Every body we seen today were all super nice and helpful. The lady that helped my 2 kids pick the perfect pair of glasses was so awesome with them. We will definitely be back.

We have been to many optometrists and I truly say these guys were the best experience weve ever had. The doctors are patient and informative every step of the way, the nurses and staff are kind as well as courteous, the office is immaculate, just an overall inviting, safe, welcoming environment for those of you who need eye care. I highly recommend these guys for any seeking a new caregiver or just wanting to branch out to better care.

I've been a patient for 5+ years. I chose Heights Eyecare because I have eye complications from childhood autoimmune diseases, and they have a large enough staff to accommodate emergency visits. They have the expertise to understand how my disease affects my eyes, and yet I get treated like I would if I went to the small rural practice in my hometown. I also appreciate that they take lots of different visual insurances, and always help me maximize my benefits.

Went ine with my own oakley frame and wanted them to put my lenses in said framewhich came out to be $460 after my insurance paid. ThankGod I ha e eye coverage! They were anything but friendly.. unsocial.. and at the end of my time she put a peice of paper In my face and told me to sign this.. I of of course asked what the heck I was signing she I formed me thT since I brought my own Oakley frames in and I didn't buy there they were and are not responsible for ANY damage.. I informed them that that's about the most retarded policy I e ever heard.. the lady replies if that happens I could come in and BUY MY OWN at 50% off a new frame and I'm assuming lenses too.... the thing is that I only get one pair due to insurance reasons.. I won't be returning once I get my glasses back in the condition I turned them in at. I'm. Ot sure I could in good conscious recommend this place.. only goof this was no masks!!! Think twice before you go here

I felt like I was aboard the starship Enterprise, all of the cutting edge technology that was used for my examination was incredible. The staff was 100% knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I damaged one of my lenses in my glasses and within a couple of days I had a new lens. And when the new lens wasn’t right, they went out of their way to replace it quickly and efficiently. I definitely would recommend them for all of your optometry needs!

I stopped in to turn in a pair of my old frames to add my prescription but without the bifocals. You can tell they love their job and know what their talking about. They've been able to answer any questions I've had. Between myself and 3 kids I've been to more than a handful of Ophthalmologist and this one is by far my best one. Yesterday they had one of the loudest and rudest customers and the staff stayed upbeat and positive and treated him like they did the rest of the customers.

Everyone at Heights Eyecare is so so so nice. My doctor remember a little style I had on my eye from 2+ years ago. Robin, though, was the best part of our trip. My insurance was a mess. I had spent an hour and a half picking out frames that weren't going to work. I had to go back to school, and was in a horrible mood. During the day, Robin had called called both my insurances and figured out what was going to work out best for me. I went back after school to get my frames picked out, and she was so genuinely happy to see me and continue helping me out. I found frames I liked, but I wasn't too fond of the color. She not only looked on two of Height Eyecare's databases, she also googled for awhile, and then ended up calling the company for me. We found out they came in a color I liked, and we went with them. My glasses were in within four days and I LOVE them. I cannot say enough how much Robin helped make my experience so amazing.

Previously I wrote a negative review because I bought an expensive pair of Wiley X safety glasses that after two visits they were unable to make fit properly. I was however pleased with the exams and personnel. I had obviously not made my displeasure well spoken. I received a hand written card to come in at my earliest convenience and exchange my glasses. (after using them six months!) Apparently what happened is what they ordered is not what they received and they were never destined to fit right. The new ones are perfect, and they also adjusted my regular glasses so they don't slip anymore. Yeah, they're more expensive than WalMart and others, but the adage that you get what you pay for is really true here. And the staff are just plain polite people. Take you in fast and no bums rush to get you out. Thank you.

Great Eyecare and everyone who works there are very friendly and attentive to the needs of all patients. You are welcomed the second you walk in and directed to exactly where you need to go. All aspects of your visit is very professional and you are treated as someone who means something beyond just a number. Getting new frames and lenses is very quick. I got mine in less than a week. They have taken care of my family for the 11 years we lived in Billings. I have moved to Rapid City, SD but will still come back to Heights Eyecare for all my vision needs. I recommend them to anyone needing Eyecare.

My son also does Vision Therapy though HEC & has made significant improvements thanks to the help of Mrs. Dezi. I would highly recommend Heights Eyecare to anyone in need of any Vision-related care.

I got glasses for the first time in 9 years. The person who assisted me was helpful and friendly. Andthey told me it would be 7-10 days until my glasses would be ready and they were done in 3 days! It was nice to have them exceed the expectation. I have been going to Heights Eyecare since I moved to Billings 9 years ago. Never have I had an experience that wasn't a good one.

Woke up to a swollen eyelid after a day of cleaning in a garage. The Heights Eyecare staff got me into their already full schedule with Dr. Haber. I walked in 30 min early for my appt. and they immediately got me to an exam room. This doc was AMAZING!! She took the time to explain what was going on, perscribe medication, and explain what I should expect with treatment. With my vacation approaching, this professional gave me her direct after-hours contact info for emergency use and even had options at my destination for doctors that I could go see if problems escalated while I was out of town... who does that?? I have gone to heights eye care twice for my yearly eye exam. They were excelent about working around my schedule, sent a yearly reminder, and helped me to get extra contacts to make it till I had time to come in. (Even though my prescription was expired) Large helpful staff, and knowledgeable and young staff. Good experiences both times. 4 stars because prices were a little steep for glasses.

I have been very satisfied with the service I receive from Heights Eyecare. I live on the westend, but I drive all the way to the heights to have my eyes checked and to get my contacts and glasses from them. Yes, they are a little "sales-heavy" as one other reviewer mentioned. However, once you say "no thank you, not interested", they move on. Nice people, knowledgeable people, good products, and a nice facility.

We have been going to this place for years and honestly had no complaints about the individuals who work there until now when one of the techs was rude about me and my boyfriends son going back with him. If she didn't want us to go back and it was an issue she could of just informed us of that in a respectful manner instead of being passive aggressive and rude for no reason...🙄 that's my only complaint, otherwise it is a great place. Just rubbed me the wrong way. All the rest of the interactions I've had people have been very kind.

Dr. Kimball is professional and very good at what he does. The office is nice and their equipment is up to date. The only thing I don't care for is that they seem to be a bit "sales-heavy" meaning that I feel pressured to buy my contacts through them, purchase "advanced-tests", etc. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend them.

Definitely not the most inexpensive place in town but you get what you pay for, the service was great and the staff is very knowledgable. They are great at explaining what and why they are doing. I learned more about my eyes than I ever thought I would. There selection of glasses is very good.
