I was hesitant about purchasing glasses, but Kia was very patient and helped me find a pair that made me feel comfortable. She was determined to help me find a pair that worked well for me. She was very knowledgeable about their products, and provided great feedback. I will definitely come back for the excellent customer service! I am happy with the way I look!!

On 11422 I went to the America's best on Taylor Avenue where i worked with the general manager her name is Jasmine Jones. Earlier in the day I had gone to the America's best embellier where I had a horrible experience the storm bell air had overcharged me for my visit that day and when I tried to get it resolved there I got no help from the people that worked at the storm bell air. Bread I went to visit miss Jones at the store on Taylor Avenue and I don't know was she a consummate professional she helped me get the issue resolved quickly and and she was fantastic to work with. I would totally recommend the store on Taylor Avenue 100% and I plan to go there for all my future needs.. This of course considering I live right around the corner from the Bel-Air store but I will never go back there again I just want to say thanks to miss Jones for all her help and the professionalism in which she displayed today today.

Ms. Jasmine and the ladies at this location are amazing. She is so sweet and accommodating. My daughter has anxiety about being late for her appointment and she desperately needed new glasses, and Ms. Jasmine was a true blessing. She turned what could have been an upsetting and emotional moment for my daughter into a great experience. I'd prefer this location over all the others.

I had an amazing experience visiting the office. I was greeted by the amazing receptionists Bri and Lashawn, I was then helped with registration by the awesome assistant Adrian. I was assisted with the pre test by the tech Aisa, she was very sweet and kind. Dr.Lanns did an amazing job with my exam. I was then checked out by Ericka who got me in and out quick and easy. The whole staff created a great ambience with laughter and paid attention to all my needs.

Got there right on time for my eyeglasses appt, was checked in and seated within just a few minutes. It was later in the day but everyone was still very nice, polite, professional. The doc there is awesome, she's funny and put me at ease after I told her my concerns. Then I picked out 2 new pair of cute glasses for cheap! I'm excited for them to come in! No complaints here

I sat on my glasses yesterday and had to endure an entire Thanksgiving dinner with crooked glasses. This morning, on Black Friday, I went to this establishment, thinking I would need new frames while out of town. Instead, one lovely worker fixed my glasses in under one minute and I was able to resume my holiday celebration! I am so thankful for this place!

I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years. I like the eye care club. I love the selection of frames. The staff more often than not will bend over backwards to help. When I break my frames (not if, when) I get one free frame swap which is a lifesaver in my line of work. I also love their contact brand, it’s the best I’ve ever tried. With this location, I was very impressed when I came in in my back up back glasses, half blind and desperate. I was given a trial pair of contacts that were not exactly my prescription but were close enough to hold me over until my new contacts and glasses came in. It saved my week and allowed me to go back to work. I really appreciate the dedication the staff show here.

I was very happy with everything except ordering my new glasses. I have worked in the ophthalmology field for many years and we had optical shops attached as well. When the gentleman was placing my order, he did not adjust the frames on my face, measure PD's, or mark the lenses before sending the order to the lab. I have a lot of astigmatism and this measurement can be very critical. I am worried about picking up my new glasses because of that.

i had an issue with the previous manager and staff at Americas Best. I contacted Customer service, the problem was that they would not adjust the lens on my new glasses so i could see. I was contacted by the new manager Yvonne , and she is amazing. She helped me get the glasses just what i needed. She is professional, pleasant, and know what customer service. Had it not been for the Yvonne, I would not be able to recommend Americas Best. If you want to try them for glasses, I would suggest using the Towson, Md location at 909 Taylor Ave, Towson, Md. 21286. Make sure you tell Yvonne, that Tim Kelley said hello.

I was a walk-in client, no appointment. Received courteous, prompt service, being slotted between a half dozen others who had made appointments. Eye exam was professional and speedy. Pricing was as expected, went with the 2 for 69.95 special ending up $250 after options and upsale.

While the actual service in store was really, really good: everyone was friendly and professional. I was seen quickly and they even made me laugh. I've been waiting over a month to actually receive my glasses and contacts when they should have been delivered within a week. At this writing their website is down so I cannot even check my account. Apparently my contacts could be there, they just haven't physically checked them in yet. Relying on the internet alone is no way to run a brick and mortar business and knowing you're backed up means working harder, not less.

I'd give 5 stars but, as others have reviewed this place takes too long for your glasses to be completed and ready and that the staff does not call you when your glasses come back and are ready. These 2 problems are accurate. If these 2 problems would be improved a 5th star would then be earned. This place also needs to work with people with MTA Mobility. You should be informed with how long your visit will take to better plan your Mobility ride(s). America Best has a big selection of frames and they're very strong and sturdy. I've received very good service from their employees.

Everyone was very nice inspite of computer issue which caused delays. Concerned that gentleman never use ruler to measure where line should be on new bifocals-- just eyeballed it up? So a bit concerned about new glasses being correct? Will know for sure next week.

The glasses took forever to arrive from wherever they are made, I believe China, as one associate explained. I was told they were none-scratch but mine did not take long to get scratches, (and I took good care of them) meaning they weren't made with the none-scratch material I paid for. I was robbed. Less than a year later, I was already thinking of replacing them. One yr 4 months today, my glasses are so hazy from scratches that can't even use them, I had to go back to my old broken glasses I bought from Walmart 5 yrs ago. I ll never go back there nor would I recommend anyone. Disappointed!

She really knows how to make her patients smile, and feel at ease. They’re not always punctual, but hey, who is these days? America's Best Towson has been my eye exam and glasses/contact lens provider for several years. I never leave unsatisfied. Jazmine Jones, the store's General Manager, helped me with an issue I had with my glasses. She was efficient and patient, a true "fixer!" She also shared information about the company's global philanthropy efforts, which center around a mission to help everyone see! I like them even more now!
