The new space is beautiful and spacious! The staff was welcoming and so helpful as I tried on numerous brands of sunglasses. My 8 year old son also got an exam. They were so helpful and patient with him as he went through the eye exam process. Dr. Knouff is kind and professional and we felt throughly takin care of. We will definitely be back!

I've been seeing Dr. Nguyen for a few years now and every experience is great. The staff is unfailing kind, helpful, informative, and genuine. Dr. Nguyen is outstanding. She is thorough and efficient. She explains my eye health and all tests and results so I have an active understanding of what's happening with my peepers. She assesed my situation and previous eye health concerns and provided great solutions that have helped tremendously. And she's always fun to catch up with, which is a nice bonus! I also love that you can schedule appointments via their website. It's intuitive and convenient. And it makes me more likely to make appointments since I hate making phone calls.

Alright, let's be clear, I'm usually one of those people who only posts when they have a negative experience, but I had to come on here and let y'all know that Eyeclectic has more than earned the high reviews they have. Eyeclectic is a great experience. The check-in is very simple and I barely had time to sit in the waiting room before being attended to. All of the eye tests take place in one location so you don’t have to be moved from room to room. Bri and Jasmine were very efficient. The eye exam itself was done in a timely fashion. Dr. Knouff listens, asks questions and seeks to meet all your concerns and needs. Eyeclectic has a tremendous collection of frames to choose from and Erin helped enormously with the selection. I found the staff to be exceptionally personable. All our needs were met in a visually pleasing and friendly environment. I highly recommend Eyeclectic.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I saw Dr Knouff in May to get my first eye exam and she was so sweet and explained everything in detail. I started having issues with my eyes again a couple weeks ago and saw the opticians who were super nice as well, and they gave me a new prescription which didn't work for me. I came back in and Dr Knouff squeezed me in at the end of her day so I wouldn't have to wait and figured out what needed to be fixed. Everyone at their office is very sweet and helpful!

i've struggled over the last few years, trying to find an eye doctor with whom i'm happy, but i think the struggle is over. i absolutely enjoyed the entire staff in this office. it was very easy to make the appointment. i didn't have to sit around waiting forever once i arrived for my appointment. everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and it was very pleasant experience all around. my tech-optician-guru-of-all-eye-photography-equipment-taker-of-information person, whose name was... maybe... val... (forgive me, her name escapes me, b/c i was too impressed by her uncanny chin rest adjustment skillz) was very good at all the things. i never felt like she was going to stab me in the eye w/a sharp stick or anything! dr. harris was personable and was genuinely interested in figuring out the best course to take for improving my vision. i would and will recommend to anyone in search of vision care. so... yay!

She explained every part of the exam and recommendations so clearly. I was then placed with Valori to choose my frames. I wanted a daily frame as well as sunglasses. She was incredibly helpful and so honest in helping me decide what fit my face and looked best. She really took her time and priced out different options for me. Tim was great in helping my daughter and I pick out glasses. They have a variety of glasses to choose from and even the doctor stepped in to help us pick - she has great taste. (The glasses can be on the pricier side, but worth the investment.) Kudos to the entire staff.

I had a great experience at Eyeclectic eye exam. The staff was extremely nice, my appointment started on time and the doctor (Dr. Nguyen) was very friendly. The office is also extremely clean and covid friendly. Eyeclectic has a wonderful selection of frames to choose from (both low & high price ranges), and the staff helped out a lot with helping me select a frame. I highly recommend booking an appointment here. The office also uses very modern devices that I've never had used on my eyes before (not a bad thing). They provided a lot of details I didn't previously know about my eyes...also the visual pictures of my eyes were pretty cool to look at.

After COVID closed my old eye vision store I found Eyeclectic Vision and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke with David who was so nice and helpful! He said that they could have my new prescription lenses put into my frames in under an hour. After asking he told me he could do another pair in blue light as well. Once I arrived and he had my glasses it took about 20 minutes and I had both of my glasses back with new cases and cleaning materials! You have 60 days to comeback and have the prescription changed if need be. Eyeclectic has such an amazing staff and this is where you need to go!

Check in: Easy online paperwork and when I arrived I was greeted by kind staff and helped immediately. The vibe: The office is super open, clean and modern! Very chíc! Top of the line equipment! The doc: I met with Dr.Andrea! Super kind and extremely knowledgeable! Offered me relief for my lifelong dry eyes and I am already “seeing” improvement! 5/5 stars! I give Eyeclectic 5 stars. If I could give more, trust me, I would. Yesterday was my first time visiting their office. My Appointment was for 2pm, but I arrived at 11am because I had a family emergency to come up and needed to leave the city asap. The staff worked me in between their other patients, and got me on my way quickly. That was A plus, on top of everyone's great customer service. The whole staff is awesome and the atmosphere is great. Dr. Andrea explained everything to me and even addressed an issue I didn't know I had. I ordered glasses, and will return for contacts. I just could not be more pleased with my experience. By the time I’d found my way to Eyeclectic, I’d been to Warby Parker, as well as the local Lens Crafters without success and with significant frustration. The frame selection here was so so much better. Came in on a Saturday & Erin helped me pick out a great pair of frames. They were ready by Tuesday, which was much faster than I’d anticipated. Pick up was easy and they didn’t even need any adjusting. I got used to them in less than an hour. I’ll be coming back for sun glasses soon!

I had an awesome visit today with Dr. Minty Nguyen! I will admit that I had not had an eye exam in several years and I'm not a good patient when it comes to my eyes. (I passed this place a million times going to Chipotle) However, I had no discomfort with the various tests performed using their high tech equipment. Dr. Nguyen is very personable and knowledgeable. The most thorough eye exam I've ever had. I was welcomed by a friendly staff who took special care and time to meet my needs. My prescription was unusual and Dr. Knouff took time (about 2 hours) to make sure my prescription was precise. I have had issues with my eyesight since my stroke 12 years ago and getting my prescription changed is difficult at best. I would highly recommend Eyeclectic, especially if you have unusual issues that need to be addressed.

I have never worn glasses and didn't know the first thing about picking out some good ones. David was amazing!!!! He was very patient and let me try on nearly 30 different lenses. He helped me pick out which ones look best on me. And he didn't try to upsell me. I really liked one pair that was nearly double the price of another one. David told me the cheaper pair fit my face shape better. I was able to get my glasses the same day as well! Eyeclectic definitely has my business for life. Especially if David is there!

I brought my 14 year old son in for a contacts exam and the staff was very helpful and kind. The doc there was very knowledgeable and really took her time to explain the condition of my son’s eyes to my son (not just me) so he could understand. We weren’t rushed and the staff waited maybe an hour after the appt was Over to ensure my son (who is new to contact lenses) completely understood how to put them in and take them out. This place is excellent from the front desk staff to the doctors, to the eyeglass techs. I left a message, as a new patient, over the weekend on their voicemail on the off chance someone might call me back. They called me twice on Monday morning (didn't reach me the first time) to let me know they had two cancellations Monday afternoon. Dr. Knouff took so much time to explain my dry eye condition relative to my auto immune disease, and talked thru all the treatment options and even talked through my concerns about a grandparent's macular degeneration, and what my dad should look out for in his later years. She also gave me a recommendation for a primary care doctor. Way above and beyond the call for an optometrist. The 5 start reviews are entirely accurate. I'd been to an opthalmologist in Marietta who spent about 8 minutes with me, shrugged at my concerns and told me to give my contacts a break for a week, and I'd be fine.

Day of appt: -Arrived at the office and easily found parking; always a plus when in the city. -Facility was immaculate and very modern. -Receptionist was so kind, unfortunately her name is escaping me at the moment. -Selection of glasses is fantastic and not too overwhelming.They have just enough pairs for you to choose from without having to try on 1,000 different pairs. This team can find glasses to make anyone look great. I hate wearing glasses and haven't put mine down since purchasing a beautiful pair of Tom Ford glasses that David recommended. Best part of my experience: I picked out a pair of glasses and the team was able to put my prescription in them within 30-minutes?!!! Unreal! -

This as my first time and I was so pleased that everyone was so caring. I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes to be seen and that is really a first at almost any Doctors office. When I met with Dr. Knouff, I instantly felt how caring she was that I have been having such a hard time with my eyes for years. She assured me she was going to do everything possible for me to get relief. When I call the staff they are always helpful to get my information to the Doctor. I met with Tim, the optician, and he was able to actually fill my new reading eye prescription while I was there. I took my new glasses home that day. When getting glasses before I had to wait sometimes 6 weeks. Update 3 19 2021: I saw Dr. Knouff for my follow up today. Everything is going so well, my dry eyes never felt so much better and I can SEE perfectly with my new glasses. I was told I would never be able to see correctly even with glasses because 2 different lens were implanted in my eyes following cataract surgery. When I put on my new driving glasses on I cried! First time in 4 year, I can see to drive safely day and night and I can read the closed caption on TV without double vision. If you have ever experienced any of these issues with your vision or dry eye or any other issue that you want corrected, I highly recommend Dr. Knouff and her staff. They all so professional and truly committed to giving you better eyesight, hence a better quality of life. I feel like family when I walk in the door. I feel amazingly blessed to have found such a knowledgeable and passionate Eye Doctor totally dedicated to correcting all the problems I had to live with for so long. Thank you all.

I have a droopy eyelid (called Ptosis), which affects my vision, my ability to blink, and my ability to wear contacts without them drying out. I've bounced between eye doctors my whole life - each time I've complained about my contact discomfort they've only pushed the latest new contact brand and sent me on my way. My ability to wear contacts has never improved. A friend recommended I try Eyeclectic. I left that appointment absolutely blown away by the team's intentionality in explaining everything, addressing my questions, creating a plan for my dry eye problem moving forward, and even answering questions I didn't know to ask about my droopy eyelid. As it turns out, there are things I can be doing aside from changing contact brands that may actually address the problem! After a lifetime of being told there's nothing I can do, I wanted to cry leaving that office. I might be able to wear contacts for a full work day - something I've never been able to do before!!

I’ve been a patient for several years and the people are lovely and the doctor takes actual time with you. However, I feel increasingly nickel and dimed there. I understand the practice is a business and without profit there’s not a business. My issue is the charge for a contact lens consultation. I only needed my eyes to be examined for prescription purposes - I didn’t need to change anything else about my contacts, didn’t even require a sample pair to leave in (as my prescription stayed the same). But - I was charged not only my $10 eye exam copay, but an $85 contact lens consultation (and there wasn’t one, just an eye exam) and a forced test (they no longer dilate eyes and used a computerized test in lieu of this) that costs $39. I don’t have a huge issue with the test, especially since I now know that will just be their standard for my eye health but I am chapped over the contact lens consultation charge. Prescription check is prescription check. I have extensive vision insurance coverage and my appointment should have been less than $20 and I walked out at over $120. This will make me have to think about if Eyeclectic will continue to be my vision provider - I don’t like this sort of financial practice.

After breaking my only pair of glasses, I called several optometrists, and this place was the first to call me back. They scheduled me in for the following day. The doctor, Dr. Andrea Knouff, was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. She actually took the time to teach me the basic biophysics of the eye, since I was curious, as well as show me a 3-D interactive image of my retina which they took using recently developed imaging technology. I don't think I've ever come home from an eye exam saying, "I loved everything about it" before. Usually it's a chore, but Eyecletic was different. When you walk in, the decor is very cozy and sophisticated -- not like an optometrist's office at all. The staff are very nice, and the latest technology they use is amazing. Dr. Knouff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we were able to have a nice conversation not centered around vision in addition to addressing all of my questions and concerns. (Or maybe I just have expensive taste and didn't pull any of the less expensive options.) Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will be back again!

She was like my little wingman and she gave me a “yay” or “nay” on certain frames. Just incredible service from Valerie - and you can tell she cares about her job and leaving visitors with the best impression. She also was knowledgeable about diff eyewear brands and told me about the diff specials/discounts the office had to offer on my future eyewear purchases. For my first time there, I got the best first impression for sure ! I love the office vibe - super relaxing, there was literally no wait, and everyone who saw me from the eye tech to the doctor to Valerie to the front desk peeps all helped to make it an extremely pleasant experience! I will DEF be back !!! I live almost an hour away from the clinic but for that type of service I have no issue with driving that distance. I felt very welcomed at Eyeclectic, and had the most pleasant experience ever. Also just recurved a text that my glasses are ready ! Gonna pick them up today and I cannot wait !!! I spoke with a few opticians and then Dr. Knaufe herself called me to assure they were doing everything they could to get them in stock, which was an above and beyond customer service experience. I am giving back 2 stars: #1 because of the earnest follow up despite stock being out of their control on this item, and #2 because once in stock I was able to walk out with my new glasses and lenses, which is a great level of service. These are for my wedding on 1st of Jan and I think they moved some mountains to get these frames for my wedding look. Friendly staff, good parking for the busy plaza it's in. I didn't realize I was having "Fundus Photography," I guess it's the alternative to having eyes dilated. I had my eyes dilated and examined quite recently with another doctor, so it was not at all medically necessary and was a surprise $40 on my bill. They did not have the specific pair of glasses I was looking for so I will have to repeat some of this process with another shop. I was not given my prescription at the end of the visit. Not a convenient trip when looking to spend $500 on glasses.

They made me feel super comfortable and were very helpful in assisting me picking out some cute, style-fitting, good looking frames after my examination. I guess since I haven't been to the eye doctor in years the process has been simplified with advancing technology that it was less intrusive than the last time I remembered, straight to the point, and now I know I will be seeing much better and looking good doing it. Dr. Andrea Knouff was kind and patient. She took her time and explained everything to me. Tim was wonderful with helping me try frames. He was wonderful to talk with as was everyone else. They customer service is truly on point and wonderful. This is where you want to come. I will be back. I forgot to mention it was my first visit. I am a new patient and as long as I am living in Atlanta this is where I will be coming. It's worth the 45 minute drive.

I have seen both Dr. Knouff and Dr. Nguyen and both of these ladies were very through and explained things to me. Treated me with respect. I asked to be finished at a certain time and they accommodated me with even a few minutes to spare to get to my next appointment. It is a totally different experience than going to Lenscrafters or Americas best. They do more thorough tests, take time to talk to you and explain things. They pull up previous pictures to compare progress or resolution of problems. Give you choices of treatments that are over the counter and cheaper if you can't afford the expensive eye drops. I highly recommend seeing one of these Optometrists. They have glasses in the office to chose from with about a week turn around time. But see the doctor here and then if you need your glasses in an hour go to the other place. But I have had problems with my glasses before, I broke the part on the nose and they fixed it for free. Don't leave your eye health to just anyone.

For the past 6 years, I've been going to the same amazing clinic in Beijing. I didn't think it was possible to find someone better than my Beijing optician. And, boy did I prove myself wrong! The clinic is bright, open, clean and inviting. The staff greats you upon your arrival. You are never made to wait for very long. The technicians are friendly, reassuring, and professional. Every piece of equipment is sanitized before being used. You can avoid dilation (at a cost), but it is completely worth it. Your day is not interrupted, nor affected, unlike before. Andrea is very knowledgeable, professional, and sweet. Mike is always pleasant, helpful, and has excellent customer service skills and attitude. What an amazing place! My eyes are red in the morning, and they are very watery all day long. I’ve seen doctors at Eye Consultants and Thomas Eye Group. Oh, and Vanessa was busy fixing glasses so she couldn't help me browse through frames, but Dr. Minty did! Even when Vanessa came back, Dr. Minty still helped me chose a frame along with Vanessa. The only semi-weird thing was that Dr. Knouff wanted to talk about the products I wanted to purchase before the exam. I generally make those decisions after seeing how the eye exam goes because I have had terrible experiences elsewhere. Thankfully, the exam here was great so it wasn't a big deal, but I would just suggest waiting to talk about products available to purchase till after the exam.

From allowing ourselves to schedule online to using systems that tie in with other medical professionals to automated texts - no phone calls necessary - I just loved it. In the office, offering Keurig coffee and water while I browsed really great frames was a welcome change, and the staff themselves were lovely. Doctor was very informative, she told me stuff I didn't know even though I have been to optometrist my whole life. You know sometimes you go to a optometrist, they examine your eye through and just tell you everything is fine. You feel like they just went through a routine without really caring if your eyes are healthy. I can tell you this place is nothing like that. The doctor really knows her stuff and care for your health. She explained why is it healthy, look at the veins and your optic nerves, look at the contour of your eyes, she explained why your eye is healthy and what to look for.

Dr Knauff is amazing. Just amazing. I have suffered with dry eye issues since having LASIK and I tried several doctors until I found her. She is an expert on treating this condition and has all of the latest tech. and expertise. She has helped me live a normal life again without having my dry issues running my life. I'm tremendously grateful. If you have gland disease like me, I'd recommend having her do the Lipiflow procedure. There is nothing else that provides this much relief. The staff makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door and through out the entire appointment. Once you get back to the room you know you are in good hands because of the state of the art equipment that they use. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO GET YOUR EYES DILATED!! When the doctor came into the room it was VERY clear she knew what she was doing and talked me through each step she was taking during the exam. I visited Eyeclectic for the first time about a week and a half ago. They got me in for an appointment same day (I've never had that happen with previous eye doctors, and I've been going to eye doctors for at least 20 years). Everything was effortless... by far the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Knouff is really nice, and I genuinely felt like her priority was my well-being and my satisfaction with the experience (as compared to previous experiences where I'm penciled in a week out, only to wait 30 minutes in a waiting room past when my appointment was scheduled, then rushed through the process and prescribed whatever drug the doctor is currently receiving the most commission for prescribing). Typically, going to doctors is stressful for me because I feel like I have to ask a lot of questions to avoid getting screwed into unnecessary charges that insurance doesn't cover, being prescribed brand name drugs when there are generics available, etc. In the end, I'd be lucky to have received anything but vague/confusing answers and bills that leave me wondering if my eyes are more important than my kidney. This visit specifically was due to an irritation under my eyelids caused by my contacts. It happened once before about 2 years ago and the doctor prescribed me a $200+ 5ml bottle of brand-name drops. Dr. Knouff at Eyeclectic prescribed essentially the same thing, but the version that cost me less than $10, and is apparently more potent as well. Oh, and they're open for appointments on Saturdays. You can't beat that.

Love the professionalism but dislike the catch at the end. Everyone is knowledgeable and super friendly! Had a good visit and would definitely recommend others to tryout this place. However, one thing though.. at the end of the examination, you have to make a decision whether to use the X-ray pictures taken of your eyeball for back of the eye examination ( very first exam done once you step in the room- you pay out of pocket) or dilation( opening of your eye using a liquid which blurs you for few hours). I rejected both because either I pay out of pocket for the doc to see the pictures or go through scary procedures. I wished they would have told me in advance, so I could have skipped unnecessary exposure of radiation into my eyes.

The gear is also amazing and highly accurate - felt like I was on the Starship Enterprise! I was horribly miss-treated at America's Best in the Howell Mill shopping center. The doctor was bumbling fool. I was referred to Dr. Knouff by a specialist who also raved about Eyeclectic. My eyes were diagnosed and treated and I was back in the game within a week.
