I have been going here for 2+ years and the staff is AMAZING! I love the customer service of the Front Desk staff and the Dorctor! The environment is safe and inviting. I love that they communicate well both via phone and electronically for appointments, applications and price of services and goods. I love that the doctor explained the health of my eye and purpose of each exam and machine. They even tightened my frames to keep them from falling from my face. They have stayed up since which tells me the frames they sell are a great quality. I'd like to see a larger variety of glasses frames as they seem limited and I have trouble finding frames for me.

What a great, cozy office. Dr. Tom was thorough and took the time to talk to me about all the results from the testing he did to my eyes. Best eye care experience so far. We were pretty amazed by the advanced tech available there. We did the retinal photo instead of dilation which meant we could get to work immediately after. Dr. Brillante is very kind and spent plenty of time with us making sure all our questions are answered. The staff is also incredibly helpful and responsive.

My first experience with Decatur Eye Care went perfectly! Their office is very chic, comfortable, and welcoming. Their selection of frames were quite stylish, if a bit expensive (although they do have a lovely selection of lower cost options). Dr. Tom answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me make decisions on the type of lenses and contacts that would work with my relatively sensitive eyes. I'll definitely be returning!

First eye exam since I was 11years old and I have to say the experience in general was fantastic. Everyone was super polite and very helpful. I ended up having 20/20 vision and didn’t really need anything, but if you do I’d definitely suggest going to them. So informative and nice. This is a very relaxed environment. The staff - and especially the doctor - were very personable and professional. I never leave reviews but I have to say Decatur Eye Care was phenomenal. I go by a nickname “Carrie” and no matter how many times I write that it’s my preferred name, doctors never get it. The whole team at the office called me my preferred name the entire time I was there, which I found to be such a nice change of pace. They were all incredibly nice, especially the doctor, who was very attentive and answered all of my questions. As a new patient I was sent reminders of my appointment along with the address of the clinic, this was awesome as I did not have time to search the address. The clinic is located in quaint Oakhurst and I found a park in front of the building immediately upon arrival. The staff was friendly and super attentive to me when I arrived and I was seen at my appointment time. Both the staff and Dr tom washed their hands and sanitized the eye equipment in view, so it was a very comfortable environment. I’ve been going to Decatur Eye Care for a long time now and they really are great. The staff and doctor are very friendly and easy going. The office is easy to get in and out of and they are very responsive if you ever have an eye issue. They also didn’t fire my family as patients when my son broke his glasses on a bi-monthly basis the first year he had them. (The kids glasses protection is THE best and I’m eternally loyal because of it.)

I’ve been going to Decatur Eye Care for almost a decade now for contact lens fittings and glaucoma screening. I love how on top of things they are: when you make an appointment, you can count on your visit starting then, not an indeterminate amount of time later. The office is well-lit, homey, and without blaring televisions. And they’ve stayed on top of improvements in technology to make the visit even more comfortable and quick: retinal photos replace dilation, a handheld pressure tester flutters at your eye, and a device approximates your prescription to jumpstart tuning it in. It’s a pleasure to patronize them, and I wish them another successful decade!

I would have to say this is the best eyecare experience I have ever had! I picked them because they were very close to my house, but couldn't have asked for more. Office is very upscale and inviting. My wait time was less than ten minutes. Dr. Brillante took his time giving me a thorough examination. After the exam he was not pushy on getting me to order contacts and even recomended that I try out the trial pair for a week before ordering. I wish all healthcare could be this good!
