Such a great experience from start to finish. The beautiful ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful. The person that did my pictures and tested the pressure in my eyes was kind and friendly. Dr. Shouts is just the most caring human, she is so easy to talk to and very thorough. Lastly, the amazing people that check you out are just superb, my gal was new but she did not miss a beat! Profesional and quick! I was born with Monocular vision, and have been in and out of optometrist offices my whole life. This was by far the most convenient and thoughtful visit I’ve had. I felt listened to as I spoke with the optometrist, which isn’t always the case when having a vision exam, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The doctors at Beartooth Vision are helpful, thorough and caring. They listen and weigh everything the patient has to say . I am turning 65 shortly, and I would only choose a plan that had Beartooth Vision in it.

My husband and I had back to back appts starting at 9am. We got there at 9am and within 5 minutes of sitting down in the waiting area, I was called back. I just am so grateful for the folks here at Beartooth Vision Center. It's the holidays and with everyone missing flights, delays, and lost baggage, they really came in clutch for me. I did not have anymore contacts because they remaining were in my checked bags. I was also so silly and just left my glasses in my checked bags too. Best eye exam I have had in a long time! Dr. Shultz is very nice and very thorough! Peggy helped me pick out some new frames and all the staff were very friendly and helpful! Pick didn’t have to get my eyes dilated because the have some machine that does that scan and costs to get that done were less than $50! Worth paying a little extra. Better than seeing halos and not being able to see clearly for two hours!

Hands down, the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I was very impressed with Dr. Currence and the care he demonstrated explaining in detail each test he performed. I have previously gone to other optometrists at some of the big name optical centers in town and none of them come close to Beartooth Vision Center. The office staff was great and very friendly. They also have a huge selection of frames to choose from. I told my wife to make appointments for the rest of my kids as this will be our new place to go for future optical needs.

I was referred by thehe VA to Beartooth Vision Center. They were very prompt on seeing me right away and doing vision testing. No wait at all. They were also very efficient and things went quickly. I noticed that much of the equipment was the same as my ophthalmologist's. The doctor was really great in showing me results and giving a thorough and understandable explanation of everything. I was able to order my glasses on the spot and will go back to pick them up. I would recommend this business without any hesitation. Go Buckeye's.

Fantastic experience, attentive staff, knowledgeable and experienced practitioners. My dad started off with a regular eye exam, turned out he needed to see a specialist after Dr. Steph saw a questionable spot in his eye. Also she diagnosed him with cataracts and surgery was needed. The staff coordinated 6 appointments all together including when cataracts had to be rescheduled with a different surgical practice all together in the last minute. I can not say enough words about how the entire practice treated Dad and I and how greatfull we are. If I could I’d give them 10/5 starts, recommend them highly. Appointments are always pleasant and relaxed. They never rush through my appointments and they do an excellent job of explaining what they are doing and the results of all their tests. I've been going to Dr Currence since he left Costco. As a matter of fact he is so good we left Costco to follow him to his private practice even though it would be cheaper to stay at Costco where my husband works. Will never leave Beartooth Vision! She introduced us to the idea of a "smart progressive lens" because she thought it would be a good idea in order to get rid of some distortion issues on the outer edges of the lenses. Nicest people up front, the doctor here has been great to deal with, and they are great about saying what my insurance will cover and what final cost are to me. Also for people with contacts or other things that normally need eye dilation they have a machine that will take a scan of your eye without the dilation, which is a great option if you have to go back to work.

This place is amazing! The front desk ladies and Dr. Rob Currence are kind, understanding and compasionate. I had an eye emergency where my primary doctor could not diagnose and told me to go go an optometrist. I was having severe consitant pain for a week. I called my original optometrist told them my situation, they seemed less than concerned and told I would have to wait until DECEMBER 4TH! I told them this was an emergency, still the lady could care less. I called another place basically was told the same thing. At this point I was crying and so upset that people would treat someone who is in extreme pain and hurting like this, especially since I told them my physician does not know what this is and to see a specialist. I finally called Beartooth Vision Center, told them the situation and they were able to sqeeze me in the next day! I was so relieved. I soon as I walked in the staff was kind and welcoming. The place clean and very up to date. The lady that took me back and measured the pressure in my eyes was very professional and informative. Then I was seen by Dr. Rob Currence, I told him how grateful I was that he could see me, he said "of course". He was very kind, personable, great bed side manner, very inteligent and informative. He examined my eye and immediately knew what was going on. He diagnoised me with iritis. He explained what this was and also suggest that I get some blood work done since this is usually caused by something systemic.
