Wait was a little long but Dr. Findlay seemed competent. Front staff was only partially masked which is never a good look for a medical facility. They should know how to properly mask. The waiting room was like stepping back into the 1980s definitely could use an update. Hard to believe they had updated equipment from the look of the office.

Dr. Findlay literally saved my eyesight in my left eye with a severe retinal eye emergency. She has been rated by her colleagues as the "best" retinal eye surgeon in the entire Tampa Bay area. That is from her peers, friends. She is friendly, answers all questions & concerns, & works diligently to repair eye damage & more importantly prevent future eye issues. I cannot speak for the other doctors on staff, & admit some of the medical technicians are not the most personable, but this is true in almost every work environment. But what's more important, saving your vision or getting happy chit chat from the office staff ?
