j sI was jerked around by lensecrafters for over a month trying to get lenses put in my favorite sunglass frame. Long story short, ultimate eyewear was quickly and easily able to do what lensecrafters claimed was impossible, and they did it with a smile! These guys are great. You would think that they would be more expensive, but they were $300 cheaper than lensecrafters just to put lenses into my frames. Thanks ultra eyewear!
Tamela HinesMy 80 year old mother, in her wheel chair and with oxygen in tote, went in to ask about her glasses, which the surgeons office said had a problem with the RX. They began to explain to her why the surgeon was wrong. The young man started the conversation and was very professional and explaining things well, although it was over her head, then his father butted in and got very short, downright RUDE. He needs to learn to stay out of it an let the son handle things!!!!!
