As a new patient, i had a bit longer of a wait due to staff shortage but nothing to be upset about. Dr. Cook has an excellent staff. Updated technology made my routine eye exam seamless. No more puffs of air! Very happy with how they handled the overflow of patients and the escort to across the hall pick out some frames.

I have been using this office for 5+ years and my experience with each visit has always been pleasant. The doctors and the staff are always friendly. I am a type 1 diabetic and rely on them to keep my eyes as healthy as possible. I feel like my exams are always superb and Dr Cook is honest with me as far as what to expect. Dr Cook and all her staff are very thorough and professional. This is most definitely NOT a franchise assembly line style mall eye doctor office . This is what a real good doctor's office visit it like. They really care about their patients and well being. And I love that this is an eye doctor I can go to not just for my Rx glasses but also for medical issues that effect the eye like diabetes or glaucoma to a scratched cornea or eye surgery. Then to top it off their separate little eyeglass shop in the same building has an awesome assortment of frames and the company they use to cut the lenses is superb. One year I did 2 pairs from both Walmart opt and the eye specialist(i didn't know The eye specialist had a awesome discount on multi pairs at the time , I do now) and the quality between the two pairs of glasses was as different as night and day. They both had the same "stuff" added to each but the quality from the glasses from the Eye specialist were so much better there was NO comparison you could justly do. Love this place .plus the gals running the eye glass shop are so fantastic. They re the best. They take their time and help you find just the right pair or two for you personally, they're honest, trustworthy and like the rest of Dr. Cooks team are looking out for you their patients wellbeing. You feel like family that truly care about you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The experience overall was good. However, the only thing I didn’t like is after doctor Cooper was done with her checkup. She was on the computer while speaking to me. I naturally had questions about the information she was giving me.. she gave me the hand and said hold on please I’ll answer your questions when I’m done filling out or done with these tabs.. I paused. That really threw me off. I was expecting her to finish doing that but she continued speaking. She is a good doctor and had really good information but the hand pause gesture and telling me to hold on while she finishes these tabs then she would get back to me was unnecessary.. she could’ve easily said “ I know you have a lot of questions I will just finish what I am doing on the computer and answer all your questions”with a smile.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Fellner today for a full exam. From my first phone call to make an appointment through my exam, the office staff and technician were welcoming and professional. I received a very thorough exam with the results clearly explained by Dr. Fellner. I felt that I could discuss any concerns, ask questions and I had his full attention. And to complete the experience, I didn’t have the long wait to be seen and after dilation that I’ve been experiencing in recent years at another practice. I only wish that I had made the move to this practice when my former ophthalmologist retired a few years ago.

The entire staff is very nice and makes you as comfortable as possible. The nice lady that was with me doing the prep and the eye exams couldn't have been more helpful. Her demeanor definitely put me at ease. Dr Fellner has always listened to what I had to say. After the exam and test results he was totally honest and just blurted out that the cause was a mystery to him given the results. When a doctor of any kind will admit to that and try to find another place for you to go that can... He's a keeper! We discussed some options and a few I didn't think it sounded as if we were on the same page. We both talked through it and came to a solution that we were both happy with. That is the kind of doctor that you need. The only negative was when he said "I'll see you in a year. " 😁

Office staff were warm and cordial. Dr. Cook and Holly were professional and thorough. The only downers were the 25-minute wait (my appointment was 1:15 and I was taken to an exam room at 1:40), and the down time waiting to be seen by Dr. Cook. I left the office at 2:50 after a routine exam that should have taken no more than 1 hour. My time is valuable, too.

My regular eye doc said I did Not have a cataract. He said I just had something floating in the eye fluid. So glad I came to Eye Specialist!! Operation on my 2 cataracts went so great. I feel like I see in high def. now. After my 1st surgery in the left eye I saw colors so so vivid. And now my right got done. I am seeing great. Surgery was not bad at all. The whole office staff are wonder. Dr. Fellner is the best. They are just a great team. If you want to feel safe...go here.

This eye doctors office is truly an advocate for their patients. Having Keratoconous, they were willing to see me as a new patient, do all of the leg work for my health insurance company to assure that my special made therapeutic essential contacts were paid for. Receiving that call they were not normal contacts but contacts for a visually impaired patients and that my insurance company would pay for them was just as good as a feeling as being able to see everytime I insert them.

After seeing another eye doctor for glasses, I decided to visit Eye Specialists. I had been told by the first doctor that he would not renew my glass prescription because I needed cataract surgery. I made an appointment with Eye Specialists for another opinion. They thoroughly examined my eyes. Conclusion was, yes, I do have cataracts but it's not yet time for surgery. They gave me a script for glasses. What impressed me the most was the thorough examination, how professional the doctor was, they told me how much the examination would cost before the appointment. The only bed this was that my Husband uses a transport chair, and with no automatic door it was hard to get him into the building,. All of the Doctors are Very Good Doctors. And Everybody there is very Friendly and helpful. But the lest expensive frames they had were like $80.00 and my RX lenses were like $150.00 so even with the 100.00 Eye med discount and 20% from Eye med. The only way I could get glasses from them is if I use my old frames and I would still have to pay $40.00 out of pocket. Sorry Eye Specialists, I love you all but being on SS I can only afford new lenses and have to use my old frames. :-(

From the eye techs to the doctor herself. The state of the art machines and hospitality from the employees who always have a smile and make you feel so welcome. I got here 930 for my appointment and they make sure to let you know to call when you're downstairs in the larking lot and they let you know if theirs a room available. When i reached here my room wasn't ready but i didnt wait long. Upstairs is huge and lots of room. And doesnt stick of disenfectant thats a plus. I was walked through my exams and proper contact lense fitting and they let me know i had to pay a fee which isnt as bad as i initially thought. And they gave me a week contact lense to try out for a spin and a number to call if any problems. They are the best and make sure your experience in these bad times is the best.

Both Dr. Fellner and Dr. Domachowski are excellent doctors. I had a retinal tear in November and Dr. Fellner took me right in and was able to diagnose and fix my tear in the same day. Dr. Fellner showed sympathy and compassion as well as his staff seeing how frightened I was at the thought of losing my sight in my right eye. Dr. Fellner assured me that wouldn't be the case and I was as good as new by the end of the visit. Dr. Fellner said he wanted me to contact the office immediately if I noticed an increase in floaters or flashes. He also said I could contact Dr. Domachowski, my regular eye doctor with the same practice as he knows about retinal tears if Dr. Fellner was not available. Fast Forward to April and I did have a return of the floaters I'd seen in November as I had gotten ill in April with the flu. I contacted Dr. Domachowski and he was as thorough as Dr Fellner was in November. I saw him in early May and just had my follow-up with him today. He and Karen his assistant were awesome both times! I would not hesitate to recommend either Dr Fellner or Dr. Domachowski if anyone ever needs any kind of visual services. Both doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate as well as their staff.
