Dr. Kilgo treated some problems with my husband's eyes that the last place totally overlooked, as well as adjusting his glasses that were too close to his eyes (causing cloudiness on the lens) that prior places didn't seem to want to fix. Went to Kilgo Eye Care after checking two or three other places. They had by far the best selection of frames and the representative that I worked with was fantastic. Linda let me take my time looking at the frames and offered me very constructive advice and help when I asked for it. They already knew how to pull up my insurance information when I told them where I worked so it was really easy to make sure I was getting the right benefits. Linda was very knowledgeable and had the right blend of easygoing friendliness and professionalism.
