Had an amazing experience with Dr. Won Kim at EDOW! He performed my dad’s cataract evaluation. His attention to detail was wonderful. He thoroughly outlined all the options for the different kinds of surgical options for my father’s cataract surgery. I’ve never seen a physician take as much time and explain everything as carefully as Dr. Kim had done for my father. Dr. Kim is the only surgeon I entrust with my father’s eyes. It is rare to find such a compassionate and skilled doctor who does his due diligence with every patient.

I've gone to EOW for years. Dr. Barber was the first eye doc I truly trusted. (she has moved on to North Carolina). My new eye doc, Dr. Luckie is fantastic. Personable, thoughtful, explains everything well and her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

I want to start by giving 5+ stars to Dr Luckie and her clinical staff and colleagues - always thorough, kind, and excellent especially at this location. But the front desk staff at every location are consistently frosty, busy “working” and invariably full of attitude if you don’t immediately use the sign in system, or dare to ask a question.

Nothing but great things to say about Eye Doctors of Washington. Great staff, multiple locations, flexibility with scheduling and rescheduling - but most importantly, I can SEE!! I highly recommend anybody thinking about Lasik to use their services. I felt very well taken care of and very well informed, especially on the day of surgery.

Through my visits with Dr. Jacobson I feel confident in saying he is a caring practitioner, one who actually listens to patient concerns and symptoms, develops a game plan, and then carefully explains the testing and his diagnosis and treatment options. He also welcomes your questions if his answers get a little blurry (pun intended). And just today, he wasn't quite happy with an image of a muscle(??) around the eye, so he took additional time with me for a re-shoot. I would hope ALL doctors operate this way.

Dr. Luckie is great! I highly recommend her. The assistant was also good. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because neither the receptionist nor the glasses person in the lobby said hello when I walked in and either was helping anyone.
