a hang up with my insurance as my insurance card somehow didn't match the account number that the insurance had on file. But the lady at the front desk was able to figure it out and even printed me a new sheet with my correct information for my insurance!! Dr. Tyner was very patient and answered all of my questions and curiosities. I hope to be able to stay with them for as long as possible!

The professionalism was high grade, but I was more impressed with the way I felt at home and not made to feel like a stranger, esp during this terrible time of pandemic. Customer service is more important these days than anything, but you're more likely to lose something these days because of Covid. But nothing was missing at all here, even with everyone wearing a mask. I felt like could just come up there and hang out from time to time. It was a beautiful experience from everyone there.
