I rarely review anyone, as my expectation are always greater than the service I receive. Being a entrepreneur myself, I understand the importance of “a customer being fully informed”. Enough about myself, let me share about Dr. Blue and her staff!! Every box gets a ✅. From the appointment phase, to the sale of my new frames, and everything in between. Thoroughly pleased🎊🎊🎊. I began wearing glasses about 2 years ago,( probably needed them 5+ years ago), went to one of the “Big Box Shops”, so I really had no thoughts about what to expect. After several visits over the past 2 years, and a “lot” of my hard earned 💰being spent, glasses making me feel sick because the prescription alignments were off, I could go on….. NOW I’VE FOUND “BLUE”!!!🥳🥳🥳. The entire visit was positive, and I know this review is “long winded” so I will try to sum it by saying Dr. Blue cared enough about my concerns and my eyes to help me understand simple things like why my eyes should be dilated instead of a picture ( she offered to use the “big new machine”) but suggested actual dilation, as I’ve never had that procedure done. She cared enough to make sure I understood how “my” eyes worked with my prescription. She cared enough to not even try to sell me another frame to go with the other 3 I brought with me…. Go figure, a vision center not as much interested in selling you glasses as they are helping you understand your eyes…. I bought those Oakley frames just because. And when they come in, guess what!?, she will get to fix my others. THANKS DR. BLUE AND STAFF!!!!!!🎊🎉🎊🥳🎊🥳🎉. You have a customer for life….

It's always a pleasure when I visit Blue Vision. The staff is just excellent at what they do. They make you feel like a person and not just an appointment. You will love this place. It is small and I love it like this because you get a very personalized experience. The ladies who work here will answer every question you have, they are friendly, and they are most importantly patient. The owner Ms. Blue does your eye exam and is very attentive to you. My daughter doesn't like people's hands to close to her eyes and she immediately saw this and changed her approach for my daughter to feel more at ease.
