Black operated business. Really friendly. I went with my child on a visit and they wind up seeing me as well. My appointment was at 10 they didn’t open till 5 minutes later. I didn’t like that. After seeing the operation and being able to speak to the staff I got over it. Nice selection and friendly service. Try them.

Had a nice experience with Ms.Brianna. My appointment was Saturday at 3:45 got me in and out . Ms Brianna did her job professionally, and she made me feel welcomed. The doctor was also nice and she was informative unlike most eye doctors. I’m just finding out that I have astigmatism in both eye and she was the only doctor who communicated that with me and I’ve been going to the eye doctors all my life! I believe her name was Mrs. Kelechi. Overall 5 star from me

I must say the entire staff were all welcoming! However Brianna at the front desk was more than pleasant. She explained everything clearly, helped me with my fitting and all.. above great customer service. Amazing Service. I had an appt at 10:30 .. was seen shortly after arrival . I was fitted for contacts and receive designer glasses for an amazing price ! I was out by 11:30 with glasses and contacts. Also as a first time contact wearer , they will sit you down and walk with you how to put in , take out , clean , etc. Highly Recommend. Btw i rarely write reviews 😀

It is not unusual for medical sources to have or keep unprofessional staff. However, my experience for my glasses and contact examinations at Aqua Vision with the doctor and her staff was very pleasant. Tsion was professional, kind, and remained cool and collected even when things got busy with her workload and patients. Dr. Mezu was also professional, and my examinations were easy and as enjoyable as eye exams can be. Breanna the office manager was absolutely amazing! She was patient with my glasses fitting and able to get it just right (not quickly achieved due to my facial features). Sbe was also informative and readily available.

I love coming to Aqua Vision, the front desk staff are very helpful and nice. Every time I come here I feel like I am getting the best care possible. The doctor takes the time to make sure I understand what each test is for, and how it will help me. They also usually have very generous GroupOns available here. Their new location is very neat and clean and gives off a good energy.

Just had a contact lens exam done today with Dr. Kelechi. Everyone was so friendly. All the technicians thoroughly cleaned all spaces before I entered. They were all very pleasant. The exam itself was far more extensive than any id ever had and I've been a contact lens wearer for 14+ years. I was fitted quickly and accurately. I got all this done on my lunch break. I highly recommend Aqua Vision Care.

Dr. Mezu was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me some this was my first time wearing contacts. They was so patient teaching me how to apply and remove contacts. I absolutely love Aqua Vision Center in Pikesville,MD. Every time my family and go there we are greeted immediately by the front end staff. The selection of frames are so awesome and there's so many to chose from, the doctors are superb and extremely qualified(you can tell this isn't just about money but they actually care about your health). It's definitely a family office, I love when the doctors family stops by because they are so nice and they too also make sure that the customers are being served! When I say I love this place....I LOVE IT!!!! I've been coming here for over 6 years before I used to shop around from eye glass place to place, but the staff is courteous, extremely professional. I'm a very picky person about my frames and the young ladies help me pick out the right look for my face I can truly say they are not in for the money or to just make a sale....they really do care about you as a person. My experience was so great now that I have gotten glasses for my girlfriend as well

I am giving this an OK review because of the following: -My appointment was at 5:30pm, I showed up 5 minutes early but wasnt seen till 6:15 -There was not a large selection of frames to choose from, I feel sorry for men trying to find a fram because there seemed to be one tiny section at the back wall for them - My main concern has been that it has been 3 weeks since my eye exam and ordering of glasses, and I still have not received them yet. The front desk person said "they are at the laboratory, they need to pass inspection, they will be here on monday." I called monday at I received the answer "they are at the laboratory, they need to pass inspection, they will be here on Thursday." When I asked what the delay was, she said " well last week I said they MIGHT be here by monday." I typically go to Lens Crafters or one of those chain stores, and receive my glasses in about 3 business days for the most. My prescription is definitely not difficult, the only addition I had was the anti-reflective coating. If you lost you pair of glasses and need them within the month

I had a Diabetic Eye Exam in April 2018. The atmosphere was casual. Surprising the office was less professional then expected, more like a better grade neighborhood store. Dr. Mezu was professional. What most threw me off was the young lady that shows you your eyeglass frames. She asked me to follow her, she lead me to a vertical case which was up against the wall. The case on top was a 'VERSACE' sign, advertising the frames in the case ( so Anyone would think!). After looking in surprise because of the insurance I currently had, asked the young lady, "which frames did My insurance cover"? The young lady looked at me and pointed to the case she had lead me to which advertised 'VERSACE' frames within them. So after being assured that My insurance covered them, I chose a pair. I was Never informed that this particular case had several different brand frames besides VERSACE, Nor that My insurance Didn't cover VERSACE frames until AFTER my glasses were picked up and delivered to me by a friend. I took the glasses out to inspect them and discovered that they were JAI KUDO INSTEAD OF VERSACE frames. I gave AQUA VISION CARE a call to ask ( just a question mind you) why my frames said JAI KUDO INSTEAD OF VERSACE. What I got was ATTITUDE, BIG GHETTO ATTITUDE! Everything I said, the lady on the other end would change what I say. I told her exactly what happened and what the young lady which showed me the frames told me\ lead me to believe, even after I asked the question, "WHICH FRAMES DOES MY INSURANCE COVER?" The lady on the other end said I didn't like the frames, I said the frames weren't designer frames...this lady went All out just because I asked the question, why did the frames I chose from the 'VERSACE' case have 'JAI KUDO' on them instead of VERSACE? I work Every day and pay into the medical, state, federal, etc. This lady said to me, "did you think you were going to get a pair of VERSACE frames for free?" I spoke to her in a calm\ polite manner to let her know that I just wanted to know why the frames were marked as they were. Nothing more, nothing less. She really contradicted herself because she told me that the case that advertises 'VERSACE" didn't just have those frames, but several different designer frames besides! It just goes to show, YOU CAN NOT HIDE GHETTO MANTALITY! No, I did not appreciate the deception nor the Non PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE to Just answer a simple, non aggressive question! I now have glasses which is the important thing. I dnt plan on doing business with them in the future, nor recommending them. Just beware when you go to AQUA VISION CARE
