Great atmosphere. Everyone was so kind and so helpful with all my questions. I love the fact, as a first time person trying contacts, that they give you a week supply of your script to try before you buy. They show you everything from how to properly put contacts in/out and the proper care also. I would highly recommend this facility. Lisa was my eye doctor and, I may spell her name wrong but Janyce was an amazing person to help me select my frames and go over all costs etc. I will be seeing y’all soon to pick up my new glasses!! Excellent care from the moment I walked in the door! I was greeted by name and my paperwork that had been filled out electronically was on hand. There was no waiting time. The extensive testing was done professionally. Dr. Lisa Greene is professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. Great selection of frames and options. The checkout process was quick and easy. Congratulations to the whole staff for making this experience so positive! Great homemade cookies too! Looking forward to getting my new glasses!

Easy to schedule an appointment. All paperwork filled out in advance on line prior to visit. Friendly office staff, greeted on arrival and taken to examination room shortly thereafter. Modern equipment, outstanding technician and Doctor. Great communication and feedback from doctor on results of exam. Large selection of frames, knowledgeable sales associate and fairly reasonable prices for glasses. Great place for eye care.

New patient and one of the best experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. Very prompt and the technology they had for the eye exam was really impressive. I was shown a picture of my eye on a 40 inch flat screen it was very cool. The doctor really took time with me. I highly recommend this practice for your eyes.

Dr. Greene is wonderful and I've seen her for 9 years She takes time to listen to you and answers questions without being rushed. Show up a little early just to look around the place, it's amazing.

The new office is a gorgeous space and Dr. Greene takes pride in having the most technologically up-to-date machines to make what was always an abysmal optometry experience for me. Every test is done to get an accurate determination of the health of one's eyes. One test now eliminates the need to dilate your eyes (have always hated that). The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasing and spacious. Plenty of choices in frames to choose from makes any visit enjoyable.

The staff really go the extra mile to accommodate my large family and our busy schedules. They always make us feel like we are their friends, not just a number in line. The warm, friendly atmosphere is incomparable with any other Dr. we have ever visited. The Dr.’s always give us a detailed explanation of how the kids vision has changed and make sure we fully understand everything. They treat my kids like they are a part of their care (not just talk to the parent over the children’s head) and make them feel like they are an important part of their own care. When she moved to a new space, there was no question that we would follow her. However, the new office is an amazing space with the latest version of technology available. As a result. Dr. Green confirms hands on findings along with the visualization demonstrated using a variety of computer generated devices. I have some complex medical issues which impact vision. Other providers were not able to help me and I did not get the attention I needed. So my search continued for yet another provider . I came upon Asheville Vision and Wellness on a TV ad. I called, made an appointment and so glad I followed through. I was extremely pleased with my visit. I have an eye disease, Superficial Kerotectomy and with being a diabetic my blood sugars are too high to operate. My vision has gotten worse and reading was becoming difficult. I was hoping for a stronger reading perscription in my progressive lenses. Well looks like my request is a go. The new offices are clean, open and inviting. The entire staff are kind, professional and helpful. I was completely comfortable. Need to return for further testing and to pick up my new glasses. If you are looking for a friendly, professional, clean, and helpful business for your eye needs, this is the place for you.

Multifocal Contact Lens. Read lots of reviews about multifocal lenses and wanted to give them a try. After a series of tests at Dr. Greene’s office and learning how to wear the lenses (putting them in and taking them out), I left the office with no need for glasses. My distance is still adjusting, which Dr. Greene says is normal, but wow, what a difference being able to read without glasses. Beautiful facility that underlies the practice’s professionalism. Quick as could be, and professional. By 'quick as could be', I got the dilation drops for my eye exam AFTER being handed my prescription to give to the nice folks at the Lenscrafters shop attached. So I had a good half-hour to browse around before the dilation made seeing difficult.
