We went into Eyemart in Billings Mt. on 7/8/22 and was greeted by Sharifa. What a great experience and great Customer Service. She was so polite and helpful to me. She actually helped me pick out a couple pairs of glasses, well because I have a very small face. She told me about the different lenses and took the time to tell me what I had already. She rang me up and told me it will be 2 weeks. Less than a week my glasses were ready. REALLY!! Impressed!!! Thank you for everything you did for me. I will tell all my friends. 6 🌟 for Eyemart. Prices are great!! Quality amazing! CS the best ever!!

We always have a great experience at Eye Mart Express in Billings! Even though they were extremely busy they did their best to make sure we were taking care of in a timely manner. I love that they are able to make our glasses in an hour or two! Sure beats waiting 2-4 weeks to get your new glasses from most other places!

My daughter picked out some frames and even though we had to wait about 15 minutes, the sales associates paid attention to us, reminding us they would help us shortly. Meanwhile, they were helping others patiently and not rushing anyone. Once Tracy helped us, we were taken care of within 10 minutes and were told to come back for the finished glasses in one hour. I got a text less than an hour later saying they were ready. Once we arrived, they adjusted the glasses to fit well and we were out the door in 5 min. Kind and friendly people even though it was busy. I appreciate the great service.

Price was so reasonable I got 2 pair of glasses for what it would normally be for 1 pair. Very satisfied and will be returning there for other family needs.. And they were finished in 1/2 hr . Eyemart Express was AMAZING! My son broke is glasses beyond repair and couldnt get in with his doctor til the end of next month. We were walk-in's and were treated as if we were regular patients. The staff were very friendly, informative and they made BOTH of my sons glasses in house in less then 30 minutes (even though they let us know it can take up to an hour). Very satisfied with the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and their efficiency! Top Teir, would definitely recommend 👌

The whole experience was great. I have recently had some major changes in my life due to a TBI and I can barely remember 10 min ago much less what happened 10 hour or even 10 days ago. Well Sharifa the young lady that helped me will be remembered as will the entire experience. She and the others were very patient with me as I had a hard time choosing a pair of glasses. I was forgetting which ones fit well by the time I tried on a third pair and would basically have to start over. The store manager was a little….hmmm how to say it…. Bold? Confident?…..Hahaha she was profesional and nice but very much in charge of the operation. She let me know which pair I would be getting in the end hahahah. Overall the selection of frames was amazing, the lenses were finished in 25 min, I got a really great discount thanks to it being my first time in and I would refer anyone to these gals with confidence that they will receive the highest level of care available in the industry.

Hands down, this was the best trip to the eye doctor that I've ever experienced. The entire staff was the epitome of knowledgeable, courteous and efficient service. The store, the equipment and the merchandise was clean and tidy. The wait time was minimal and I was greeted with courtesy and respect, even though I was unavoidably 15 minutes late for my appointment. Finally, I was extremely impressed by how fast my eyeglasses were ready for pickup...less than 45 minutes! I highly recommend these folks for all of your optical needs. They are consumant professionals and I cannot thank them enough for handling all of my optical needs.

There 1 hour lens service is amazing. I live on the extreme opposite end of town from this location so it's really nice that I don't have to drive all the way back more than a week later to pick up my new glasses.

Dropped in on a Tuesday to see if I could get an eye appointment, the eye doctor office says they have a 2:15 or a 4:00 pm appointment that day. The appointment is thorough and very reasonably priced. I look at the frames available but decide I better get the wife's opinion before I get new glasses. My wife meets me at Eyemart at 5:30 Wednesday night. We find a great pair of regular eyeglass frames plus a frame for a pair of prescription sunglasses. Shannon helps me, gets me signed up, informs me that they have a two pair discount added to my discount card through my employer, they can save me almost $170. Shannon then says that my two pairs will be ready for pickup by 6:45 that evening . I do some Uber driving and at 6:20 I get a text saying one of the two glasses are ready, so I head back to the store. Before I get to the store a second text arrives saying the second pair is ready. Very pleased with my two new pair's of glasses, the service and speed of service. Highly recommend this business. Thanks.

Dr. Brown saved my life!!! When I saw her she told me to go to the ER right away due to pressure on my optic nerve. I had seen another optometrist and neurologist who both missed it and couldn’t find out what was wrong, but Dr. Brown spotted it right away. I am so thankful! She is incredible! I can’t say enough good things! You won’t ever find a doctor that is as kind and caring as Dr. Brown. She is compassionate and truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen!!!

I came into the store at about 445 never dreaming that I would be able to be fitted and find my frames in such a short amount of time beings Eyemart closes at 5 p.m. but sure enough I found frames was fitted and was so happy to find out that they would mail them to me as I live in Wyoming not Montana. By Tuesday morning I received my glasses via FedEx and they fit perfect I do not need any adjustments and I have a progressive lens so I thought sure I would need to have them adjusted but no they are perfect I am so pleased and so very happy with my service and my new glasses I just wanted to let everybody know that I definitely will from now on purchase all my glasses from Eye-Mart Express they were just wonderful I am so pleased

Very friendly staff. They weren't sure how my insurance worked and I was confused as to how they were rung up, but in the end Anesha (sp? Sorry!) called me back by the end of the day after she did some research and it was all good! I appreciate when someone says they are going to look into it and call you back that they communicate with you and actually do what they say! I have been going here for many years (as they are one of the few places that I carry lenses in my prescription so my glasses are done in an hour) and have never been disappointed. I'm just glad that they finally accept our insurance and I don't have to fill out the "out of network provider" paperwork and claim it myself! :) Thanks eyemart!

I ended be able to get 2 pair. 2 is full progressive, no scratch, no line bifocal and really cute. My other free pair is single lens, no amenities and will make great tv glasses. Both were ready within an hour. 1 pair took 9 minutes. My vision is great. I have insurance and had to pay $80 out of pocket which is the least expensive I have ever paid for 1 pair. I am happy

For the last three years I have purchased four to six pairs of single vision glasses for computer work and for reading music, from Eyemart in Billings, MT. This year, through no fault of the skilled technicians at Eyemart, there was a glitch in the lenses. After consulting with my eye doctor and getting the correct formula, I returned to Eyemart where they replaced all of the lenses of my four-part order, COMPLETELY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE! I will return when it is time for new glasses! You can't beat the service nor the price!

The associates working were consciencious of the time and needs of the customers in the store which is greatly appreciated. While I may not have been greeted immediately, the others who visited the store were and that is extremely important in todays market. I enjoyed spending time looking for frames without feeling rushed or pressured by Karen. Once I had my choices, I was thrilled to know that they would be ready that same day. She was very thorough in helping me. I was excited to learn that they were ready earlier than anticipated. I went to ur store to if Eyemart Express find a good pair of glasses on / or 12-9-18. Suzanna P. explained to me might be my best opption was. Then she helped in picking the first pair. She had told that the first ones I had picked up looked awesome on me. I then looked allt the rest of the glasses for my sunglasses. Suzanna was very helpful and ansered all my questions a long with giving me a quote. Then the 19th i came back and paid for them. I had Suzanna again that time. We got everything squared away for the bifolcols and the trifolcols. She had said that would be about 2 hrs that they would be ready. When I came back to pick them up. Suzanna made sure to anymore my questions if i should have any. She then assisted in getting them fitted to my ears anf face. I give Eyemart and Suzanna 5 stars. I'll deffently will be for a couple new pair of glasses. Thanh so very much for good quality frames at a really great low price.
